My Lennar home has been an excellent value for the price. When comparing it to resale homes in the area that were more expensive and often required repairs or updates, choosing Lennar was an easy decision. Throughout the process, the sales, lending, and construction teams were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Their expertise made the experience smooth from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality new home and a great overall home-buying experience.

The process for purchasing the home was efficient and easy. Weekly communication from the builder really enhanced the experience.

Pleased with home and eventual completion of warranty items. Had to email my warranty representative multiple times with no response and website did not work. Eventually got amazing help. Be nice to have a referral program with a finders fee when homeowner finds a new customer for Lennar.

Lennar really helped out with financing options and with our of state contingencies…but unable to sell home in Dallas and we had to walk away from dream home. Will try again in future but will sale Dallas home first and be cash heavy to help with down payment.

This our third home from Lennar. Good builder, tampa team leaves a lot to be desired

My husband and I were hesitant to buy a home in a new development because of how quickly the houses are built. We had assumed that there was no care in the process, and it was all about profit. However, buying a new Lennar home was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The incentives are unreal and the streamlined process made communication simple. We have been recommending everyone we know to buy a home out here.

Traci the onsite agent was amazing!! She went over and beyond to get me and my daughter into the home we wanted with in our budget. She is definitely an asset to the Lennar family. The lender John was also amazing he is extremely thorough and made sure all needed paperwork was received upfront. Underwriting never came back asking for any additional documents. We closed in less than 30 days James the construction manager is also an asset the the Lennar family. Even after closing he has stopped by and personally fixed odds and ends that have come up and replaced sod and plants that didn’t quite make it through the drought without me even having to ask. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our home buying experience. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the closing process with the attorney. Closing day is already stressful without hiccups but when an issue arises there needs to be a bit more communication as to what is going on. I waited for 2 hours after signing my paperwork before I received my keys and no one could tell me what was going on.i was just told it was a problem with getting funding approval. Turned out to be a signature on the lenders end but I was just asked to sit in the lobby and wait. I personally feel like there were way too many closings in one day and the attorney was not able to give the situation the attention it needed. Things seemed to be great in the beginning until everything kept getting pushed back and back with blame on trades, but it was really the superintendents not keeping up. We were the ones that would walk the homesite and found leaks, and then we do our blue tape walkthrough and 3PI and there are new leaks, electrical issues, cracks in the cabinetry and just a whole host of other issues where we decided to call it quits and get our money back… which we did because our case holder even knew how bad it was.

Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the home. The finishes, layout, and overall design are excellent. The home feels spacious, modern, and very well built. We are extremely happy with our decision and would highly recommend it to others.

Not a top quality builder in my opinion. Many issues with unfinished work even though this was a Move-In Ready Home. Hard to get things finished or fixed in a timely manner. Construction manager very unreliable and unresponsive.

I have had nothing but issues since moving in. My house is less than one year old I have had electrical outlets that do t work. The first 90 degree day of this year my AC went out. They sent someone to fix it and two weeks later it was broke again. Someone else came out to look at it and they’re saying they can’t do anything fix it because my system is getting too much dirt in it and it’s clogging the system so I may need my ducts cleaned. It’s been 3-4 months of problems. Not a good experience at all. Especially for a home less than a year old. SN: the AC went out on a Friday. My house was 79 degrees all weekend. No one came till Monday and they were still unable to fix the problem. I’m writing this review from inside my 77 degree home currently with no real end to the problem in sight. ... More

Our whole shopping for a house and the purchase experience was very positive and Val and Bill made it all a great experience along with Sam our realtor. We have been recommending Lennar to our friends and family members every chance we get.

Tess was the agent at the model home when we first stopped in, so she was the first Lennar contact and was very accommodating, dedicated and helpful in making sure our offer, and sales transaction was handled appropriately. She truly cared about us and it was evident in our interactions with her. Tess referred us to Linh right away who got us prequalified quickly and smoothly. Linh kept us informed all the way through the loan process. Linh knows her stuff and worked hard to make sure the process was seem-less and stress-free. Once the house was near completion, we met with Drake, the construction superintendent and his assistant Danny who were both very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the checklist items done right away. Drake was able to get the house finished early and Linh got the loan documents finalized so that we could close and fund on Friday instead of waiting until the following Monday. My experience with Lennar was disappointing. Throughout the home-buying process, I often found myself speaking with multiple people and was left confused about timelines, important dates, and next steps. Communication felt fragmented, and I did not feel adequately guided through what should have been an exciting milestone. I found the home on my own and initiated the inquiry myself, yet I never had the opportunity to walk the home with my sales representative. I also had concerns about unfinished work on the home and was hoping for more proactive communication and solutions. Instead, I felt like I had to navigate many of my concerns on my own. In addition, some of the individuals I interacted with internally were dismissive and came across as rude, which made an already stressful process even more frustrating. For such a significant purchase, I expected a more organized, supportive, and customer-focused experience. By the time I closed on my home, there was little acknowledgment of the milestone, and I did not even receive a simple welcome or housewarming gift. I am very happy with my new home and the entire experience with Lennar. This is my first home, and everything has gone smoothly from start to finish. The customer service and warranty team have been excellent, always following up by phone, text, or email whenever I have a question. I have been in my home for two months now and I love it. The community is quiet, friendly, and in a great location. I was able to use my VA benefits, put no money down, and even received my escrow refund at closing. Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely consider buying another Lennar home as an investment property in the future. ... More

Will start on the outside leading to the house. The contractor who did the cement sidewalks and driveways did a terrible job.. Not only on our property but the whole community. The cement is flaking, cracking and marks all over them. Who ever designed and put the water pipes in did a terrible job. The water pipe covers are in drive ways, in some cases two, on the sidewalks…….just terrible. The house itself is not too bad, the biggest complaint is lack of storage.. No linen closets, no sealing of grout on the tile, no drawers in the master bathroom. In the backyard the yard property does not meet the golf property in a very attractive setting. My upstairs floors squeak and are uneven with soft spots, grout is already coming out of tile, walls aren’t square. You guys didn’t put proper polymeric sand in pavers so I had to resand with proper sand and seal them myself . Already had an issue with irrigation system running for over 6 hrs from valve getting stuck open. The backyard sod is fried and totally uneven. so many dead spots. No topsoil was put down. Directly laid on sand. They put the sod down directly on top of trash, plastic and water bottles that I’ve pulled from under the sod. You planted a huge red maple tree right up against the house/ foundation and it needs to be moved. Not impressed at all. You guys cut a lot of corners and it really shows . The initial agent that we worked with put a bad taste in our mouth. But everyone else that we have worked with including the home building construction manager, mortgage agents, and now since we've moved in, the warranty team, have all been great to work with. During the walk-throughs before we moved in, they were all very happy to address concerns that we had with the home. Despite the craziness with how much home prices have gone up since covid, I feel like what we got was a good price for a brand new home compared to the rest of market. Working with their in-house mortgage team, we got a phenomenal rate which helped as well. ... More

Would like to start with the good, Dylan, Kimberly, and Tina made the home buying process easy. Jason who oversaw the construction of the home was great as well and made sure we got our keys on the date we were promised. Now once construction is done Lennar doesnt seem as responsive. I have had concrete pieces sitting in my yard killing the grass for over a week from street repairs. I was told by Lennar it is the cities responsibility whom I called and they said they have done final inspection so they aren't responsible. So no one seems to want to clean up the mess a Lennar contractor made? Own your crap, get more QC on projects and get this concrete off my grass. ... More

I don't know where to begin. Start to finish this has been the worst experience I have had in building/buying a home. We were left in the dark pretty much the entire process. All the people with this company do is put out fires. If you aren't relentless in calling and pressing for answers you will be forgotten. They are too busy to build any home, or give any customer experience of any quality. They will have to resend you documents to sign over and over because of simple mistakes like correct address or house number. This resending of documents lasted till we were sitting at the closing table as they made a mistake and attorney had to correct them. I didn't even know what my monthly payment was until I sat down to sign the closing docs. Then you have the builders who will make you all kinds of promises they have no way or intention of ever keeping. They will put you off and say just file a warranty claim after closing they will take care of it. NO they won't. They will be quick and courteous each and every time they deny your claim. In my case I had my new construction home inspected by a 3rd party before closing, he found 3 major 6 medium and 7 minor issues on a home Lennar had supposedly inspected and signed off as ready to go. Understand that it's not the people who work for Lennar that are the issue, it's the overall business itself and they are stuck trying to survive in it. ... More
