We had a wonderful experience with your team! We met David many months ago when the neighborhood was just starting to be built. We were curious, but the time wasn't right for us yet. David would email here or there to check in with updates about the neighborhood. Finally, the time was right, and David was there to answer our call (literally)! I am very pleased. Yes, I would build another home from Lennar. We will have to showcase mine first. Everything between trades was very well organized professional. I would to somehow post pictures on what I duplicated/made my own; if anyone is interested.

The house was completed when I viewed it. However, I went through the home with a fine tooth comb looking for areas not finished to my standards. Found (1) item and it was already in the cut sheet to repair. Everything from the salesperson to closing went extremely smooth and I closed on the house in less than 30 days. Everyone was a consummate professional! Highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone.

I'm not big on writing reviews but in this case I will make an exception. Lennar really lived up to their reputation in the building of my home. I knew that from the day of my first walk-through. The items that I found that needed repair or follow-up were miniscule yet when I did my final walk-through they had been attended too. I truly love my new home and would encourage anyone even considering the idea of a new home to think about Lennar. They are first class all the way.

Spencer was the best sales person we met at Lennar. We would not have made the deal happen without his great help and knowledge. Also, Alex and Chris from the loan department were just as good at making this deal happen with their great help and knowledge.

This was a great experience all doc was sent to me on time and was I able to contact my agent as much as possible.

Upon house hunting, I visited a few different builders. All with different wonderful options for those wishing to become homeowners. However, Lennar stood out most from the very beginning of seeing different floor plans with Adrianne, to the loan officer Regina, to the very end when we did our celebration date (the walk thru of the home). Everyone was pleasant, helpful and always answered any question without seeming frustrated or too busy. Lennar staff made it a pleasant experience. Overall satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone.
