First of all, I was impressed with the both walk throughs and the attention paid to correcting every flaw. Since moving in, I have had three occasions to write requests; two small and one more serious water problem. In every case the response was swift and professional.

Like my new build. Needed to put more money than I thought for basic necessities. Towel bars, window treatments, ceiling fans, upgraded switches, ceiling sconces, fence for dogs, patio.

The people at Lennar are great! And for the most part the home is good. But some of the workmanship and quality of materials is quite cheap. The paint especially.

Willingness to always be there for any questions/issues you may have. Thorough in walking you through the steps and stages, from signing to closing. Pam, Tim, Blake and the team at L.C have been wonderful to work with. A big Nationwide builder (which can bring scepticism) - but cannot be denied that they have their sh*t together. Would and have recommended.

Whole experience was professional. Follow up and communication was excellent.

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ... All of the Lennar staff we've dealt with were knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We love our home, and appreciate all that was part the standard delivered product...overall an excellent value.

Excellent, available, quality, and fulfillment promise

Olivia was a great sales person to work with. we appreciate the construction high ups who helped to resolve an issue prior to the closing of our home. So far Amanda, from warranty, has been helpful as well.

Everyone on the sales team and build team was great ( Jason A and Eric G). Could not have been 2 better representatives.

The whole process was very easy from start to finish with lennar mortgage. The only major issue after the fact was I have realized the paint they use inside and out is the cheapest paint possible. I will have to repaint in higher traffic areas in the very near future.

Would definitely buy with this group again!

They have a very good reputation, There features and designs are very nice, This neighborhood is very well designed.

Appreciate clearly documented mechanicals and unknowns (such as insulation) and how Lennar stands behind the homes with adequate warranties. Having the latest smart technologies is a huge plus!

During the construction phase, the site manager kept the schedule and promptly addressed any issues that arose. Overall, he helped to make the construction phase stress free.

Helped you to resolve problems

Our construction manager for trails edge in Babcock ranch was awesome . His name is Cannon and her was super responsive and followed up quickly on all of our issues. He should be used as a role model to all other managers under Lennar,s leadership. We heard so many horror stories from other buyers. But during our closing process Cannon, Joseph- salesman and Dana - Home loan manager also made us feel at ease. Thank You

The entire team from sale to mortgage application was very helpful. However, escrow was less than enthusiastic to answer questions in general. Unlike some of my neighbors, no major issues with quality of workmanship and materials. Still don't know whether the garage door and color are built to original specifications; wait time for the subcontractors to respond and to do minor repairs have been too long and is too earlier to tell the lease of the solar system is a good deal.

From the sales staff to the team overseeing the construction of the homes to the follow-up on punchlist items, my expectations have been met. We love our new home and neighborhood.

It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Everyone involved from Builder to Lennar Mortgage and title was awesome and made this whole process effortless.
