We had a very bad experience from beginning to end. The only reason we stayed with Lennar was because of the property. We have had issues with the mortgage, title, and builders. With in one week of moving in we had to have our AC unit replaced. Kitchen sink continues to slowly drain and we are told that nothing is wrong with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone

No clear outline of the process. No clear accountability

From start to finish our home buying experience was amazing! We had incredible support and communication from the sales team and all minor issues/needs related to home construction were rapidly addressed! It has been a pleasure working with all Lennar teams for the purchase of our first new build! Highly recommended to all home buyers.

Lied about the community being quiet . Anything but considering legal action. Quality of appliances and cabinets are trash .

Attention to Detail on Walkthrough: During the walkthrough inspection, I found that Troy had paid meticulous attention to detail. He addressed minor imperfections promptly and ensured that everything was in perfect condition before handing over the keys. This level of thoroughness speaks volumes about the builder's commitment to delivering a flawless product. Value for Money: Considering the prime location and the quality of construction, I believe I received excellent value for what I paid. The investment feels justified given the overall build quality, amenities, and the desirable neighborhood. Prime Location: The location of the home is one of its standout features. It's conveniently situated with easy access to amenities such as shops, the freeway, and the gym. The neighborhood is safe, well-maintained, and offers a great sense of community. issue fix very slow and not so responsible

Too many people involved which made it very confusing as to whom to contact for various issues. There was a concierge but he seemed extremely young and inexperienced and was not prompt in replying. I think that role if properly staffed would have been perfect to help redirect us when we contacted the wrong person with a particular question or concern. A huge issue was no trash/recycle receptacles at closing. What in the world were we to do with our trash and tons of recycle the first two weeks. Thank goodness our 2 sons were able to accept a lot of our trash and recycle. It took weeks to get receptacles. At the beginning of the loan process we felt overwhelmed with the frequency and expected response times. One email came in on a Saturday afternoon with a 48 hour turn around. The loan and closing process were quite stressful. We are nearly 70 years old and the on-line process was extremely impersonal and we needed help with some of the photos to PDF process and a few other techy things. We hope to never have to purchase another home as the stress was overwhelming at times. But, bottom line is we love our new home from the layout design to the quality (except the back yard which we're afraid to use due to the lumps and bumps as we are afraid of breaking an ankle.) ... So far so good. Nice house. Month delay in getting driveway/landscaping/irrigation/sod but hasn't caused any major issues for us.

I feel like I am getting in on the ground floor. After looking at other homes in this area, I was getting so much more for my money at Summers’s corner. I know part of that was because we don’t have our amenities finished yet. But it won’t be long and when it happens, I know prices are going to be a lot more expensive here. I love my home. I love the people I’ve had to deal with, and I am really looking to my future here.

It was mediocre at best

Lennar helped realize our hope, wishes and dreams from the beginning though the end. They really have a great team who are always there to help you through stumbling blocks and make your dreams come through. The house is beautiful and has most of everything you can think of. We are very happy with our new home

When we started the process of purchasing our new home we were very nervous to hear that this was a new experience, but thank God we found a very professional Realtor and people at Lennar who guide us throughout the entire process until the exciting moment in which we receive the keys of the house. Thank you every one.

The salesperson Shannon was truly awesome!!!!!!She worked with us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

Shower tub can be better. It’s plastic all over driveway. They can put some scorn light. I am also the living room and bedroom. They can put some ceiling fan. And last in the kitchen, they can put some backsplash thank you.

The overall experience wasn't all bad, but it wasn't up to my expectations. The garage in the home shouldn't be called a double-sized car garage space. In the garage, only one car fits. There was a water leak in the main line of the home, which they fixed in 24 hours but never fixed the landscape on the property. Also, I had to pay for the water bill because the letter that Lennar gave me for the bill didn't work. Nails are sticking out of the carpet, and the house was not being fully cleaned before closing. We bought our home out of state and never saw the property in person until we arrived. Please don't depend on an individual showing your home on video; it doesn't work.  ... More

The process to purchase within the neighborhood was entirely subpar. The agent who helped assist through the purchasing process almost made us not want to purchase the home- There was obvious flaws throughout the house (cracks in railing/misplaced and discolored carpet/ect) and the agent wouldn’t even acknowledge there were issues. Until we talked to a neighbor of their post-purchase experience we would not have moved forward with the purchase. The post-purchase process was phenomenal, however. Dusty and Lamar have been great. I’ve appreciated their willingness to address the issues we’ve had. One note- and more of a disappointment- Lennar states certain smart home devices are included in the home. It’s advertised on their website, it’s advertised in the brochures they give you for the neighborhood. Unfortunately they do not honor all the devices they explicitly say come with the house (wrong/lesser grade thermostats, specifically) ... More

Customer service personnel were courteous. No towel rack or toilet paper holder ln bathrooms. No trees in backyard. These should be standard. Homes should have a back patio. Not worth the money. Very disappointed with Lennar. Lots of trouble calls to fix issues in the first month.

Lennar was fantastic from the initial meeting, through the sales process and house viewing, to the final signatures and any small issues I might have had. The quality and the value of the home is exactly what we were seeking. We will recommend Lennar to any family or friends that are looking to move.
