Shaya and Julian were the most helpful and best part of my Lennar experience. It was a easyand pleasant process for a first time buyer.

The sales and service were great. This is the most expensive home we have purchased and feel like the attention to detail was not as expected.

Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.

I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

Lennar has a long history of building quality homes. This is my second one and so far they remain very consistent.

Both the Lennar Mortgage Lender and the Sales Representative, made the buying experience, With the delay in covid related issues, our closing was almost 1 year delayed, but Antoinette did keep us updated.

Everyone came through with their promises and on time with everything. Everyone was very responsive to all my questions and concerns!

It was a great experience. LENNAR MORTGAGE DID EVERYTHING TO PUT ME IN A HOUSE. I AM SO GREATFUL TO THEM.

Lennar made it easy for first time home buyers like my wife and I to own a home. We appreciate everything they have done so far. I think the only feedback I have is for customer service as I have submitted multiple tickets and only got one resolved so far and never got an update from them.

Lennar has a lot of options that I think will fit every family's needs. Lennar updated us at every step from the start and informed us of all the options and whatnot. There were no surprises. We financed with Lennar Mortgage and closed on time. The staff was helpful, and I wish they had more time when working with a home buyer. I felt I was rushed a few times during the process. Remember to ask for a Pre-Drywall inspection if you want to take pictures/videos for your future reference. We were not allowed to do that inspection because the salesperson didn't have time for that.

Love our new home. Wish we had a little more space in between us and our neighbors. Besides that we are more than satisfied. Damen to Katrina were amazing! Damen can be an acquired taste. However, he is business oriented and is straight to the point. If you would like to perform a song and dance. You may want to audition elsewhere. Damen is a very good guy. He made me and my husband laugh a few times during the process. I would request for my second purchase!!!! I could never forget Sam. Another good guy!!!! Awesome customer service. He help us with the tour and adding us to the wait list. No matter how many times I reached out to him. He knew my name and never seemed annoyed. Provide several updates and pictures of our new home while it was being built. Katrina lord knows I could not give her enough shout out and praise. Her knowledge and patience were of no other. Lennar homes are tasteful and good looking, they are built with quality materials and lennar staff especially Dale Balta is very responsive and professional

The shopping experience with Lennar was superior. They facilitated the process significantly through their high-touch customer service, inventory, and the all-inclusive package. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, Lennar made the buying process streamlined and rewarding.
