Great experience especially working with Construction Manager and Denise the Realtor.

Any issues we have had, Nathan has been amazing at getting back to us and helping us get them resolved. Can't say enough about him and the team.

Couldn’t ask for a better on-site team. The mortgage team unfortunately did not meet up to the standards. Non-responsive and unorganized. They made this process very difficult and stressful. Thank goodness we had Tobi to fall back on.

From the beginning everyone made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure into buying a home given from any of the staff members. They explained every house building step along the way and were in communication with me when changes were being made.

Sales agent JVC was highly professional throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I’m my state of anxiety in the purchasing process, the team was always ready to listen and hear me out. Although they were the ‘Sales Person’ we never felt pressured.

Would love to write a great review but have had issues with neighbors regarding fencing and a huge parking problem! Also was not informed about a terrible drainage problem!! Very discouraged but do have some nice neighbors who have been very sympathetic and supportive.

We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

The sales staff were top notch. They stayed with us through the entire process. Once we moved in, the responses to our issues have been quick and effective.

Lennar made the buying experience exceptionally easy. We got our mortgage and insurance through Lennar which made everything go very smoothly.

Easy process and great customer service

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. I purchased my home last minute from Lennar, the closing happened very quickly and from the moment I met with the model home rep to any follow up repairs or consults, their team has been extremely responsive and helpful.

We were handled very efficiently and were able to move into our "Quick Delivery" home almost on the exact day promised nearly 2 months earlier. Most of our questions or concerns were handled relatively quickly with just one still unmet. We are very happy with the house and are enjoying making it our home; giving it some personality.

In a very volatile home buying market, buying a new home constructed by Lennar has been great. No bidding war, a wonderful home warranty, and the most recent home designs for today’s market. We are very happy.

The buying and building experience was great. The only things I would have changed was is having higher quality paint and laying sod in the back yard.

After you move in Lennar’s just not say goodbye.They are there for you for an issues that come up. They react immediately to an issue and have the right people come out and take care of the problem.

Overall experience was great. This is a production home builder so do not expect the finished product to be perfect or at the level of a custom builder. That being said Lennar was great to work with and I would recommend them. Experience exceeded our expectations.

For the most part my experience was excellent, and I appreciate Hunter Hadley’s assistance in trying to have issues corrected. He was the only person I dealt with any of these issues, so I really can’t rate anyone else with Lennar regarding my home purchasing experience.
