Issues began the first day we moved in. Within the month we’ve lived here we have had a major water leak. Slow response times to fix the issue. The items we discussed in the walkthrough were not fixed and our move in day was awful because of it. We are even considering legal action at this point because the leak was brought up in the inspection and lennar breached its contract by lying to us and telling us it was fixed and addressed when it clearly wasn’t. Do not recommend this company to anyone and this seems to be a similar issue with our neighbors. Really disappointed wish we could take it back and go with another builder. ... More

Out of good faith we accepted the house with many things still not fixed that we saw on the initial walk through and the final. After escrow was closed we were tossed out the priority list. Many many things that had to be fix as expected, disappointment came when I had to chase down the warrant people for every single thing that had to be fixed, some of the stuff took weeks to be fixed and some other we had to be very persistent to get them fix. Would highly recommend to show more accountability on your warranty managers. The guy who handles warranty at my community takes for ever to come by and send appointments out of the blue and never shows up, getting the impression the appointments are made just to simulate a follow up in your system. I feel ripped off with the flooring, not only you guys charged my more to get vinyl on my whole first floor but then when its start ripping apart for no reason other than having unacceptable quality you guys walk away and take no responsibility claiming that that’s how the material is. I get the vinyl is inferior to other flooring systems, but the quality of the material is below acceptable. Definitely would recommend that every time somebody comes to fix something someone for lennar shows up to verify, many times your sub showed up, did the work and damaged floors/walls or even worse they show up lacking the tools necessary . And then it’s my duty to report it as no one from lennar will come to verify that the work was performed correctly or if the work was performed at all.Our role as home owners is no quality assurance. Between having to chase you guys to get stuff fix, getting halfway fix and having to swallow the cost of bad material this home has been exhausting and disappointment. 0/10 experience. ... More

Construction manager's attitude was rude from the beginning stages of construction phase. He never responded properly when we raised any issue with the construction. The sales team person accuses the home buyer as liar if we bring any issues we face with construction team or customer care team to his notice. Basically no one helps home owner instead point fingers at them for raising any issue.

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was generally positive with some areas for improvement. The initial stages were particularly impressive, and I appreciated the appeal of moving into a brand-new neighborhood, especially with the attractive incentives offered. Lennar has a very poor quality of service.

Great simple build with good construction practices. Only flaws, were the carpet has two areas where there is debris under it. The top of the cupboards were covered in debris, and the HVAC system has a lot of paint and sheet rock debris in it, that still comes out sometimes even after I thoroughly clean the ductwork.

I added a request but never received a response.

Hone was made quickly and has many imperfections. The process was rushed to close on time which impacted my ability to request things to be fixed. The brick has light spots and a patch doesn't match the rest of the home. The garage isn't sealed properly allowing rodents to enter

Lennar mortgage, the customer care team, the guy doing your walk through and the people who close with you are top notch. Lennar sales rep was completely worthless. Threatened us that we were going to lose our condo multiple times, gave no updates on status of our condo, why there were delays. And would only call with news two weeks after we got news from other people second hand. The only reason we stayed was because it would have cost us money to get out. Only showed up at our residence for literally 2 seconds after our walk through even though they told us they would be there hours before.

I’m a new home owner, Lennar gave us the best deal hands down, houses look amazing and comes with appliances that come with a year of warranty. From my experience all the walk through guys from Lennar are professional and care about your home needs.

Very pleased with the process. All our issues were addressed in a timely fashion. Love the area, very centrally located to stores.

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

We are beyond disappointed after spending half a million dollars on a home where the walls aren’t square, nail pops all over the house, the pendant lights are not center over the bar, and we have nothing but dead grass outside. Awful experience. Wouldn’t do it again, and I wish we backed out of the deal.

The lottery system for initial purchase was intimidating and caused us to hesitate to make an offer to purchase for the first couple of phase releases in the Lilac community at the Junipers. Fortunately for us, the model we were interested in fell out of escrow and was offered for public sale and we were able to make an offer without going though the lottery. Overall we were happy with the closing process and Lennar Title/ Escrow and Lennar’s responsiveness to final inspection issues. The post sale concierge has been responsive to issues raised and promptly arraigned for correction of identified issues. We are overall pleased with our purchase as we got a great neighborhood and a good house. We also knew what we were getting moving in. If you go in understanding that there's plenty of poor quality items, you'll be much happier. The paint is atrocious. I think they must skip primer and only use one coat, that's for inside and outside. And the drywall is horrible. It's so soft if you push your nail into it, it'll leave a mark. We plan on repainting in the next year and expect that will help They mostly make the process easy and it was pretty fast. The employees are all very nice. We live in a construction area but we're impressed with how clean the construction areas are kept, way better than the other builders nearby. We couldn't afford the more upscale builders but we feel we got a good value. There's just plenty that we'll have to take care of. Oh, and the included appliances are super low quality. We're saving up to replace them when they break in two years. Honestly, we love the layout and the neighborhood. We'd recommend the builder to anyone wanting a new home that comes in with eyes open and knows they aren't a high end builder. They are a mass builder and better than a lot of the other mass builders. ... More

The sales team at Lennar was very helpful. Once I made my choice of home, they were available to walk the property with me and answer any questions I may have had. Since moving in, there have been several warranty issues that needed to be addressed. I give the warranty team and A+ in their communication, the courtesy of the workmen, and their speed and workmanship. Overall, I am very pleased with my Lennar home and would readily recommend them to friends and family.I

Salesman was great but workmanship of homes are a mess, no quality control . Worst builder i have dealt with. I have purchased Lennar and other builders but this process was horrible

Great experience quick reply and assistance

We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom where a nail was put through a cold water line. Mold was found in the walls from the leak and required holes to be placed in the walls and flooring in the downstairs bathroom, hall closet and entry area near the garage. We had a sewage blockage that was noticed in our walk-through. There was carpet installed on the stairs over broken floorboards. There was vinyl flooring placed over a hole in the sub-flooring in the master bathroom. I had to spend a few hours scrubbing white overspray from our flooring because the Lennar representative wanted to come use Acetone to try and clean it, which is very clearly recommend against, and I didn’t want further damage to my floors. Overall the experience has not been ideal and the quality of the build I would not rate highly. ... More

Overall, we were happy with the new home. We have had a few warranty items come up, but they were resolved quickly. Alexis has been great to work with on all those issues. A common theme we have experienced and heard other neighbors complaining about is how hot these houses are in the summer. Even though the air conditioning system is working as it’s supposed to, and the insulation is to spec, we found several air gaps in the attic (under the insulation). They were causing us to lose a lot of the conditioned air and gain a lot of heat. Making it hard for the system to keep up. Lennar can’t seem to fix this issue so we had to come out of pocket to find relief. Otherwise we love the community and our new home. ... More

We had high hopes for building with Lennar but they failed in many areas. Communication was extremely lacking, workmanship was subpar, and the Title company was less than professional. I had previously heard differently from others, but based upon my experience, I cannot imagine referring friends to Lennar.

Home is cheaply built, as you walk the floor non stop creaking. Things that should have been completed as promised before us moving in still was not. Opening in the attic, the house dirty with insects, slide door can't open n sooo much more. I have certainly learned my lesson about Lennar and their construction managers.

Process was easy was you go through the initial start up. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very caring and respectful.
