The process of buying my home through the final move-in was exceptional. The salesperson, Alison, was always available to answer questions and see me through each step. The quality and value of my new home is exactly as I expected. I am very pleased. The builder's team has been and continues to be timely responsive when anything needs to be addressed. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion?

The process from beginning to end was actually easier than we had expected. If you've ever purchased a home you understand. The homes are built Strong & to your wishes. You have several options to choose from. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was very nice, helpful, and left no deed unfinished. Made sure we were happy. The Clubhouse, pool, fishing ponds, etc. are beautiful & exceptional. We are delighted with our New home and the area is very quiet, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The only reason I gave a 4 star on Value for price paid instead of a 5 star is because I believe all homes are overpriced no matter who built them or where they are. This one is not to bad though. We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

Our experience was fantastic just want to make a note here if you’re buying a house make sure the other neighborhood houses are finished also construction is quite noisy and disruptive

The entire process was smooth and I was informed very early on regarding a few closing date changes due to the shortages. Overall, I’m happy with Lennar and their team have been very helpful throughout each step of the way.

Lennar is a very different home build experience than most others. They pre-plan all the design and finishes. On 1 hand, it's kind of a bummer to have a new build and not have as much say in what finishes are in place, but it reduced my stress in not having to make those decisions. Had I had the ability to have some say, I may have chosen different options than what was pre-planned, as some of the smaller things (bathroom mirrors/hooks/holders) seem on the lower quality side, but other things were on the upgraded side, like the windows. Since everything is preplanned, the amount of time it takes for them to finish a home is so much faster. I picked out the home I wanted in May, before they even broke ground on the lot and I was moved in the first week of November--despite all the challenges of product shortages and back-orders in 2021!! They were extremely creative in finding workaround for the products they had difficulty procuring, and my cost for the home did not go up from the time I was offered the home/lot in July, to signing the contract, to closing in November. There were no surprise fees or costs. I went through this process without the help of my realtor (which I wouldn't do again), but I don't feel like we lost out on anything or was at a disadvantage without a realtor. Overall, I'm very happy with the process and my home. My home consultant(s) kept me in the loop all the way and was very good at maintaining communication and answering my questions or concerns. My husband was stationed out of state with the military during the last few months our home was being built and throughout closing and move-in and my consultant helped to make the process as easy for me as possible. The project managers have been very attentive and all have checked in a few times over the past couple months since our closing date. ... More

Good house for the money

Only been here for 2 months so no long term feedback yet. Sales and site team helpful and friendly. Building will continue for a while so site manager very accessible and promptly fixed a few small things

Our Lennar liaison, Lorena was great at resolving any issues we found during the third party inspection and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She also addressed any concerns we had along the way and was very prompt at dealing with issues.

Closed on time, got what I was shown, have had 0 issues for the first 4 months. It’s corporate home buying so all the pressure is put right on the lowest workers. They were all amazing and friendly and always helped within a day of any requests. No complaints here.

There are pros and cons with Lennar. Overall, the pros are greater than the cons. I would like to say my building experience was exceptional, but we waited a long time to sign the contract to lock in our build. We visited Gambill Forest in September 2020 and didn't sign a contract until February 2021. Once they started building in May 2021, things started to move along more quickly. We closed in September 2021. One of the cons is we couldn't move into the house after closing because it was filthy. Not move in ready. After we moved in there were and still are minor issues. I wish Lennar gave the buyer more purchase options i.e., have the garage painted and finished, hang towel racks in the bathrooms, install ceiling fans etc. We love our home, but some of the workmanship is shoddy. I am happy for the one year warranty. Overall, I would suggest Lennar to potential buyers but I would definitely tell them to be extremely vigilant and stay on top of builders. ... More

Leah in Tavola is the best! She is so nice and attentative and really made the process and the experience pleasant and much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and all million of my questions were answered.

Overall satisfied with the home and it’s upgrades the home came with. Home is almost sound proof since I have not heard neighbors next to me. One thing that stood is I feel like the turnover of the home was rushed. What I mean by that is there is some paint splatter on the carpet or small missed corners not painted properly.

Ready to move in with all appliances.

We could not have been happier with Lennar's overall responsiveness (from the purchase side, to loan qualification, to title, and finally in dealing with our limited touchup issues in our new house. Lennar was fantastic throughout the entire process.
