I enjoy my new place and the layout of community.

Mike has done some things some r still pending I'm sure he will get it done thank u mike

while we like the floorplan, the location of the development, and the view we have from our back lanai, the poor quality of construction, Lennar's slow response to issues and general poor attitude toward customers leaves a great deal to be desired. We cant in good conscious recommend Lennar, and sadly would suggest those looking, look elsewhere

Though the overall buying experience was ok, there are poor quality workmanship including a big chip of wood lost in the main door near the lock. Shocked how a big builder like Lennar could miss such basic quality checks.

My only complaint is that we are struggling to get our phone service to work properly. We are getting Wi-go but struggle to connect to phone calls. Everything else has been great, thank you!

Of the entire process with Lennar, the best part was our Sales Agent. He was friendly, responsible and very responsive. With the construction team, there are a lot of opportunities for improvement, both from the strategic leadership and the ground execution team. From a strategic perspective, don’t nickel and dime on such a huge purchase. Make sure the fixtures are quality fixtures with a long life. The construction leadership team took a very cheap route in deciding materials and focused on tiny margins. Some of the items that make the experience very bad are as follows: The garage door was not fixed upto 3 weeks after closing. I had planned many improvement projects before moving in and was planning to use the Garage for storing the materials (e.g. blinds, backsplash) for the installers. Due to this, I had to spend a lot of money and time running around to coordinate the work. Work quality is below par – there is no pride in the work. Fixtures are cheap, quality of output is not worthy of a big purchase. Some e.gs. i. Toilets were dirty from previous use. That is absolutely ridiculous. Your cleaning crew should have done a better job. ii. Electrical faceplates were slanted, flooring chipped, basement door chipped – some of these were not fixed by closing and some are still not fixed. iii. Recessed lights were dirty – it was highlighted during orientation and still not fixed. Orientation was very rushed and misinformed. It was as if they were trying to pull one on us. They should have clearly mentioned it is also a walkthrough for defects ahead of time and allotted sufficient time. USPS mailbox did not work 10 days after closing – important documents like mortgage and utilities statements were not available until I had access to the mailbox. Shouldn’t some check if all kesy work before handing it over? Very sloppy. During the closing and orientation, the team should have walked us through where the mailbox was located and how to access it instead of me running around each and every mailbox to try to locate it. Once again, orientation team needs to budget more time and be more patient. Warranty care is a joke The whole process is made to make it difficult for the homeowner. Not a single request I had raised so far was completed. There were two hardwood floors that were supposed to be fix and were promised at closing. I was told someone named Nicole will get in touch, but it has been 2 months closing and there is no word. Every request is delayed for a virtual appointment. You can’t schedule the virtual appointment when opening the request. They deliberately make you wait a day before sending an email. Even then, there is only one day that is open, which is a week away. How can you plan? Open up the calendar and make the appointment scheduling as part of opening the request. ... More

Love the neighborhood, homes, and people!

Their workmanship is far below industrial average. When you live in the house, you encounter more and more issues which you did not see during initial inspection. Highlighted below are few of them. 1. All the kitchen/bathroom pantry, cupboards and doors are poorly built in and easy to break. 2. Bathroom sliding doors are installed in wrong way 3. All the sinks do not have enough space to hold soap holder and some of them are not big enough to wash hands 4. Toilet paper holder are so small that Toilet paper roll can not fit there 5. Scratched bathtub 6. Upstairs bathrooms have almost no hot water coming from showers 7. Shower with slow pressure. 8. Cracked fence and door frames Above are few. Consider the cost of add ons you will have to purchase on your own to your purchase price ie gutters, window coverings, finishing the fence, etc.

I had a great experience with Lennar. It was a fast close.1 month to the day! I am very happy with the price, quality and Workmanship. Daniel and his team were very responsive and professional . My only issue where I felt stress was in the mortgage process. I was a Realtor in my previous location. I understand that closings are stressful. The issue I had was in the process. I put down a sizable down payment. I have a strong employment and credit history . First I was told I had to pay off my current car loan. Next, a week before closing I was told I had to increase my down payment. The reasoning was pretty text book. I felt like if I had gone to a private mortgage company they would have done a better job advocating for me, not just closing the sale. ... More

Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

Overall, I’d say the experience was well but very overwhelming. A lot of back-and-forth, which is to be expected with a huge decision to purchase a home. With Lennar being a giant production builder it’s understandable that things don’t always go as planned, but their processes are streamline and issues end up getting worked out. So far we’re loving being in our new house and appreciate the opportunity to buy with Lennar. As of 2 months after closing our experiences are nowhere near what a lot of the negative experiences are that are posted online. We have a lot of good things to say, but there are also some drawbacks. Workmanship is subpar to say the least, there are obvious corners that have been cut, but nonetheless, they built homes fast for wide variety of people and families. Overall we love our new home. The only hiccup that we’ve run into is that we have a sprinkler system but yet no one has really taught us how to use it. Like buying any home, dealing with the paperwork was a bit of nuisance. Be prepared to search through everything in order to provide underwriting what they need. To me it was about over the top and at times frustrating. At one point we felt as though our Lennar sales rep was not being very honest with us. We love the home that we’re in but technically it was our second choice. When we approached our sales rep about our first choice, multiple times we were told that the house would not close in time to meet our timeframe. We were told that the house would need to be an April closing and would not be available in May. Well we moved into our current home (second choice) in May. Our first choice home, closed weeks later after us in May. In addition to that the price range we were given for that home dropped dramatically causing even more confusion and frustration. Once we were finally done with chaos of home buying, we did take it a bit personally that our sales rep didn’t take the opportunity to check on us or to even stop by to say congratulations. Instead she continued to drive past our home for days in order to sell the remaining new builds on our street. The worst part is the finance team they are terrible and untrustworthy the lie and they do don't keep their word I will never buy lennar again and I will make sure people know about it!

It all went very well from start to finish

The construction team was amazing, very good communication, on time, good experience. The quality team was very responsive, solved all problems very well. I had a very good experience with Lennar and I love my new house.

I really like my home

We are not first time home buyers and we did our due diligence to make sure we were pursuing the best possible purchase available to us, but Lennar made the experience so horrible that we will never purchase another property through them again. Our understanding is that the laws in Florida allow for unethical, shady business practices by builders, where the sales and mortgage teams essentially lie and overpromise to the buyer to quickly lock in the sale and then once the truth of the details are established there is no option to cancel the contract and get the escrow funds back. The manipulation and bait & switch tactics are strategic, calculated, and widespread throughout the company. Zero protection is offered to the buyers and in many cases the quality of work doesn't line up with the purchase price. From the time we signed the contract until today (50 days after closing) we have been dealing with constant issues, lack of communication or wrong information from various individuals, no accountability, increased costs that were not disclosed, and unresolved punch list items. It's incredible and shocking to us that Lennar continues to do business this way and they are allowed to get away with it seemingly unscathed. ... More

Mortgage process was good. Condo was completed on time and process closing was simple. The only issue would be the fact that Lennar does not put any light fixtures in their condos.

Quality of the material are not good. I think it woyld be good if they could have listed the appliances info during the buying time. All appliances are very basic and low quality. Construction quality is also low. The responsiveness for the issues reported is very bad. I would recommend before buying discuss with everything and go for it.

Lennar delivers a quality product for price! Should make all siding cement boards & get rid of vinyl cheap siding! Than a GREAT product!

We were able to purchase a quality home that met our needs because of the Lennar team. They listened and did everything within their means to provide us the opportunity to purchase a very nice home in the area we wanted live. From financing to upgrades it was an incredible experience. After the purchase, the personable Lennar team remained by our side to fix any emerging issues and to ensure everything met or is meeting our expectations!
