The builder met the delivery date. The home had a few minor issues that the builder is excellent on its responsiveness and fixes it quickly. I did not like the fact that there is no ability to make changes and we had to make all the changes post sale. But that it the builder model. Overall, I am satisfied and I would consider them again.

We’ve bought 5/6 homes from lennar we have always had a great experience with them I must say this time the Quality is just not what it use 2 b.

Lennar builds great homes, it’s the sloppy work of the construction people. I’m still removing white paint from our tile floors. Tacks coming up through the upstairs carpet and pricking our feet as we walk on it barefooted.

To many construction issues small but many. Dirty and sloppiness of workmanship seems no one inspects work.

Perfect place to stay

Everyone at Lennar was a pleasure to work with. I was not shy about what I wanted addressed and they addressed it all. Our home closed on time and each person from Sales to Construction was excellent to work with.

Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. From start to finish amazing customer service. From scheduling walk throughs or answering any questions I had. I really appreciated the “One Stop Shop” experience, having everything in house kept everything easy.

Love the development. Everyone is friendly and works very hard to make the homeowner happy.

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.

The experience was really excellent and exciting. It was like watching your child grow up into an adult. Every step was exhilarating and looking forward to what was coming next. The paperwork was a little stressful but worth it to the end.

The product offered is built at competitive prices, has an exceptional floor design, and is affordably priced.

The only issue is the rush to close on the new home with many outstanding issues. But the customer service was wonderful in addressing the issues after closing.

Lennar offered the best value for money home we could find, comparable homes from other builders were notably more expensive. No home builder is perfect, but we were/are very happy with our Lennar experience. Great home in a great neighborhood. Very happy.

Overall experience is very good except response time for issues will be slower.

Everyone my wife and I have worked with on the Lennar team has been great. From our very first experience with the sales team, to using Lennar Mortgage, and the support team after move in has been a wonderful experience. We purchased the Aurora and this is a solid, and spacious home. As with any new home purchase there are things that come up after you move in but Lennar has always responded in a timely manner, and I'd even say gone the extra mile in taking care of repair items. I'd recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality home, and a great team to work with.

House was completed in the timeframe promised and work was done well. To Raia has been excellent in handling all our post-closing requests. Overall experience with everyone has been positive.
