The house is so expensive and the materials used on the home is very low grade quality. I put a nail on the wall, it just moves without any resistance because there was no wood on the walls. I later discovered the walls are made of cartoons instead of wood. It's a very bad experience I have had. Everything is just falling off just 3 weeks of being in the home.

Loved the experience of being a first time home buyer

I was out of state & my purchase & closing went smoothly.

Sidewalks and driveways are atrocious. Footprints in both and marked and discolored. Construction dust in basement and garage. Two doors painted in different finishes, on the same door. No sump pump was installed, but that was quickly resolved.

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Buying experience was easier than I could have imagined and all issues we found were resolved very quickly.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you

My process was little stressful at first due to being a first time buyer. I am very excited that they got me a lower apr rate than my other lenders. The process with everyone was very helpful and great. They all worked hard to help me with my first home!! I am excited to be a new homeowner and live in a great area.

Individuals would approve, then reject, then approve and ultimately wouldn't approve us non-contingent. I believe they dangled the $15k incentive to use Lennar mortgage to bait us in, then didn't approve us. A 3rd party mortgage company approved us and they have to play by the same rules as Lennar. Lennar has a problem that in my opinion is fraudulent.

The builder Lennar was very good about extending my closing date while I negotiated financing. It was frustrating that some of the finishes previously provided in this model such as crown moulding & a couple of other items, are no longer provided so I had to find trades to complete the work at my additional expense. Fast response when I identified items that were deficient such as screws missing on electrical & plumbing plates, & terrible odour coming from hot water taps, & a few screens with rips in them. So far the only good thing is ,it was the cheapest home that was available. The longer we live here the more areas we see where the builders cut corners, did quick patch jobs or even tried to hide the errors made rather than fix them. if you have an issue there's a whole lengthy process to get it resolved. We were made promises that were not kept, discovered trash that had been poured over with concrete because they were too lazy to pick up after themselves. All in all, they did get us into a home quickly but if we were to do it again I would have taken my time and checked every little thing over and over and the once more. Hi, my experience with Lenora. It was very fast. I moved in my house less than 30 days. I had to break my lease so I owe the apartments moving into the house. It was a lot of unexpected cost that I didn’t know about was not aware of and nobody told me about it I have been living in my House Two months and I still cannot get my water in my name because the house is not up to cold. It’s no communication. I have tried several people emails. Nobody’s complying.

I heard that buying a house was a stressful process but, with Lennar it was easy and I was in good hands since the first day, Mrs. De Luna helped us to choose the house we wanted, my lender officer Kim and her team were outstanding and always available for any questions or concerns. Mr. Wes always had the information we needed. Our closing date was less than a month since we saw the first house. The best buying experience! They take care of the closing costs, insurance, etc., even when we went to USPS they were waiting for me with the mail box keys. I definitely recommend Lennar for first time homebuyers. ... More

First things first - love my home. It meets all my needs and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Lennar delivered what they promised, on time. The reason I took off couple of stars is because of response delays during the home buying process. There were 3+weeks that both my real estate agent and I struggled to get answers and an updated closing estimate from Lennar. On the positive side, once they started working with me (last week before closing), the answers and updates happened quickly and efficiently. For everything else, Lennar did what they said they will do, when they promised it. Frankly, a "will happen in last week before closing" response would have worked better than current experience of asking repeatedly and not getting responses. ... More

Home buying experience was challenging. Bait and switch was a tactic employed by sales manager at our site. In the end we purchased a house with most of options we desired. We settled much earlier than planned and made things stressful. Comments made by sales manager (not site sales rep) were unprofessional and insulting. We are happy with our home - but…

Home buying experience mixed. Pushed to close early, A LOT of craftsmanship issues with building of house - paint splotches on floor, mismatched paint used on walls, gouges in shower stall and tub etc.
