The home is well built. Well thought out. The lennar team was great to work with. It was a very smooth process until the end. The in house team of Lennar title was the worst ever. I have used Fidelity and Old Republic on several transactions and they are the gold standard. Unfortunately Lennar doesn’t give you a choice to use anything other than in house title and it doesn’t even meet a Bronze standard in my experience. The home itself I think was built well as well as the price I paid for it. The communication, however, between the Lennar Mortgage and other people involved made the process of buying a home much more stressful. my suggestion to Lennar itself is make sure when people are going to purchase a home from you that you walk through the steps and the different people that they are going to have to deal with for example, the people in the showroom at the track, the mortgage people, the underwriters, and who’s in charge of HOA. There was way too many emails and phone calls from way too many people it made the whole process so confusing and much more stressful. I’ve been almost 2 months now and I still don’t have an HOA bill and no one will return my phone calls or emails with questions I have, but they were quick to send me a letter in the mail about my trashcan being in the front yard. I might be a different entity than Lennar, but even the HOA information you have on your list that was provided at the time of purchase along with all the utilities is not accurate. Thank you. ... Lennar salesman doesn’t respond after the earnest money was given. They didn’t clean at all after the home orientation. When i was there after the closing, everything was as it is when we left after orientation. Little things like pull string on the conduit was not there for utility cable to go to the security box, front and back trees were not properly dug into the ground. Some of the ring security sensors were missing. Paints on the floor and windows are not properly cleaned. They said it gonna be construction clean but not at all.Overall bad experience.

Overall I am satisfied so far but there are a few issues I have to address within this first year.

So the sales process is very easy. Great mortgage rate towards the closing costs. Now here is where it goes sideways. We had a leak in the laundry room, all a Lennar issue. Took them 6 weeks to deal with it and it is still not fixed. Tiling issue in the kitchen, not yet resolved. Would I buy again, no, this is not a good company and the price reflects that they cut corners everywhere!!!!

No choices with the home was disappointing. Quality of work not great. Many warranty issues. Thank goodness the warranty team is exceptional.

Like the whole experience. Only part is there are too many surveys.

It went relatively smooth and was a great experience every step of the way.

It was very well set up system lennar follow which is very easy.

Overall we were pleased.. but it’s the little things.. The basement floor was left filthy/dusty.. we asked about getting it cleaned & told yes & nothing happened, spare bedrooms have no lighting..(recessed lighting would be nice touch), don’t put sprinkler heads where decks/patios are going.. Lennar knows that is the wrong location. Have the sales team know more of the community with out asking for that information ( activity lists, board members contact)Charlie doing a good job onsite.

Philip did a great job, I am very please with the professionalism and the work that was done to get us in the house on time. The value for the home is amazing.

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

The process was stressfull , but fun at the same time everything look great working with the team on our first walk through was exciting as we were getting closer to closing day so over all the process is stressful I would do it again.

Lennar is definitely a builder with multiple lawsuits against their name who will do anything to maximize their own profits, by building low quality products with no care whatsoever, like a lot of other builders. All I've seen is lies and fake marketing. Marketed this community as private and gated, while they sold our safety out to the city just to make more profits. One decent thing is the responsiveness of the staff.

The LENNAR homebuyers experience was overall very good. The quality of materials used and responsiveness has been excellent. Our concern was an unexpected delay in the closing date and the lack of notification of the scheduling for the celebration tour of the home. A person in training accompanied us on the tour and we were not notified who would be meeting with in advance. Als a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the names and number of technicians/staff expected at your home prior to the repair. From touring the model home with Meridith, to working with Annette at Lennar Mortgage, to the quality check with James & Joe...our homebuying experience has been wonderful. Thank you, Lennar.

Every one was helpful and professional Alf what they were doing from sales to construction manger or the mortgage people

Low quality materials used - especially the flooring Home came with very little- needed sprinkler system and gutters No towel racks or toilet paper holders There was phone jacks in kitchen and bedroom- need I say more I even had a roof leak first month None of their contractors spoke English But construction manager was excellent in responding to needed fixes

First I would like to say that Tish was very helpful! We were scheduled to close escrow on Thursday 5/02/24. That has been our scheduled closing date for almost two months. Well that didn't happen. We didn't close escrow yesterday and we did not get and do not have access to our house as of this morning Friday 5/03. I had a lot of things scheduled for our house this morning that I had to scramble to reschedule. We signed all of our loan documents on Tuesday 5/01 and Lennar Title received our closing funds on Tuesday 5/01 as well. My wife and I are pretty easy going people and we both are very understanding that things happen. The main issue here was the major lack of communication during this entire process, especially over the last few days as we are getting ready to close escrow. This is our first house that we are purchasing and were expecting a much more pleasant experience. The lack of communication has been an issue during the entire process dating all the way back to when I first inquired about the home. We were just sitting around waiting to receive a call, text, or email giving us instructions on how to enter our new home because it is now officially ours. Had I not reached out to anyone I would have had no idea what was going on and that we were not going to be given access to our new home yesterday. I was also given false information. I sent a email at 9am on our closing date to get an idea on when we will be given access to our new house and I was told that everything was sent over to the County recorder and once you guys received confirmation from the county we will be given access to our new home. We continued to follow up yesterday via email and were told they were still waiting on confirmation from the county. At 4:45pm I called Lennar Title and was told that nothing was ever sent to the county because they have not received the final sign off from the builder. So I didn't find out that we were not going to get access to our new home until 4:45pm on the day that we supposed to close escrow and I wouldn't have even found out unless I picked up the phone and called! I never received a call from anyone at least giving me a heads up stating that they were still waiting to receive the final sign off from the builder. I didn't know what or who to believe anymore. I just feel like there was a lot of finger pointing during this entire process and no one is willing to take any accountability. I can go on and on but I am not going to. ... More

We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Lennar does a great job with floor plans. Not all is perfect and there are spots in the home we wish were different but we realize that no matter how a home is spec’d out, there will always be the “I wish we/they would have done this instead”! In the end, it’s a great home with great features!

Excellent service and very beautiful and spectacular houses,

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole process. Their sales, lender and realtor have become a nice group who are after to get gullible investors. I would not touch another Lennar community again. Recently invested in another community from a different builder and quite happy with the outcome there. Couple of my contacts had similar experience with Lennar! ... More

So far we love our new home. Subcontractors have been very responsive. We have had an outstanding issue for about a week that has not been addressed and probably takes 5 minutes to solve. Contractor grade appliances but they are proforming OK.
