How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. The builder's team was fantastic, they took care of us as if we were the only customer they have. They not only delivered everything that was agreed but also the sales team went above and beyond. I am a first-time homebuyer and could not have been more pleased that I decided to go with Lennar. I'm extremely happy in my new home. I felt prioritized during my entire building/home buying experience!

The craftsmanship of my home doesn’t seem great , there are a lot of issues that shouldn’t exists like a crooked wall. Things of that nature should have never passed inspection from Lennar / star tech .

The employees are great at helping solve questions. The home itself has many minor flaws that frustrate us. Most of them we will address ourselves. Overall we were lucky to find a house in this buyers market and the sales team were fabulous.

Overall very professional and responsive to needs. If I were in the market for a second home I would be happy to buy from Lennar again.

Overall experience with Lennar builders is very good except some hiccups with the Lennar mortgage.Sales team ,construction team and support teams are outstanding.

Salesperson was responsive to our request, and found the house plan & lot that fit our needs. Contract was signed using Docusign and pictures were sent periodically on our homes progress. It was built exactly as planned.

I would like to thank all lennar team for all the help for getting me in new home. my special thanks goes to karran who not just did her job being a administrator but went out of her way to help us getting into the house. i really appreciate all her help in communicating with us even when she was on vacation. once again thanks to each and everyone in Lennar team.

In these trying construction times with low volume availability of materials and completed homes, we were glad to find a builder that could meet our accessibility needs and deliver on time. Lennar staff at Timber Creek kept us informed on the progress of our home and addressed all warranty items with a tracking system to ensure quality completion

My experience was great! The build had some minor things to fix but the responsiveness with the warranty was fast

There was an electrical outlet missing at the backyard. Lennar was contacted and fixed the issue within the following day.

We enjoyed a wonderful working relationship with Jennifer and Boone. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, organized and responsive, Any initial (and follow-up) problems that came up were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. We couldn't ask for a better home building experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Sooo much easier than in prior years of buying houses. This will be the fourth house I've had built in my life. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick anything out this time like I would normally. It was done by the sales guy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though. I probably would have priced myself right out of the house picking stuff out at the showroom! lol. Lucky for me, he did a good job in picking! Prices are off the chart. I think I should have paid a LOT less for this house, but it's the nature of the current state of things. I'm just grateful and blessed that I was able to get anything at all! I would purchase again using Lennar. My only issue is the paint is is more of a primer than paint. It needs 2 coats and I wish Lennar left a little paint, floor,carpet in the garage for touch ups.
