The most Stressful home buying experience ever!! Salespeople make promises that are not allowed by builder. Watch out for the sales gimmicks, they use sketchy sales practices.. I read the R&R's before purchasing with promises for a fence then the builder changes the docs. after submitting request for one. Lennar is not to be trusted. Love the location and floorplan. Unresponsive property management.

My experience with buying this house was not great. The company's promotions didn't benefit me, and they kept taking things away from the house, blaming it on costs. The customer service was poor, and they were mostly unavailable except through text. I'm not satisfied with the experience, and I'm unlikely to buy from this builder again or recommend them.

The finance team purchasing team, all extremely responsive very happy with Lennar financing and purchasing. The only letdown was a little bit maybe a newer Construction rep walk-through person should be a little bit better polished on customer service. The overall responsiveness when we have had any issues has been fantastic and very very quick Jorden has been great.

I’m a first homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect but my experience was very good, the process went by very fast. Faster than I thought it would.My loan officer was fantastic. She worked very hard to get me into my home it couldn’t have went any better. Thanks so much.

I really appreciate the help of Lennar customer care.Despite of some drawbacks, my experience with this builder has been positive.

The best thing I can say about it is that it is a nice looking house. I assume that because the houses are built quickly it takes a lot to keep up on quality control, but I just feel that you get what you pay for. It really feels like a nice starter home but not what I was hoping for in terms of quality. I understand that they have to save money to sell at the price point they are trying to keep but some things really feel cheap. The Home buying process is not like any other builder I have worked with. There is no flexibility or understanding from the company at all. It's their way or no way. This makes it difficult for someone selling one house and buying a Lennar house. It might be great for a first time home buyer, or someone looking for a retirement home. They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees. They said they were both dead. KRIS be ashamed of his self not respond to his messages and now I have a dead tree in my backyard. I have been living here for over a month and my first water bill was $648 so yes I have been watering the property , they landscape the house next door. They went all the way on my property to my house and filled the whole side of the house with side on top of my nice green lawn and I still have one uncovered sprinkler head. I purchased my home about 2 months ago . I am just finding outlets that don’t work the molding is cracked and the shower drain isn’t finished. I could not be present for my final inspection because I am active duty military and I was away. I have been trying to reach somebody because I was never given a key to the pool area but I am getting nothing. I am so disappointed

My wife and I had a great buying experience with Lennar. They were very friendly and professional which made the process stress free.

Lennar was super quick, responsive and helpful with our home buying process. We went to look at houses, and within 2 hours we had been pre approved, and we closed a month later. Super easy process. And they work with you until you get your loan approved, they never gave up on us! And now we have the home of our dreams!

I pay extra for this lot , thinking offers privacy but the lot is full off low quality clay dirt. So its useles nothing can be planted on it when it rain takes long to drain ,when its dry is hard like rock and crack..

Roy is fantastic, along with Lennar mortgage, title and insurance. My only issue overall is the Quality Control of the material you use. Accidentally dropping a plastic cup from the bathroom sink counter into the sink shouldn’t cause a crack and hole to appear. This is our 7th new build home and we’ve had much worst accidents occur without anything that has come close to what occurred here. I’m definitely disappointed that subpar material would be used by a reputable builder.

I appreciate Lennar's transparency and value, as it reduces the stress of selecting and paying for upgrades. For a first-time homebuyer, Lennar helped make the process easy and quick.

For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

I love my new hose, but way too many issues before, during and after closing, the biggest one was I was offered a house next to an empty lot, mains reason I peak this house, right on the day after closing, Lennar start building a new house right there. Very tricky sales strategies. Disappointed as well with Lennar mortgage, waiting more than 3 hours on closing date, because paperwork wasn’t ready.

The house is built very well overall. However, the completion was rushed and the walk throughs were a set time without asking us our needs. The Forman, Cass was great but the burden to complete the 7-page punch list was all his and he was beardly able completed most of it before the closing the same day. The Title company was great to work with and flexible to our needs. We have built four other homes in our history that in included two with U.S. Homes one Rutenberg and one DR. Horton. The quality of the inside of our new house is about a 4 about out of 5 and the same as Rutenberg. A few problems of poor workmanship and poor-quality show that was very disappointing. A few doors inside the house were hung like a 6th grader did the work. Some of the floor tiles were chipped and the grout in the on-suite shower mistake (chair on wrong side) repair was low quality and slopy work. The air unit was not balanced and the was causing us to have high humidity. The warranty person Jeff (great person) from the air company is working on the problem, Why the closet door for the inside air unit is not a louvered door is a poor design mistake that I have not seen in 40 years of new home builds. The landscaping is overdone and we cannot get out of our cars parked on the driveway without stepping on a plant, Although the grass is growing in now and look very good in the front, the amount of dead grass squares left by the people did the work is a just case pure laziness. If the square is dead when installing it, put a live/green one down in its place. Would I recommend a Lennar home to other, YES, but common scene would say slow down the process a little. Do not put the burden on the costumer / your client by saying "Oh just put in a work order and it will get fixed after you close". That is the perception that is given to the new homeowners. ...
