It's a crazy time in real estate but Lennar has made the best of it. Our home was on-time, done with quality workmanship and Lennar has continued to be responsive to our requests.

Lennar is trust worthy and they explained everything before our decision to buy house.

Lot size may vary slightly. If you require RV access get a lot that has a few more inches than the minimum you require. Garages are standard size with very little room in front of a parked car or sides for storage. Homes are well insulated and energy efficient. Smart houses are not set up. It is up to the home owner to figure out how to set up. Counter tops need to be sealed by owner, Don't expect to move in and use counter tops before sealing. If you have hard water invest in a quality water softener not a cheap one from a big box store. House did not come with rain gutters. Our 3 car garage only came with only 1 door opener with 1 remote.. We elected to use Lennar mortgage and insurance. These people were great and made it easy on us. Couldn't be more pleased with the home itself. Me and my growing family absolutely love the home. There have been mostly mild issues (paint chips, scratches, broken tile, missing electrical outlet, etc.) But when lennar has been contacted, every single has been taken care of and incredibly quickly. As much as we love our new home, it has been a great experience working with everyone at lennar. Lennar finance, title, construction, everyone has been great. Special shout out to Jim. He is always incredibly responsive.

It is my first house purchase and Lennar offered me the best service to make everything easier, all the materials used are of good quality, I recommend them and I am thankful for that.

Chad was helpful answered all of our questions. Helped In our decision making . Made us feel at home . Kyle was there helping and getting the job done . On the day of the move in again it seemed like he was close by to answer any questions that we had. Thank you Chad and Kyle . The team at Lennar was wonderful! Once my realtor scheduled a showing, the process moved fairly quickly considering the crazy market conditions. I went under contract April 30th and on Aug 30th, I closed and got my keys!!! As a first time home buyer, I had to adjust my expectations with some things. Overall I am very pleased

Personnel was outstanding! I couldn't asked for a better group of people to assist me with our home buying experience. From Ana Guzman to Josie Gonzales to Tommy Collier. They all did an outstanding job taking the entire stress load off of me. What a blessing they were to work with. I honestly would give them a 5 star on all categories unfortunately some items were beyond their control due to COVID but they did the best they could to assist us.

Thanks for the second gate to help access the backyard without wearing the grass down between my air conditioner and the neighbor's unit. The only thing I'm still miffed about is that you're not going to replace the dead tree that had no chance of surviving when planted. It started 90% dead and is now 100% dead.
