We decided to buy our Lennar Home because of how well we felt the home was built (had it inspected by a 3rd party inspector prior to purchase) and all the extras included with the home. We felt this was the best bang for our buck. We have been in our home for 5 months and are still happy with our purchase. We would recommend Lennar to anyone we know.

The cabinets need jewelry! Handles or drawer pulls!

Overall quality at the price point is great. Only wish is that they would use higher quality paint and carpet for the houses. The paint gets scuffs and marks if you lightly brush by and the carpet is very low quality. But overall I am satisfied.

Quick to respond - especially first 30 days.

Wonderful house at a good price, and love the Lennar employees. Responsiveness is excellent. Really would prefer if our neighborhood had sidewalks and more landscaping, as well as fences to separate the houses. However, we can't beat the price for location and the home. Also the laminate floor used for our bathrooms is just awful and doesn't match. I would request a change if at all possible before purchasing!

First time we bought a new house. Lennar builds a quality product and makes the buying experience easy.

I would like to call out the Lennar Construction Manager for Fendol Farms, Mike Zehia, for his excellent responsiveness during all the phases of the construction of my home. He promptly addressed all of my questions and resolved the few construction issues we encountered along the way. I am extremely pleased with my home and I would strongly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a high quality home.

The realtors with Lennar did a WONDRFUL job addressing all our concerns. The construction manager also did a PHENOMENAL job handling all issues that cropped up with our home. Fast and easy

Being able to purchase this home was a life long dream! The help from everyone at Lennar & especially Eagle Mortgage, was all we could of asked for! Warranty has been on top of all issues! So far, 5 months in our home here in Vineyard Grove, has been outstanding! Thanks everyone! Looking forward to seeing the neighborhood grow!

The purchasing portion of our home buying experience was amazing. Tina Mondragon is exceptionaly nice and caring. This is our 2nd Lennar home becasue of Tina. She was just as excited to help us purchase our second home as she was with our first. Tina is always a pleasure to see in the new home office and is very helpful on giving us any information that we need. We have ongoing issues not completed from our closing walk-throughs back in OCT 2019. Such as, scrached and dented cabinets, chips in the granite counter tops, stress crackes in drywall.
