The process from start to finish was easy starting with our sales person Ryan, he has been tremendously helpful, and answers or finds out about anything we ask. Steve our loan officer was also extremely quick to return our calls. The quality of the people and the house are more than we ever expected, thank you again Lennar for everything you have helped us through.

Buying a home made easy and everything came as expected

In all everything is great, it’s really big inside and that is very good, it’s also a good neighbourhood.

This was the easiest home I've ever bought. The staff was informative and the workmanship was of great quality.

Very accommodating, willing to help us in anyway possible. They were very flexible with our situation when we had issues selling our other house first. Our construction manager (Chip) is second to none, he did a great job on our walk through and explained everything well so I was able to understand how our new home works.

Quality work and home was done on time. But we had to wait over a month for the grass,driveway and sidewalk to be done outside. So my house was a bit dusty. The temporary driveway was sand. So I had to clean everyday the house. I would have liked everything to have been done when we closed on the house.

Fair price, closed on time have addressed all issues since moving in .

The home buying process was easy. Everyone was great to work with.

The buying experience was great. Everything went smoothly and every response was quick. I feel that they delivered quality better than I anticipated. So it is a good value for money. However the post sale service is not so good. There was no guidance on the electronic security system and till date I have not seen any feedback on that. Even for small repair they have very rigid time schedule which means you need to take leave for getting anything in the house. So the happiness of getting good home got mixed up with poor service.

The blue tape walk through is extremely important and it is a great opportunity they offer.

I love my home. However, issues that have come up that are supposed to be warranteed, or items found in my walk through 4 months ago, are not addressed without pressure from me. That feels shady due to the used car salesman type promises made like “we are here for you, we care, any problems you just call.”.

Only been in home for a couple months , so far so good !
