Don't trust never in lennar

Builder's not doing a good job. I paid lots of money for my house and the finished product is bad. Lack of paint inside and out,etc...

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

There are few things I had communicated with the builders project manager which have still not been fixed. so not happy about it, there is also a hole in the roofs plywood (not leaking) but example of poor material used. I'm still in my 1 year warranty and will put in tickets to get them fixed, but this is just how my feelings are for an investment like this.

Bruce, Keith and Stuart made my home purchase an easy adventure from the start, through construction and after. Brian and Lucy from Eagle Mortgage made the paperwork process easy and my remote closing a breeze.

Had a great experience with the sales, post sales and customer exp team. Loved it! House was build with good quality.

The agent Lane was the most honest, professional & patient agent. After the purchase it has all been down hill. It has been extremely disappointing.

Every warranty claim is met with resistance and denials. Zero accountability for shoddy construction. Zero accountability for tradesman on property. Absolutely regret 10000000% giving a dime of my money to your company.

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. When you move they supposed to give you some things that come with the house for example a tile box , that’s another thing, no one cares. So when you are buying everything is great, but after that, good luck if someone listens to you. I move here because my family are moving from up North and we all wanted to be together. My experiences were horrible when it came to get items that were falling apart repaired. It has been an inconvenience with the scheduling to get things fixed. Not available on the weekends and in order to get things repaired you must take a half of day off losing income for the issues that came with a new build

My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. And it is a cheek that they have not yet finished fixing it and already want to close the case as if it had already been fixed. During those two months there were some connected machines in my bathroom to which I received an invoice and when I contacted the LENNAR team they told me that neither they nor the company that installed them (which sent them from the same LENNAR) are responsible for that energy expense. After moving into the house and living in it we have found screw heads coming through all the walls, doors needing tightening so rain does not come through, driveway cracked where you can actually pick a piece out, concrete walkway not good workmanship, we have only lived in the house for a little over a month. Afraid of what awaits us

Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

We closed on 10/30/2024 and couldn't wait to get into our new home. Unfortunately from the moment we moved in it's been issue after issue. Missing grout in the tile, broken tile, doors hitting each other, scratched sinks, trim not flushed to the wall, sloppy painting, misaligned doors, interior doors not finished on the bottom, holes in garage trim, chunks missing from concrete, cabinets shiny or rough.One thing after another and every time they come out, something else gets worse. What kind of builder leaves a house like this?!?! They finally repaired the concrete holes but damaged the pavers from wiping the wet concrete onto them. It took weeks to get the pavers replaced and once they replaced the pavers guess what? New chunks in the concrete!!! The only thing that has been fixed in two months is the sink . It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.

It was great until we moved in. Laura tommy and whitney all so helpful. Cannot say enough about customer service leading up to closing date. Once moved in has not been great. Have found a lot of poor work and things not working with a poor response. We made a complaint about a lennar staff who came out and referred to same staff to make complaint. been disappointed

The quality of the homes here are poor at best. Materials used are basic trac home quality. The tradesman have little to no skill set, and the superintendents are lacking people skills as well as professional development.

The front end of the buying experience was great. I appreciated the professionalism and prompt assistance we received from Patrick Sleeper and Dennise Vigil. We received a rushed orientation where we were told we could mark up what we saw that needed to be addressed. For a house our size, we had a quick one-hour orientation, because another one was scheduled right after ours that one couldn't be late for. We rushed through each room with barely enough time to mark the areas that needed attention. I addressed an area of concern and was told, "I wasn't getting a custom home!" he proceeded to make excuses for the imperfections and proceeded to talk about me when I walked away. Come move-in day, we get the house as is and what was marked up was to be completed by service at a later date. Our tape marks were simply removed and only a few things were fixed before they moved on to the next home. I never imagined moving into my first new-built home and being as dissatisfying as I was. Come closing day, my home was not move-in ready, and countertops, floors, cabinets, stairs, everything was covered in dust. The house was vacuumed but vacuum marks aren't enough when you can't move in immediately because you have to do a thorough cleaning beforehand. Our lights were left on in the home, we had trash in our front yard, our shower rod in one of our bathrooms was not hung, our carpet was lifting on the stairs due to the nails not being pounded down, areas of the floor were incomplete as the tile was not placed all the way to the wall, our baseboards are wavy and the drywall is wavy. We hired painters who we're having to pay more because they have to fix what the Lennar painters didn't do right the first time. Our painter pulled a vent off to paint the wall only to find someone's lunch trash. A can of Coke and a Wendy's wrapper were left right inside the vent for us to throw away. Lastly, we had urine and other evidence in 4 out of our 5 toilets from contractors using our bathrooms and not cleaning up after themselves when we were told it was cleaned. There was no soap or paper towels in the home so hands weren't being washed while the filth was spread throughout the house. The model and layout of the home are great. Everyone who comes in after can care less about building a home with dignity for Lennar to sell to hardworking people. ... More

The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. Day two our downs stairs bathroom , bedroom filled with raw sewage due to a sewage valve installed backwards, for the last 7 weeks we've been dealing with repairs which has been horrible. Quality of work is below standard, poor communication from all all stress of repairs have been placed on my wife which is ridicules. All that has been fixed now we're dealing with an upstairs bedroom flooring issue floor has a low spot which somehow was missed on inspection and our dryer vent was stuccoed shut cayseubg out dryer not to work and no one has fixed because apparently it's not a big deal. The buying experience was great. The only thing we could have asked was for a little more communication. The first 9 days in the house were great until the quality of workmanship showed with a major sewage backup. While Lennar responded quickly the weeks to follow were a nightmare with no admission of fault. They actually blamed their plumbing company. I felt like a general contractor trying to get it fixed. People would show up with no idea what they were to work on. It eventually all got fixed but needless to say my new house doesn't have that new feel. To top it off we missed a nice show we had tickets for and Lennars response was sorry we don't reimburse for things like that. Great customer service......not. ... More
