The two people that started out helping me were awful. The last person that helped me from Arizona was amazing. Everything that was suppose to be completed before close wasn't completed. The door jams suck and always move down and allows the wind to be howling all day and night. If I had to do over I wouldn't have purchased this house. Now I am just waiting until I pay off enough or the price of the house goes up so I can sell it or maybe I will look into renting it out.

Leeann and Andrea gave me their cell phone numbers and promptly answered many questions throughout the process both by phone and text-they were great at letting me know what to expect and timing which made it less stressful.

The buying process was ver smooth. Excellent builder and would recommend to those planning to buy a home. Very satisfied with my home.

My home concierge Haley is very responsive. I am still concerned about my roofing in the high winds but every time I report a problem they are out here quickly to correct any problems.

Getting issues corrected after we moved in was a real hassle. There are too many people to deal with. One person says they will take care of something and drops the ball. Another says to file a report on line with Lennar. All in all you waste your time waiting for people who never show up!!

Felt welcome to buy this home.

Couldn't get in contact with people for days about issues. Received multiple closing disclosures all wrong. Celina and Morgan were the only helpful people. They planted dead grass, asked them to fix it, they said it would come back alive and if not in a month they would replace it. It never grew back because it was dead when they put it down, when i contacted them to replace it they said they would get back to me and never did and now wont answer my calls or text. The entrance sidewalk by my door has footprints in it, asked them to fix it, they fixed the drive way but left the entry sidewalk with foot prints in the concrete. Communication was awful, and the Liaison was pointless, never knew any of the questions i asked then had to play telephone between three people and took Days/week to get a single answer for an issue. Got a power of attorney done for closing a month before i closed. I was told it was approved and a week before closing they decided that it was no longer approved and i had to run around in a different state while in training for the government after hours, spending extra money to express ship a new power of attorney ($80 for notary and $120 for shipping). Not my first Rodeo stay focused and patient.

The house is solid, tight and well designed. It is in many ways just what wewere looking for. Lennar has a very good system of customer care before, during and after the sale. There are details in the finish I wish were different or better, but we landed too late in the process to change things. I would definitely look, work with and purchase another Lennar Home if I were to be in the market.

Overall very happy with my new home. The home buying process was very smooth. I did find minor things in the home that was missed during the walk through. These things were fixed in a timely fashion.

The only item that made this buy less than wonderful was the broken timeline promises and that was only caused by poor workmanship. Time and time again we had to postpone our move due to items that were either incomplete or poorly executed. Seems like pride in workmanship is a thing of the past in new built homes. Had things been done right at the beginning, we would have met our deadlines. Also, it would have been nice to receive some sort of follow-up from our salesman. Once we signed the paperwork for the purchase, we never heard back from him. The items that needed attention after we moved in have been resolved quickly. My experience with the purchase has been bad. I would like to mention 4 points that have made my experience a bad experience. The first point is that in my first week living in the house I discovered that the house had plague (something that they did not solve.) Point number two, before closing the purchase I made a complaint because the scale in my house is 3 shades different ones on the staircase and the only response from them was that that is what there is because there was no more material. Point number 3, The A/C compressor is defective and has an annoying noise, I have already made a claim and am waiting for the replacement. Looking at single story homes and found a home at Talamore community but wanted the same home in Black Mountain Ranch. Walked into the first Pioneet model and fell in love with it and made offer and accepted all with 3 hrs time from seeing it to prequalifying and accepting offer. Very quick and fast process. Love lennar homes.

They call 4mm flooring upgraded! It’s cheap. Layout is great of these homes. Very sound proof. Windows are great.

2days after I moved into my brand new home it was flooded due to the plumbing. I have not had access to my downstairs in a month…this has been an awful experience!

My home buying experience is going great ! Brandon Todd is excellent and a 5 star builder . He has been attentive and responsive with all my concerns leading up to closing and afterwards. In Addition Tim Martin and his partner are extremely kind and supportive as well with their roles. With this being our second home we have purchased the experience thus far has been better by far than buying from D R Horton.

I was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone keep me informed of what was going on before closing, and after closing and I moved in they made a visit to see how things were going. I would recommend Lennar for buying your next home.

Every house I ever bought was always cleaned before closing. This house needed to be cleaned.

Took a lot of short cuts in building and didn’t pay attention to details in some areas.

Our house is beautiful. We could not be happier.

During the initial process of purchasing, the process was easy and seamless. We were able to purchase the home from out of state since most of the transaction was completed online. We did experience some issues, however, it was nothing to major that prevented us from completing the transaction. The home is beautiful, however, the materials used could’ve been better. The walls are thin, baseboards throughout the house were not properly cut and the paint is easily scuffed.
