The sales rep we dealt with for Lennar was great to work with, always answered all our questions in a timely manner. All the Lennar employees we've dealt with have been very friendly and responsive to all questions and issues.

Lennar customer care could have a better response time

Moving is stressful but Bruce made the home buying experience very straight forward.Gene at Lennar mortgage was superb even so there were a few issues he sorted them all out and kept it on track.Following our move I have to say that whenever I reported the odd issue Lance and his team responded very quickly and rectified the issue.Overall a very good experience and I would highly rate the service received by these members of The lennar team as they made the difference

Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

Lennar (at Malone) was very forthright with any complications during the build process. They kept us appraised of new developments and progress on our new build along the way--including sending us pictures-- which I thought was a very nice touch. Michael in the front office always took his time to respond sincerely and concisely to any queries we had, and allayed our fear with the right information. There is also no "upsell" with this company-- what you see is what you get. Whatever wasn't done to your satisfaction will be fixed. Since moving in, every little fault we have found from minor issues to exterior paint complaints to drywall repair and so on, Chris, Andrew and team has sent professionals to fix it. It does take a little bit of time (I have even heard some grumblings about that), but I understand workloads these folks go through, and they have always shown up. It hasn't been an easy year or two (snowed in, rains, coronavirus) but the dedicated speed and professionalism that this team has worked with while maintaining quality has truly been commendable. Overall I had a great experience. I’m a first time home buyer, and from the construction to the lending, everyone I dealt with was helpful and spent the time to walk through the process. I wasn’t a very needy client, but if I was they were so patient. In the 3 months I’ve only had 1 minor issue on a small leak to submit that was resolved within 24 hours of my conversation with the lennar poc. While we all want perfection that is not realistic, it’s more about how they’ve responded and have all good things to say about my experience.
