So, I paid almost $200K for this house. It had a stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. No refrigerator. I had to turn around and buy one. Also, a few times that I have called in with issues, I got no return call, and my case was closed without comment.

Unlike my experience with other builders who claim to be responsive until they have your money, when I have a problem with my Lennar home, they get it resolved immediately. While I wish that they hadn't cut corners on such a pricy home in the first place, when something isn't right they fix it, and they've even given advice when I was making changes. Overall, definitely recommend this builder.
