The team was always there for us, quick to respond, and dedicated to creating a home that was not only beautiful but also better than we had ever imagined. Everyone I dealt with associated to this company worked especially well with me. They were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had and there were many. I definitely have to say that they were extremely helpful and not far from reach. They were patient and made it very stress-free. Buying a home could be very overwhelming butI trusted them every step of the way and for me that's very rare. I give everyone10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.👍

I just love the house, everything was super easy and really nice

This should have been amazing process for us begging to end the fact that it was so ruff in the beginning was crazy. I want people to know if your not happy with who ever is helping you don't be afraid to ask for someone else.

The initial home buying experience was so flawless it almost seemed unreal. It's a cheap little house but it's new and it's ours. Only one complaint we have is the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. That's the only small complaint. Appliances are beautiful and work very well. AC is cold and the insulation is working great as well. It's over 100° in Texas and the temp is constant all day. Lots of warranties and the buying experience was so easy it was a huge relief. They'll explain and go over everything with you at your walkthrough and it's very helpful. If you want an affordable house that's yours and brand new, give it a try. It began with the quality exchange with our salesman. He was very helpful in locating us two lots. One for us and another for our daughter and son-in-*****. That sealed the deal.

When buying a new home, if you're not building a custom home and you're buying a tract home, there's only so much you could actually expect from any builder who's quickly putting homes together. But given the circumstances and the timing of needing to buy a home in *****, I'm overall very happy with Lennar. I understand that indifferent cities, and in different states, Lennar quality can be vastly vary. A home in a rural area in Texas can be built drastically worse than an expensive Lennar home in ***** CA, so keep that in mind; there's a major difference. Nothing will be exactly comparable and your market may vary. Lennar has been very good to work with but one of the subs could learn a lesson in customer service. I.E. the sub contractor who did the final grade and sodding needs to be more transparent about what water costs are in Buffalo. I can afford the bill we are about to receive but some of my new neighbors are very young and will not be able to afford a$1,200+ utility bill. First of all they told everyone that if they can't control the irrigation system they won't guarantee the sod. They then proceed to OVER water the lawns. I didn't realize how much and how often they watered until I moved in and took over the control of the watering. 85,000 gallons of water in a short timeframe is excessive. Plus, when they graded my lawn they hit my new shed with a skid steer and knocked it off the foundation. They also damaged one corner of it and has yet to return to repair it as they promised. The agents being more knowledgeable of what is offered.

The management staff at the clubhouse is absolutely wonderful and very responsive to our needs. Lennar did not put any gutters on the villas nor did they put any towel bars in the half baths or master near sinks.

Very poor customer service from the agent/sales representative and mortgage team.

Closing date moved multiple times causing costly storage and housing fees for us. Salesperson so dismissive and wasn't even on site could care less about our concerns. Called only to get our checks.

The process of signed papers to move in date was *****. They said the city was at fault for delaying the home buying process but after speaking with the city, the local Lennar repeatedly ignored instructions from the city to be up to code. And then I received and email saying "Lennar is not at fault it's the cities fault"

"Buying" the home was simple, it's what happened after that was extremely frustrating. The concierge service that was offered began with a "congratulations" email with a closing date, only to be told the next day it was a mistake and that was not our closing day. This happened twice. That's right, 3 different closing dates were given to us. The concierge.sent emails with emojis and false promises. Very unprofessional. We would go days without answers to question, or receive two different answers. All the parts were not speaking to each other. Then we had a very incompetent loan officer through Lennar mortgage which only added to our frustrations. The saving grace? The actual construction work is solid and wonderful. We love our house. However while trying to change our address we were told by the post master that Lennar had not gone through the correct avenues to register the new street. Of course Lennar said they did that. ... As it is a new unit. This week the AC stopped working, so far all the positive aspects that had for the years are diminished.

Everyone talks a good game but when it comes time to fix anything not done correctly it is crickets. Mostly just talk and promises and nothing accomplished.

We've several issues including window leak. The response and communication with getting this fixed has been horrible

For example, the windows and sliding doors installed were defected but how is it that it was still installed, and never double checked? The down spout pipe outside was not even aligned correctly so the water coming down the pipe does not enter the area drain but rather floods the floor. How was that passed before closing? Those are just the few of many obvious issues we had. But on top of that the responsiveness was so poor in getting all of our issues resolved. We felt like we were doing everyone's job— from communicating between Steven/Cesar and the technicians, having to convince everyone of the defects, to following up constantly. There were issues that we taped with Steven during the initial walk through prior to closing that have yet to be fixed. It's honestly just been such a headache experience as a customer and for how much the home is valued at. It's a new build but why was it so poorly built without the thorough inspection? If it was better checked and constructed during the process then there would've been less money and time wasted afterwards for everyone. If these issues are brought to your attention, as a home buyer they should be quickly taken care of. We wanted to really enjoy this new transition of buying our first home, especially a new build, but it was rather unnecessarily difficult and disappointing. ... More

Paint on windows, tape still marking unfinished repairs, no power to several outlets, a/c duct routing in attic looks intentionally chaotic, grass sod left on pallets on sidewalk to die for nearly a week before installation, been moved in for over a month and still don't have a recognized address or mailbox, cheapest/loudest dishwasher I've ever heard, oven sets off smoke alarms during preheat, shower drain is very loud, huge gaps in garage door opening allows snakes and bugs easy access, no support for ceiling fans in living room or master bed, "on-demand" water heater takes over a minute to get luke warm, can hear neighbors talking inside their house from inside mine, tiny garage barely fits 2 small cars, only 1 water spigot and 1 electrical outlet outside. For being a first time homebuyer and expecting a lot better from a major home builder, this is subpar. I know want better, pay more. But at the price the houses are listed at the quality of work is below average. I've only had my home for about 2 months and I've already had to file a "warranty" for different items from their contractors breaking my fence, and damaging my foundation at the same time when laying sod. And doing bare minimum adjustments on a door (and still having that same problem yet again.) When the sod was laid down no dirt was laid to help root the grass, they only scalp the existing grass, lay the sod down, roll it, and then barely wet the grass. So now I'm trying to get grass to grow that already seems dead along with the trees that were planted. Am I happy to be out of my apartment, yes..but I wish I had checked out more houses than settle on an affordable home. ... More

The poor communication. I have a new build that's suppose to have a ceiling fan in my main bedroom , it's almost 2 months and they still haven't came to put it in. The floor boarding is coming up that they still haven't came to fixed. There were dead bugs and knats on the floor all through the house the day I closed. The grass was higher than my ankles. My house was not up to par on my closing day and I was not happy about it at all.

Constant issues and no care to fix it in a quick manner. Leaks, broken AC all in a new build. Nobody cared to get this taken care of so we were out of AC for three days in Florida heat. And there was no communication on when it would get done and was expected to just be there and skip work for them to show up whenever.

Lennar in plumas lake Rose we meet very nice and helpful October 2025 put deposit new build ready in July never heard from anyone until July and when we did all the stuff we went through with lennar loan officer was the worse experience for our 1st home non responsive on any questions loan numbers all over the place and only time we get to talk or call back it was always for money that's all and when we give it there numbers would be wrong and they keep asking for more n more terrible experience home quality very fast build not quality just quantity and so hard fir them too responsive on warranty work but loan department was the worse experience ... Seller (Latasha) only cares about selling house. She does not care about anything that happens afterwards and just pressures you to buy the house by making fake claims about how a family is looking at a house you're looking at and needs a response in two days. Never got keys for a mailbox I didn't know I was gonna get. Tries to resolve it with Lennar and they would just direct me to my seller, and the seller would send me back to Lennar.

We were fooled by a salesman that sold us a house that was not really what we expected. He made us think that the new build we were getting was going to be very beautiful with all the bells and whistles, only to find out we had the base model that didn't include anything. We don't even get shower doors. We have no towel racks in the bathroom, there is no cabling or wiring for internet, this has is bare bones. We didn't even get the fence package and we paid top dollar for the home. The other thing the salesperson did was ***** that all the amenities would be in place for us. He sold us a pool and fitness center that was to be completed by the time we moved in. Well, the salesperson left, we got stuck with a house we don't love and we don't have the amenities that my kids were counting on. The amenities are coming in about 2 years. Worst experience of my life. I would not buy with Lennar again due to this. They are usually known for being good, but that was not our case. We also have an electric water heater that apparently was installed because Lennar needs to save money. The air conditioning in the house is horrible and they designed it with the unit in the crawl space which an hvac company was saying that was a horrible idea to design it that way. We don't get ac to the top floor. We were told to install fans and that should help. What a joke. Don't believe it. ... More
