We came from out of town for a beginning process of transition. Twice issues came caused questions. Vanessa came by personally resolved the issues.

Everything was as they said it would be. Any things brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. All the little things on the punch list were taken care of

There were so many emails exchanged with various documents that needed to be signed. I wish there was one comprehensive packet that we could sign all at once instead of going back and forth, as it was quite overwhelming. The process of streamlining needs to be improved.

Lennar produces a good home at a good price, the purchase was easy, and the warranty support has been quick. Any home buyer has to consider their options: Existing home Custom build Small local builder Huge builder "spec home" eg Lennar Existing home inventory can be random and frustrating, and often the value isn't great. Custom new builds will always be more expensive. Small local builders may have more customization and more luxurious finishes, but you'll pay a premium for that. Huge builders like Lennar have honed their floorplans and construction over the years, and the result is an appealing mainstream home at probably the best value of any of your options. There's no customization, and it's not high end luxury like, say, Toll Brothers, but you're also going to save a lot of money. Every new home will have a few warranty items for repair, and issues have been quickly addressed so far. ... More

Bought a new home in Horizons CC in September. Recognized a great opportunity and took advantage of it. The team I worked with were great. From Paul C in Sales, Kenny for the walk through, Field for the mortgage to Lindsey in customer support. The experience was great.

My experience with Lennar was very smooth and fast

I was very pleased with every aspect of the home purchase. Everyone who participated in the sales from start to finish was very efficient and helpful and patient.

My husband, Tyrone, always say “Teamwork makes a dream work”. We never thought we could close on our home in 19 days. However , Lennar has a group of professional staff who provides excellent teamwork to ensure we got to closing on the date established once the purchase agreement was signed. Our Saleperson, Lauren was excellent, who assigned us to Tara, the Concierge, She sent an email introducing herself, providing us with a list of all the Utility Services, addresses, phone numbers and also advised us when to call to transfer the services in our names. We were contacted by the individual who writes the Homeowner Insurance Policy for review and to accept. Special thanks to John Michalski, our Mortgage Loan Officer who worked diligently with us to ensure the closing date was met. Kevin, who did our walk-thru was very thorough and paid attention to detail. In summary, purchasing a Lennar home and using their Mortgage Company was very easy because of a well organized Mortgage process. The building team was absolutely great to work with. They made both walkthroughs a breeze and resolved the very few minor issues found on walkthrough perfectly. Great experience. No complaints. We absolutely love our new home.

everything went well. quick and easy

I'm absolutely happy with my new home. I've found a few minor issues, but I hope they'll be fixed quickly I have 60 days to report . I had an issue with my air conditioner thermostat the first few weeks, and they fixed it literally the next day. The only thing that really upset me was the construction of the house next door. I didn't expect it to be built so close to my patio . I won't have any privacy. I hope the developer plants trees and shrubs. I really hope so. I definitely recommend lennar company!
