This is a great community! And my house is a delight for me. It took about 4 months to make it what I would have wanted to be delivered on day 1 (i.e. some customization like pulls on drawers and cabinet doors, tall toilets, towel bars, washer & dryer, my preferred refrigerator, pull-out drawers in the lower kitchen cabinets, etc. You know, the things that make a house a home.) I haven't yet reported any issues for repairs because I'm saving them for a larger list. Most of those issues are minor. I'm hoping the responsiveness is top notch. Overall, I'm quite happy with the house.

We're first-time buyers, and many times I didn't feel the support I needed, even though the response was always quick. I think the buying process could be a bit more user-friendly.

Lennar set the price and it was not negotiable, although it was fair I didn't feel like we got a great deal. I loved the fact that they did not install builder grade fixtures and fans. I am able to purchase and install exactly what I want. I was a little disappointed with some workmanship and materials. The floor in particular had several chips in the tiles leading me to think it is not high quality. The walls plaster & paint is perfect, the ceilings are awesome and a fireplace feature wall is very nice add. Kitchen cabinetry and layout is average. I absolutely hate the refrigerator but all other appliances are very nice. Disappointed to notice the pavers in the driveway are different than those in the pool area. For a 3 car garage, it is tiny. If you pull in close to the door on the outside wall there isn't room to open the car door. And there is no place to put garbage cans! ... More

The process went smoothly with good communication during building home. The only problem is there is nothing that requires new homeowners to maintain their properties in less than 2 months large amount of properties look like ghetto because of lack of maintenance with weeds above your knees blocking sidewalks. Just ridiculous for a new neighborhood. Sad that these aren't things dealt with for other homeowners by Lennar or the city of Hanford.

I found buying a Lennar home to be an easy and friendly experience. Robert was very easy to work with and always available to answer questions or show me the home-again.

Have been disappointed by the follow-up on issues outlined in the initial walkthrough with the builder. Simple fixes should have been addressed within weeks, not months as we have experienced.

We are very happy with Megan who made it all happen from beginning until the last process. Even after sales, she still communicated & catered to our needs. Lennar is very lucky to have an asset like her . A huge thank you to Megan!... TJ is also an asset to this team. He delivers! The not so nice experience is the closing part, when we were signing all the papers . We weren't sure if it's because of our payment type that's why we were not treated well, but the lady in charge there didn't make us feel important. She left us for another family who needed to take a mortgage. There was no happiness in that closing period. She made us feel NOT important. Keana her assistant is a nice person. The boss is NOT! ... We knew going in these were mass produced homes, so our expectations were based on that. We felt a bit rushed at the final walkthrough, but would have taken more time had we known issues brought up after might not be taken care of. The house seems generally well built, but the finish work (especially panting) was poor. We spent lots of time cleaning. Save time to paint before you move in!

The people I had contact with were very helpful and considerate.

The buying process was ok but Lennar Title was not very communicative and I needed to chase after any changes to be made or to get info. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for and had the basic items tastefully done. If there was an issue, Lennar would fix it, but knowing how to access them was tough and the info needed to be gathered from sales staff. There have been some things that needed correction. Mostly, they were taken care of timely. However, some were not, so that was frustrating. Information needs to be shared better with new residents in some type of all-in-one packet from financing to ARC to maintenance. I am looking forward to the clubhouse being done to give everyone an opportunity to meet and greet! All in all, I am very happy with my new home! ... More

The people that work at Heritage Placer vineyards were very responsive, professional and helpful. This included sales, construction, title and other financial people

biggest problem was the appliances were not very well made. we have replaced almost all of them. people very helpful. dishwasher broke after using twice. microwave made noise. washing machine very noisey. stove was replaced only because we wanted induction cooking.

Everything went smoothly with escrow with only one non-major clinch. There was an issue with one of the water lines caused by the workers but this was fixed prior to move in. Overall the experience with the staff was good.

We feel that the interest rate incentive was a bare and switch. We were told we could get the 1.99% but then when we went to buy we were told we had to close by the end of the month.

They did a good job by cleaning the paint stains but forgot couple so I guess they’ll have to return .

so far so good with this home and community. I am happy with the environment and this home. quality of the workmanship is ok. There's a few things that could have been done better or at least with more care. For the price, it was a great value. Today was the first day of filling a claim for something and the response was quick. Somebody is already coming out in a couple of days.

My first home buying experience was top notch.

We didn't set out to get into a new build, but fell in love with the clean, sleek designs and backyards at just the right size. Some things were disappointing (appliances and toilets on the low end of quality, walls painted with matte paint), but overall, we are very happy with our decision to purchase a Lennar Home. The buying process was easy, thanks to a dedicated team that stayed in regular contact and did not flinch at our novice questions. Purchase price felt right for what we were getting, but the cost to upgrade a blank canvas backyard was a big surprise - be prepared for that one! My experiences as an investor have always been great. This time however, we were not able to conduct a virtual walk through. It would be helpful if other video options - such as, Signal or Zoom - were available to those who cannot use FaceTime.

I had a pleasant experience. All good up until the promised return of my deposit wasn't going to happen. I made a big deal of it, because it was promised and the day before my closing they said it wasn't going to be that amount. In their defense, when I made a fuss, they were able to fix the numbers and give me back what I was promised but not without stress and worry on the eve of my closing which pushed back my closing a few hours. I also found out the at the time I was in there initially they offered a golf cart to another home owner as a perk and not to me. I wonder why that is?

Our contact at Lennar has been nothing but fantastic. Would work with him or recommend him to anyone. New build home was built on time without any obvious delays from our perspective either. The final product has many finishing touch problems. Some are bigger problems than others: two lights have zero associated switches, hole in a wall, missing closet door, crack in another closet door with an arrow pointing to it (so it was known), paint on the floor EVERYWHERE. Hand prints on fresh paint, scuffed walls, etc. We were given an incorrect code to get in and no keys either. Little things, but still not hard to notice or correct before handing off. Time will tell if these punch list items get corrected or not -- its a big company so we remain hopeful. People are 10/10. They just need a little QC at the end to avoid pointless fumbles. ... More
