This house should have never been handed over in the shape that its in. Terrible workmanship and everything seemed rushed. Zero quality control done for the price we paid. If someone spends close to a million dollars on a house you expect everything to be near perfect. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the laundry list of punchlist items that need to be addressed.

Great home builder great home

Lennar's motto is "Everything's Included" yes... but... Things that are NOT included: Washer/Dryer, Door/drawer pulls for cabinets, fence, back yard, more than one bare thin coat of paint. During initial conversations we were told that there were closeout specials and that we could make an offer and things would be accepted, this was far from true. During the loan processes we were told that 4% was available, this was also far from true. There were a lot of places where it felt like Lennar made promises that they had no intention of keeping and it very much soured me to the experience. Lennar was immediately responsive both before and after purchase to all questions and requests.

The overall buying experience was good, however there was an issue that was shared during my decision process that was short of accurate. The lack of parking has been less than desirable. I was told that I had two parking spaces in front of my townhome. However, when I double-checked after purchasing my home, I was told something different. There is not enough parking, nor is there adequate street lights for safety.

We quickly decided once we viewed the community. Like any project, there are small issues that occur. However, the responsiveness and speed at fixing issues have been more than impressive. We love the home, and even if we find an in warranty issue, we don’t have any anxiety. We know Lennar stands behind their product. This is the second time we’ve had the experience to buy new from Lennar. And we definitely will do it again if the opportunity comes along.

Experience with sales was great. Our construction manager below average. Home wasn’t ready for our New Home Orientation with 4 painters working and sanding dust everywhere made finding issues next to impossible. Our experience with Customer Care so far has been poor.

Lennar has cut costs on so many fronts, as cheap as failing to give garage door opener keypad. Windows Sil, cap/trim for half wall, opener for third car garage, window in the stair area, cover for patio, retaining wall for slopy backyard, soft close for the kitchen cabinet doors & drawers are all missing. The quality of workmanship & materials is very poor. Response to issues takes months!

Our only "large concern" we had with the builder was for the Granite countertops as the stone that was selected for our house had some spots in it that "did not" feel part of the granite at all. In fact every time we look at those 2 spots, it feels like its dirty or a stain, looks very unnatural in comparison to the rest of the granite.

My Lender expereince sucked. Barely was able to get in contact with Rich W. Would have liked to have more interaction with him being that I was a first time homebuyer! Other than that, the construction team was helpful and friendly. I will probably not use Lennar as a Lender in the future.

From first meeting with Joel and looking at homes, Lennar was professional and made the experience less stressful. Thank you!

Our experience with buying a new home was awesome. Lennar company is a top notch company. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, to consider Lennar.

Haven't gone through the process on a property I changed my mind on because I didn't feel comfortable with the process the property I did buy the crew was great and worked with me to answer most questions. All except one but that's okay.

The lights are out after 1 of moving in. Submitted request online and no one handled it.

Our experience with Lennar's new construction home purchase was disappointing and frustrating. Despite their promise of $35,000 in closing costs, we were blindsided by last-minute demands from their preferred lender, who conveniently required us to pay off additional credit card debts the day before the closing. This unexpected financial burden and the discovery that Lennar intended to use my wife's realtor commission to offset their promised contribution left us feeling deceived and cheated. Moreover, the title company's lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction. Despite our persistent efforts to clarify the situation, our calls went unanswered, leaving us disregarded and unheard of as customers. While we're relieved to have finally secured our new home, the experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths. It serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from Lennar. ... Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.

Lennar delivered as promised, it was an overall very good experience buying a home from them.At this point its been a great experience working and dealing with them.

Great experience so far. In my home about 6 weeks and love it.

The home purchase process was very straightforward and my questions were answered quickly and completely. From beginning to end I felt validated as a homebuyer and was amazed at how easy the process was. I would recommend purchasing a Lennar home. Happy homeownership.
