Our sales representative was excellent. Home quality is good. Responsiveness to issues has been helpful. A great product for the first time buyer price point.

Good customer service, excelent location. Good house desing. Good distribution of spaces. Excellent information on the progress of construction.

The customer service is great. I feel the quality of the home could be better if you get the right workers to perform the work properly m.

My experience with Lennar in general is a 5... My only concern is that we are still waiting to fix some pending construction works.

Only issue we have is a kitchen cabinet door & panel on dishwasher to be replaced. The order was written up January 7, 2020. I texted & emailed our field representative for Gran Paradiso in Florida a month ago on the status of it with no response.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

We have had a few minor issues regarding workmanship, which is to be expected on a new home, but I must say Lennar dealt with everything very quickly & professionally.

They were great when we had an issue in the kitchen!

We highly recommend purchasing a home with Lennar. From the moment we stepped in the sales office at we were greeted and made to feel welcome by the sales consultant. Being our first time to purchase a home we had lots of questions. But our sales consultant did everything to assure us and get our questions answered. Everyone we dealt with up until closing were very helpful, and made us feel like we mattered and appreciated our business. My husband and I highly recommend a Lennar home where "Everything is included" and it truly is.

Overall very happy with everything. The house is great and we love the space plan. It is very function for our day to day. We love the cabinets in white and the countertops. We did replace lighting and plumbing fixtures that were basic but I understand the need to put in generic items so that you please every buyer. There were a few gouges in a couple of our doors, those marks were on the "red tape walk", they were coved up but not well and those still show but we can live with those small things.

Had slight issue with window, site workers correct issue quick and easy

We are very happy with our home purchase and so glad that we bought a new home with Lennar! The process and everything we wanted worked out perfectly!!!

Just get a inspection done you never know

quality of the home built and the service is great

Sales person was great! The girls that did one of the walk thru with me was so patient and my final walk thru with C was excellent. Explained everything and I was able to call him if I had any questions.

Some minor workmanship issues but superb maintenance support, easy to work with building manager and builder, very supportive sales manager (the best), I love the house all in all.

Overall very good experience. Everyone step of the process was nice although bumpy at times but I was always made whole and is extremely satisfied with my purchase!!
