I was pleased with the personal attention I received from such a huge builder. Just like ANY new home there were small things that needed attention. Every single thing I asked for was done. They don't just sell you a house and disappear. I felt like my Knowledge rep truly cared that I was happy. Over all, my home buying experience with Lennar was great.

Starting with the Rosalie in the office with her exceptional experience and knowledge to Dale in repairs we have always felt secure in our experience.

Overall the sales experience was great. The salesperson Graciela was great! Kris with the Eagle Mortgage was great as well. Both were attentive and very responsive to questions and concerns. The Townhouse was built on time with only minor issues. Lennars online warranty repair request process makes getting repair requests submitted a breeze.

Working with Lennar was a great experience, especially as a first time home buyer. Coming in with such a lack of knowledge, it was nice to have someone to answer my silly questions and provide tips and tricks. The warranties they provide provide a sense of safety and their customer service is fantastic. I am a little picky and some of the craftsman work isn't the best. looking at the trim down the hallway, you can tell it's not completely straight in places, so I would keep an eye on the details. But for the pricing of the homes, I don't regret my purchase!

These are not high end homes, but sufficient for our needs. Lennar have a system in place to report issues and their response time is excellent. Lennar have their own mortgage division which offered competitive rates, their own insurance company and their own escrow company. It is a one stop shop which made seamless communications between the on site realtor, title company and mortgage company

We love our new home, and all the technology was an unexpected bonus. Everyone at Lennar made our purchase so easy, and was a pleasure to work with!

Extra parking is very limited.

We love our home.

We decided to buy our Lennar Home because of how well we felt the home was built (had it inspected by a 3rd party inspector prior to purchase) and all the extras included with the home. We felt this was the best bang for our buck. We have been in our home for 5 months and are still happy with our purchase. We would recommend Lennar to anyone we know.

The cabinets need jewelry! Handles or drawer pulls!

Overall quality at the price point is great. Only wish is that they would use higher quality paint and carpet for the houses. The paint gets scuffs and marks if you lightly brush by and the carpet is very low quality. But overall I am satisfied.
