Very responsive to all our requests. Our home is very beautiful, quiet and sound in a perfect location. Thank you Lennar!!!

It is good builder. good

We have been dealing with all type of situations in this house. From poor materials to inefficient service to solve the issues. We have been calling and asking for the issues to be resolved over and over without any success. It’s been 2 month were the house can’t be rented and we are at revenue loss. Without counting the several expenses we have incur since we don’t live in USA.

Lennar needs to improve construction quality. I have to submit 10 work order in the first month after move in. 2 walkthroughs didn't help me to resolve the issues. There is no home security system, not even a ring door bell or keyless smart lock. I found a empty beer bottle on top of my kitchen cabinets. Try to see what you can find in your homes!!

The builder was nice, but I don't think there was much care/effort in the punch list items. The actual buying process and loan process was very frustrating. If we hadn't gotten closing costs covered by going with Lennar for the financing, we would have absolutely gone with another lender. We didn't have clear answers on anything throughout the process. We love our home, but the process even through closing was very scattered and unorganized.

Mortgage process was horrible using their lender.

We did our research for new home builders and we ended up selecting Lennar. Whole buying process was smooth and without surprises. Our house passed inspections with only few cosmetic issues which were quickly addressed. We have been living in our new place for couple of months now and we are very happy with it. Lennar is very responsive whenever we are contacting them. It was a good decision to trust them.

Make sure to not give lennar builder money. As a deposit is not really a deposit and is non refundable even if they say they will refund it.

I made a decision quickly and I'm not disappointed...altho it all felt a little rushed... The homes were in my price range and to get something new in a nice development was my goal. Many amenities we take for granted are lacking (ceiling fans, drawer & cabinet pulls, shower doors, garage door openers, and doorbells!, etc). These are items I've added on my own. Some yards have sod that looks well laid, mine was not good whatsoever! It's lumpy, bumpy, very poorly laid and full of crab grass. Overall, I'm satisfied. Good thing I like doing outdoor yard work! This yard needs a lot of work...

Overall good from Lennar. Materials used could be higher quality

Poor experience. Electricity bills have been swapped with the other neighbors have created crises paying $600 electricity bills Walls have been paded with color to hide these are broken Many other issues like the sink was scratched, floors are scratched etc

Great home buying experience

We looked at the property the first week in February 2024. There were some issues we were promised would be completed at the time we looked at the property, for instance, the shrubs out front were dead and we were told that there is a 1 year warranty on the shrubs and that they would be replaced in the spring. We have now been in the house 6 weeks and called the HOA and were informed that they were not listed on the inspection report and that it was our responsibility to replace them. Also the cable was never completed throughout the house, Verizon said the builder never completed the fiber optic in the house so they cannot put the router in the house, it has to remain in the garage. We informed the HOA of the promises, they have not returned our calls. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! unless it is in writing. The HOA management company is terrible at not addressing peoples concerns or responding. Lennar needs to find a new HOA Management company. ... More

I have bought other houses in the past and I have to say this was the easiest and fun experience I have had with the purchase of our home.

Buying experience was torture. To many physical issues with house and property for the price paid. Quality of construction is marginal at best. would not recommend Lennar to a friend, maybe I would to someone I did not like.

Overall, we've had a good experience with the home buying experience. Responses from all the different teams - construction, support, mortgage department and closing have all been good. I do understand that the materials used with the brand are finalized by the builder based on certain criteria and standards but for the cost incurred, we felt that the quality of some of the materials used could have been better. ex: blinds - could use a more modern remote controlled blind, small pieces of concrete chipped off at the entrance of the garage (where the door meets the floor). The documentation logistics have all been smooth and things went pretty well aligned with the timeline. The property was ready for move in as per the promised date. Hopefully, our relationship with Lennar will be a pleasant one moving forward as well and I will be happy to work with them again ! ... More

The worst part of our buying experience was the mortgage approval process. I will never submit to that again. The house was already completed, so we just had walk-through and punch list issues. We like the house so far, but follow-up is the Achilles heel of most builders.

We had a mixed experience with our apartment purchase. On one hand, Bryan (our agent) professionalism and communication skills were commendable throughout the buying process. On the other hand, the condition of the apartment was unsatisfactory, with unaddressed issues from the walkthrough, such as an unconnected dryer exhaust duct, an unsecured washing machine drain hose, a subpar paint job, and a missing kitchen cabinet shelf.

We bought a home in a new Lennar development. Our keys don’t work in the locks, the trim/walls are bowed and crooked, they “cleaned” the house prior to close yet it was still filthy. Lighting fixtures are mounted crooked, our ring doorbell was mounted crooked. Least pleasant closing experience I have ever encountered. They will not negotiate and claim there are other offers so you are pressured to proceed. I like our home, but I feel dirty after buying it.

Lennar is an average builder in terms of quality of workmanship in my opinion. A large portion of our wood trim is marred, damaged, isn’t smooth, etc…. I expect more on a newly built home at a high price point. They did fix a big sewer issue at the last minute, though reluctantly, but did not want to push out our close date even though we were agreeable to moving out the close date. I’m sure it was the end of the sales quarter and they didn’t want to push that money into another quarter. Overall, the buiider does respond to some repairs needed, and it’s a nice house. But, I expected better quality of workmanship. Do NOT use Lennar Mortgage though! We had the worst experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage company. They have very poor communication and said one of us couldn’t be on the loan because it would be easier that way. Easier for her, but not best for us. They also never really answered questions clearly and had months to get documentation from us that was only requested from us on the actual day of closing. Very unprofessional and unethical. ... I read some of the Lennar reviews for the southern states while I was in escrow when I got a little nervous. But the experience I’ve had so far has been really really positive. Lenna has been responsive To any request I’ve had which I’ve been for for things like sprinklers and landscaping, sort of things. As for the quality of the house, it seems very well done and up to par, but I just moved in. The process for the mortgage was seamless and very easily done. I love my house and I am so pleased it and with the location where I purchased. My friend also has a Lennar home in Carlsbad, California and he loves it and has never had any problems. ... More

This house was not ready for occupancy. Still dealing several issues. Lennar construction is the sloppiest workmanship we’ve ever encountered. We expected more for the money.

There is no communication between Lennar and the homeowner with informing them the work is going to be done in neighborhood examples sidewalk being poured ,backfill of dirt on property, installing asphalt driveway, and sod installation. Residents got their cars stuck in the Garage and couldn't get out. The homeowners association is non you call they say you have to talk to one person he's never available then your email never responds. Terrible buying experience and just too many things wrong already with a house in just a couple of months. You can't walk 10 feet in the house without hearing terrible squeaks in the flooring which was supposed to be fixed at pre-inspection before was told that it was because the house heat was down and the floor needed to acclimate. Houses are built of poor quality and lot of cosmetic issues. Honestly this is my first time home purchase and I went with lennar since it's a good brand but very disappointed for the price that I paid. Lennar's mantra is 'Everything is Included' but they did not offer me a single extra thing I have asked for. Considering the price I paid this house is not worth it
