Woodforest is a great development to live in - I am a transplant from New England and love it here.

By having things like blinds, sprinkler system and garage door openers it made moving in much easier.

The Smart home features are unique and of good quality. The fumigation service is done quite well; imagine tubes in the walls to avoid problems. Customer service follows up well when there are issues - the document-sign format allows us to participate. The mortgage application process was easy and very complete. All was completed on line with help from the loan officials. Completed in under 30 days.

Lennar provides what they say; a good value - to keep costs down they obviously cut some corners and the homes are not quite 100% on the quality scale, but they are good homes with industry standard warranties. No regrets in our purchase and genuinely happy with the home and community.

My overall home buying experience was very good. The team was awesome and very knowledgeable. They made my transition in buy my new home very smooth. I really appreciate Lennar as good cooperation to purchase a home.

Only problem we had was heat and air conditioning. We did not have a good experience with the workers that came out to help, they were very rude. Luckily, Julie who is such a pleasure to work with, took care of the problem.

This was not our first new build home but was one of the less stressful. We purchased a home that was partially started as we needed to move quicker than the total build time required. We are pleased with our decision and the time table given was kept. Our questions were answered quickly and any small items we saw prior to closing were handled correctly and as soon as possible. Our on site construction manager was a great resource and responded when we had a question or concern. All those with Lennar we had contact with are very customer oriented and care.
