I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

Buying process was great. Unfortunately issues on the drain occur at our first stay. Flooded the main room.

There are many warranty issues that are hard to get fixed due to so many issues with other homes.

Jessica and Ryan were great. Got us where we needed to be and why. Smooth dealing with both and both were very responsive. The price I ended up paying for the house is a lot more than what the value of the house should actually be. This is not due to Jessica or Ryan’s work but in general. Almost priced us out of the market.

We closed on time as scheduled. With that said minor issues were repaired that were identified during the initial walk-through but we did experience problems getting things fixed after we closed and moved in. For example I found a large dent on the refrigerator and was told by the construction manager to just call Frigidaire and have it replaced under the warranty which made no sense to me since a dent on the refrigerator Does not seem like a warranty item to me

Lennar is great home builder.

Sales person (Jeremiah) was awesome and attentive. Once closed, not happy with the CCR (not worth mentioning name) Customer Care Rep did not address my issues then was no longer assigned to my area. Next rep (Hannah) was GREAT! She picked up where someone else failed, sadly, she was transferred. Now I haven't even met the new CCR. I wish I would have a rep who care to listen to my concerns. Frustrating to not have issues addressed. HOA is crazy fast to report. With all this rain, lawn service companies are backed up and sure enough I get a "warning" seriously upset that there is no consideration....but that is a HOA for you, beware! ... More

Overall the buying experience was good. The only complain I have is the trashes we get blown onto our lawn due to construction next door. Would be great if there’s some management around waste for construction folks. Also after moving in. I found some trash nails and even a rib bone in our attic.

Too many repairs to original construction! First three months tied up waiting in for repair people.

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. We love our home and its a beautiful area but after you have paid and moved in others who haven't moved in are put as priority when you have warranty item issues. They need to fix this! ... More

my out side garage lites have not worked since i moved in six months ago when are they going to come and solve the problem.

It was an ok buying experience. Everyone always has closing problems!!!

I think next time I take my time to tour the In said of the house more that I did. They are few things that I think was rush through. But overall am happy and live my beautiful plan.

Home buying experience was great! Very kind, helpful and supportive. However, issues were not resolved even after 4 months. Most of the manuals and remote controllers were missing. IT support was great. We appreciate very much on his help on resolving many issues related to slow wifi and operation of the curtains and so on. One of the ceiling fan is not working but it cannot be repaired with one year warranty because it is an optional item, which is hard to understand. Other than this issue. Overall, not bad.

Cheap paint and appliances. Everything else is good.

Great buying experience. However the building association is terrible at responding to your needs.

We’ve been dealing with a refrigerator issue that still hasn’t been resolved the breaker keeps popping and lennar and GE keeps passing the blame back and forth. The carpenters and concrete people are terrible.

It was great overall, felt kind of lost when it came to knowing about our community and how to get information for that.
