The overall experience was excellent, in particular, our interaction with the lady who was construction manager at the time.

Our experience was very satisfying. The only problem was with the suggested lender. They had us sending and resending info. Since I don’t have a fax, my charges at Office Max was $20-$30 each time. It became so frustrating that I ended up going with a different lender. A tip of mine would be definitely not go with the suggested lender. I later heard that we were not the only one with the lender problem. The agent Lynette that we dealt with was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We are very happy with our home. The delivery was a little bit difficult due to a cumulation of small issues due to different reasons. But the quality, responsiveness and kindness of Lennar service team allowed us to finally been very happy with our home for the price we have paid in a very nice neighborhood.

I am very pleased with the new home so far everything has been good, no major issues at all.

Buying experience was smooth they were on top of everything. When we moved in there were things that needed touch up on which they got it done pretty fast. Now we have more things we need fixing and the response time is a lot slower since the office is not here anymore.

97% complete, example plumber came to fix the water heater and faucet , tighten the faucet and checked the water heater. After leaving the issue still needs attention, 3% not corrected.

The response time to issues is certainly commendable. Within 24 hrs you get an email that they received your request. Fixed &/or replaced items almost immediately. Brian , construction supervisor, is the best. He takes the time to address all issues and makes sure proper departments are notified. When I first moved in he fixed some things himself. Kudos.

Lennar was on time in the delivery of our new home.

We are super please with our first home. Everyone and everything that went into building this home was great. The sales personnel at Lennar made the experience extremely easy to understand.

Need to be more transparency

Car does not fit in garage. Having to replace the 2 garage doors with 1 large one at my expense ($5000) . Satisfied with all else.

From start to finish and then after, the experience was above the best!

Very friendly staff and good services

The Lennar home purchase experience in Skye Canyon was exemplary. They employ very professional, friendly and responsive people that have a passion for their product and role.

Everything about purchasing from Lennar was wonderful except for my experience with Eagle Mortgage, the lender we were referred to.

We bought a brand new house and had experienced a few issues with the construction in the 4 months we have been living there, such as, unaligned walls, bathroom glass shower without the rubber corners, broken pipe for bathroom disposal which damage our lawn. Even though Lennar guarantee has helped with the issues we understand that some of them shouldn’t be occurring on a brand new house.

Very happy with our new Lennar Home. Some minor flaws with the workmanship and materials (window sill and molding) but overall a great job.

The overall experience from contract to move in was handled in a highly professional and responsive manner. We couldn't be more pleased. The "all inclusive" concept makes the purchasing experience fully transparent from the start!

Concrete in driveway had a lot of discoloration. Concrete on back patio had some cracks.
