Sales rep is awesome, before and after sale, he (Logan) is extremely supportive and humble. Few issues from the punch list were not completed, after taking possession, I created the ticket but not all the issues are resolved and the tickets are closed.quality of material is significantly dropped from other projects in Erie, Co. Broken HVAC base is not replaced, water flow in basement is not towards drain but nothing is being done in spite logging ticket, 5 shrubs and 2 trees died and few patches of grass but only 2 trees are replaced and for rest I am continuously following up without much ...

There are over 20 items on our repair list that have been there since before we moved in. The painter says it’s the cabinet contractor issue. The cabinet contractor says it’s the painters issue. The painters say that the splashes all over our pavers are not their color. We have not painted anything since we moved in! The carpenter keeps saying they are coming, but never show. I get phone calls saying that they were at the house and no one answered the door, but we have ring doorbell camera and no one ever rang the door! Service is horrible. The landscaping company they use will damage your property and not notify you, if the grass you receive is dead, expect no hear back from the property manager. The pool is hardly ever cleaned so you'll have to do that on your own especially if others have a big party the night before and leave glass, vomit, trash and rocks thrown everywhere, even in the water.

Fantastic staff however, their hands are tied by management dictating what they can, and can’t do cannot can’t replace the model. I happen to be in the Capri has no master closet for the man tiles hardware full design is dated still lingering in the 90s toggle switches have no place in a home at this price point.

Not satisfied with warranty items that has not been fixed. I have no dishwasher due to damage when it was installed. I have no fireplace because pilot will not stay on after 10 minutes. Cabinet of trash can is very hard to open. Suppose to come and fix it three days after moved in but no one as of yet has showed up. Very upset! I did not buy this new house to have problems!!!!!!!

The buying of our home was great however we’ve had a lot of difficulty working with Lennar’s warranty team to address issues. They are slow to respond, confusing to communicate with, and lacking in basic customer service.

Make sure when you do your walk thru you take your time and person takes notes. Take photos. 75% of items were not corrected and now we're living thru contractors in and out of the house. Makes it difficult when you're trying to settle in.

I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....

Lennar has been awesome to work with it. We had our questions clarified in time and had a good experience with the sales agent who was ready to answer our questions leading up to closing. The construction team was also very diligent in fixing issues we found before inspection as well as the items found during inspection. Lennar's warranty service has been pretty slow and unresponsive and hope this can be improved.

We purchased a home in the village with a closing date of sept 15. Ashley was our sales person and was absolutely wonderful! The house had many issue on closing date that was supposed to be repaired before closing. We did a walk through the day of closing, with an extensive list.....2 weeks later nothing repaired, scheduled or communicated. I sent another email requesting communication. The warranty team followed up. Ken, Isaiah, and Hillary came by for another list. FINALLY, we have forward traction! Even though they have a field rep that is amazing the workmanship of the home I bought is not well put together. My experience with Lennar has not been what I had expected at all. The many issues I have encountered are not small issues and very concerning to me at this point. Electrical issues, pipe leak, AC issues I can go on. Just not a happy home buyer right now.

We have tried to be who we are which is very accommodating and understanding people. Unfortunately the system has not been conducive to continue that. I have asked repeatedly to have our front door replaced to no avail. I had to place a chain around the two latches to secure our home. We have informed your staff that we don’t feel safe and that did nothing. You want more disappointments call me at216-789-2649. I don’t expect a call!!!

Responsiveness….. they should have given me the option to give them a Zero. NOT including the sales staff, Gregg and ED who are great! I closed on my house in March 2022. I still have A punch list that needs to be completed. I realize they’re busy building new homes but, I would like somebody To communicate with me as to when They are going to Complete my home for which they have been paid. There has been NO RESPONSE After numerous phone calls, texts and emails which have been sent to multiple people with Lennar Homes. Communication….to much to ask?
