Great experience and great neighborhood

If I could give a 0 I would. I have barely been in my home a month and the paint is already chipping on this cheap siding y’all used. Some of the door knobs are loose. I called to get help with the thermostat you wanted to do a virtual call and couldn’t help with something so simple. I referred 2 friends which I’m sorry I did because y’all gave and is still giving 1 a bad experience. My sales person the one who sold me the house asked me who was my sales person when I went in the office to tell them that the fridge they promised me was not in my home. I was in total disbelief I said YOU ma’am. My house had so many things that needed to be done I couldn’t believe because of it being a new house. I was like did they think they were building it for a baby doll or dog. The shingles weren’t properly put on. I will not recommend anyone else to purchase a home with you all again. ... More

My experience purchasing a home with Lennar was smooth and pleasant. Thuy, my sales counselor, was delightful to work with, and her optimism and diligence throughout the process were remarkable. I love the modern accents and functional design. Thank you, Thuy and Lennar Homes!

Where should I start, the construction manager promised to complete several jobs and did not. They forgot to turn on the water to the fridge and had to wait for service. The person that installed the dishwasher, left the cap in the tubing and caused water to flood and backup in the dishwasher. Had to wait to have that serviced. Had to replace the carpeting due to have a sinus reaction, to find out the flooring underneath was un-level and had to pay to have concrete lay down. Now, the AC breaker keeps tripping and I come home to a muggy hot house.

We bought a Lennar home recently. We had a excellent sales rep and mortgage closing team. We were also blessed to have a great group who we worked with for the walk through and final inspections.

The sales person was the rudest person I ever had to deal with. She’s been fired from Norm. A lot of other housing developments. She is very rude and condescending.

I had been looking to purchase a home for the last three years with my Agent. We had an appointment with another builder. I was not impressed with their home, but we saw that Lennar was also building in the area. We met with Marnie and she showed me a new Townhome at Village of Bouleware. I fell in love with the new construction home and Marnie was great with descriptions of the amenities. I told my Agent that day that, this was what I had been wanting for years now. I brought the Townhome. I had been waiting for my Happy Home. Lennar made that possible for me. Thank you!!

The over all quality built by the Superintendent Oscar shows that he cares about building homes and does not just go through the motions of the building process. Sophie, our sales person is great! She kept us posted along the process and she was knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond, sometimes I asked her questions after hours she would still get back me. The walk through orientation with Carlos was excellent. He was very caring and informative; taking his time answering our questions and explaining in detail how everything in the home works. We had some questions after hours when we moved in and without hesitation, quickly responded answering every question. We met the Assistant Superintendent Kevin before the orientation because we were curious how the building process was going and he was very helpful in answering our questions and taking us on a quick tour of the home. He even swung by on the walk through with Carlos to ensure we were pleased with the home. We could not be happier with our new home! ... More

I had a great experience of buying a brand new house with Lennar in Albany OR. The service was great!

We purchased our home a few months back and the process seemed like it was never going to end. Our sales agent Devonte did nothing besides open up the house for us to view and collect his commission, the process of getting approved was so murky that we never felt confident during any point in the process that we were going to end up with the home. The grading on our backyard was terrible, planks in our fence are already falling down, and 2 months in I have already had to have the irrigation company, flooring company, plumbing and a contractor come out to fix various issues that should have be fixed prior to move in. The workers in our neighborhood leave their trash, nails and other materials thrown around for the residents to clean. Awful first home buying experience ... More

Lack of communication after you buy. Some things not well done Need attention to detail

Never going with Lennar and would recommend others to do the same. I bought Lennar's property Canyon Creek at Bothell WA and they constructed homes right behind my backyard. My home's privacy is compromised, obviously they did this after selling houses in the row and then building behind. Untrustworthy.

Our overall experience was seamless. Each individual Lenar team member provided superior support. Our only one issue was after putting down earnest money for our home, they wanted to keep it open to the public for open houses. However, we eventually worked it out.

Not good quality of materials

Buying this home started exciting but at the end there were no sparks. Closing process was rushed, lender required documents right at the time it was requested. It felt like I had to drop everything I was doing to provide them with what they needed. During the last walk through; day of closing things that were found incomplete/needing fixing/touch up by hired and Kenner inspector were not completed. Vendors were still coming through the house trying to fix things so that closing could take place. Just very rushed. Then had to drive to the appointment to sign closing paperwork. Many things that were supposed to be explained prior to signing were not explained, numbers were different. Didn’t even get the celebratory experience of pictures and whatever else that typically takes place when closing. It really wasn’t an enjoyable experience. At this point have not moved in as there are things that are still need to be done before officially moving in. ... More

Buying a brand new home was so exciting! Watching the different phases get completed was fun. I do wish they cleaned the house better with all the dust left over the windows, counters, drawers, etc. The flat paint is unnecessary. Especially in a 5 and 6 bedroom home. And with stairs. You should really think bigger family picture and spend a little extra money on the semi gloss paint that will last longer for the customer. The yard being on a little slope didn't help the sod stay so there's an empty patch. I felt it was too much greenery in the garden area. I have noticed so many residents removing to add their own color. Maybe that should be limited so it's not a waste of money and plants. They should have a recycling dumpster in the neighborhood. So many people moving in and yet no dumpsters to dispose. But the overall house is great ... More

Lennar is a well-established homebuilder known for its quality construction and customer satisfaction. Overall our home buying process was smooth with excellent customer service, and close attention to detail. There were a wide range of home designs and options that met our needs and the home looks amazing! Thank you and we will refer others looking to purchase a home.

OVERALL QUALITY GOOD I WHICH THAT LENNAR PERMIT MODIFICATION TO INTERIOR , LIKE COLOR , EXTRA HOLES ON SINK OR FLOOR OPTION AND SHOWER HEAD IS TO HIGHT UP OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING IS GOOD

Our GC, Kim was very attentive to details, was very responsive to calls, email, text, and ensured that all our concerns were addressed. He and the Lennar care team made our experience great!

We are superhappy with the purchase of our new house, excellent decision. Highly recommend this company, but even more so with the sales agent Mr Larry, excellent attention and guidance in every step of the process. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

First off I'd like to say when we moved into our home it was 99.9% perfect any little odds and ends were taken care of within days. We hired a an inspector and along with the inspector and the building manager I was able to trust the entire building process. I was very pleased with the whole process we bought the home with cash so that was a little bit different and we were really not given anything we had to look for everything keys etc etc but that was the only negative. I especially want to thank Sonia our Lennar sales representative along with Richard our building manager he was amazing. Richard actually called me three times throughout the process without even me asking for a call, amazing .Thanks Lennar. ... More

We had limited involvement with the sales team, as visited once and made an offer the next day. Cons Mgr promised to address several items pre-close, about 1/2 were taken care of

From the relator to the builder to the inspection everyone was professional. Fantastic experience for my wife and I.
