Everything is okay, the home is beautiful.

From day one we fell in love with the LENNAR home. We did have some issues with our buying experience, but overall, everything turned out great. I will tell you the best part of our experience with LENNAR is our experience being helped by Baltazar Garcia, LENNAR Construction Supervisor. He has been with us every step of the way to include assisting us with things outside of the construction realm. Mr. Garcia is very knowledgeable, professional, and has answered every one of our calls anytime we needed any question answered. To be quite honest, he seemed to be the backbone of LENNAR.

Lennar team was very informal and showed great patience throughout process.

Both Adam Weiss and Eric were very helpful. They understood our needs and supported us throughout the buying process. Although the handover process was postponed couple of times by Lennar, we are aware of the situations. Thank you Lennar for building our dream home.

This is my first home. I am totally impressed with Lennar and their team. My construction manager is too helpful and acknowledge any thing immediately and act. Totally positive experience

Be more informative with the client about overall information regarding the purchasing of a home.

Where to begin. Well, in many of the interior walls, the studs are not set at 16" on center, more like 22". The finished work leaves great deal to be desired. Much of the moldings are not set right and some just plain missing. The electrical work certainly wasn't up to code, since I had 3 bedrooms working off one light switch. I still have several screws that were not covered by whomever did drywall, Ans last major item was the leak under the sink. Now having said that, the service people who came to repair, complete or adjust items reported were outstanding. They were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The one person who stands out for exceptional service and reliability was Anellie, I'm sure I spelled her name incorrectly. She stayed on top off all the requested items until completed. She gets 6 stars out of 5. All in all, as I keep finding little things, I find it best to just remedy them myself, but I would still recommend Lennar to someone who is handy and want a good first-time starter home. ... More

Friendly,fast very nice take care

Good: Professionalism and courtesy of the sales team. Excellent follow up on fixing minor construction issues that typically plaque new construction. Danielle is outstanding. Good value for price. Very welcoming and supportive community. Bad: We lived in a development in a nearby town for 23 years. Never had an issue with crime. So we were perhaps a bit naive. In less than 2 months, our house was ransacked, jewelry and car stolen. The car had been in the garage. After the fact we discovered there had been at least one other break in at the development. We also learned that thieves target new construction housing, especially those houses next to vacant lots or houses still under construction. We just did not know that. Previous attempts to address security issues such as adding more street lighting or flood lights have so far gone nowhere, either because the builder refuses to accommodate the requests, since they still control the HOA, or due to temporary township restrictions. Knowing this sooner would not have discouraged us from buying here. We just would have installed security systems immediately and taken other precautions. But of course we got no heads up. So buyer beware. Make sure your first upgrade is a security system and do not depend on the HOA (controlled by Lennar for now) to make the necessary expenditures to improve security at the Venue. We have a beautiful townhome but the little details could use some work. paint splatters, doors that don't completely close, appliances not leveled, carpet tack strips that stab your feet because they weren't flattened. Took over a month to get internet installed to my house. These things are all fixable and Lennar says they will be fixed. I'm waiting to see. Just thought I would see the quality right away, not have to wait until things get fixed.

The house is well built and I am please with all the smart features. Everything went fairly smooth. Finishes are great and we closed early.

Everyone was extremely nice. I was concerned about hearing traffic from my townhouse bc I don’t sleep well. I was told about the insulation and that I wouldn’t hear anything. I do hear traffic and sometimes the neighbors. It’s not too bad. I have also read on the FB group that there is a $1200 per year county building assessment that is never disclosed to us which is pretty upsetting since we apparently have the highest taxes in Sussex County. It’s a very nice community and I’m really enjoying it. So far any issues that I’ve had have been responded to quickly.

Terra Bella is a 1st class subdivision. Lenar Homes did a great job on taking over and completing this project.

Good experience. I just wish there was more communication on status of process. Need better quality control of homes. Felt the need to inspect every week to make sure there weren't oversights. Without a third party inspection many issues would have occurred.

This was my first home so cannot compare with other builders but it was a decent experience. The consultant I worked with would quickly respond to my questions. I feel they could have made closing more exciting, you do not meet any lennar representative while closing and getting keys.

The home buying process was quick and easy for us. Everything was done via the app and the closing was done over zoom. We love the house!

Customer service was fantastic from everyone except the construction landscaping person ( Eric). He said he had corrected everything pointed out during the walk through but then when we would go check it wasn't. He is the only person who we were very disappointed with. He did that more than once. He said it was done and it wasn't.

We had a great experience from the very beginning of this process, to the end now where we have any warranty issues. Lavida was very professional and quick to help us find something, Trisha, Mel, and Toni were so kind and responsive when it came to our mortgage. On the back end, Jordan and Lorena have been truly outstanding with getting our warranty issues fixed.

The entire process was easier than I had anticipated. The only part that was frustrating was the request for verification. Many times I would send in what was requested as they were requested and I would be asked to send it in again and again!

Was in a hurry to close due to wife having hip replacement surgery . So did not do a thorough inspection did not use a real estate agent two mistakes I will not repeat . Overall quality seems good just poor trim and finishing work .

Over all a good buying experience. This is our 3 condo we’ve purchased, but 1st through Lennar. We’ve heard horror stories from other buyers and that has not been our experience. We’d put a ticket in for a problem and it was addressed quickly with the warranty department and solved with the corresponding trade within a week or two. But apparently this varies from unit to unit,as our neighbor next door and above us, told of multiple problems with their units. We’re beyond grateful ours was a favorable outcome.

Fairly easy process buying and financing thru Lennar Mortgage. The home came with a family of mice in the attic and the outside is spider city but an annual pest control plan has kept the inside pest free. The home has had a few issues with with plumbing and electrical but Lennar has come back out to fix them within a few days as they arise. The insulation and HVAC is really good, house stays cool easily and the electric bills have been around $120/ month in the hot summer.

TJ and Joey were outstanding in addressing any issues we had and handled them promptly. Mark in the office has disappeared and can't get a return call or text. Just need to know what my exterior paint color is. Very unprofessional.

At times, the process seemed troublesome and concerning. This was mostly due to the difficult time we had communicating with our builder. Lennar could do more to better educate customers about the process to alleviate frustrations. I will say that the promises that Lennar made have been kept and they delivered a beautiful home. We were very fortunate to have a great salesman that helped with the communication concerns and offered very good advice when we were stressed. We also found the majority of Lennar construction managers very helpful and willing to offer advice. I do recommend Lennar and would advise anyone considering a new build to pack your patience and ask lots of questions during the process. Be sure to get a commitment from your salesman to be your advocate during the process or find a salesman that will. This is especially true if you are not located close enough to monitor progress. Holly was very helpful in facilitating our buying experience. She was always prompt and pleasant in answering our calls. The home loan experience would be better with one data form for a married couple instead of duplicating the process (really got complicated). Billy was exceptional in facilitating our warranty issues. We are now enjoying our wonderful home! Great location!
