Horrible experience. Noone ever answers the phone and when they do they pass the issue to another person. There's problem every step of the way. Had to postpone receiving the keys because lennar mortgage did not release the loan on time. Many issues with the house, weak construction, water leaks, power not wired properly. Overall horrible experience

I love the floor plan. Lot is a little less desirable. Some material defects, they are addressing so far. A lot of concrete defects in the short-time in this neighborhood. A review in 6 months would be better served. Being in home 2 months is really not a lot of time to see what issues pop up and how they respond.

This is my second Lennar home purchase and I am impressed yet again with the performance of this team and company. They build great houses, always respond quickly, and deliver the best customer experience. Kudos to you all and thank you for making it easy to purchase another home!

Lennar was a pleasure to work with that provided numerous floor plans. Questions that had about the process were answered within a business day if not shorter. The incentives received saved tons of money on appliances.

Employees were polite, but communication was subpar. In addition, workmanship quality was not top notch.

We bought our home before visiting Our Realtor did an awesome job locating this property for us. We are extremely pleased with the overall process and how easy it was. it took 23 days to go from zero to close... and that was without any rush! Overall quality is good. Lennar service has been outstanding ao far. All issue have been solved rapidly and to our satisfaction!

The home buying process was amazing. It went very smooth with very few problems. After we moved in we started to see many problems with craftsmanship. Walls that are not straight. Carpet tacks that we step on in bare feet. (Fixed these by tapping them down) when internet was installed the company any was told we had multiple outlets, only one was available. The plans clearly showed others. The internet people said at least we had one. Other townhouses next to mine they actually wall boarded them over. This is why I have given the company a lower score. It is useless to have a preclosing walk thru no Lennar rep cares.

EVERYONE has been wonderful and responsive. Nick goes out of his way to help when I have a question or can't figure something out!

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up. Buying process a little rush, but now that I’m living in the house lots of things going wrong, they forgot to put a pin on the door now it came off, waiting a month to be fixed, doors not put correctly, walls painted with one layer of paint easy scratch,

Too early to tell but everything looks great.

Everything was quick they help us alot and explain us everything about our new home

Sales consultants- Some sales consultants are not truthful. Make sure all conversations are documented. Underwriter- Documentation of all conversations regarding rates and fees is very important. Title / Escrow- again, document everything. Make sure to review everything. We found our names spelled wrong during final review before closing. Closing- make sure all docs are accurate. The Lennar team was always responsive and quick to answer all questions.

Not satisfied with home buying experience, had problems with water on the side of house, drainage and no one wants to fix, regret moving here,

Never got my keys day of closing, lock was broken, it didn’t get fixed for weeks and keys never sent to me like I was told. I had to drive 2 hours to pick them up. Leaks in the house after day 3. No one likes to help, I had to call a lot of numbers to finally get a response. I had lots that needed to be fixed and it took over a month with lots of contractors coming almost daily. This does not include all the blue stickers that were undone before closing. Lennar is not trustworthy in my opinion and to many of my neighbors as well. There is so much more to say but, I would run out of room to write everything. I would not recommend even Lucifer to buy from Lennar. I am still needing things fixed and there a big lack of communication. Wish my new home buying experience was better. There is no quality in the homes being built which is unfortunate. Maybe Lennar should teach their worker’s communication and customer service skills. ... More

Disappointed in Salesman responses of what we were supposed to get and didn’t. Then he dropped the ball onto a “concierge” who never showed up, supposedly “never leaves his desk”Crappy door locks. Dead sod put down. Broken trim. The fact that I have to put my appliances register myself. The drive in and out of subdivision is nothing but a dirt and debris from construction trucks and very muddy when it rains.

The support services offered by Lennar through myLennar were not available to me and should not have been offered. We do like the unit and have been busy making it our own. However, as we settle in, I find the workmanship less than expected for a $260K home. Materials are not highest quality (patio door is too heavy to open and does not lock), and painting was obviously rushed. Concrete patio is small and interior of garage could easily have been painted before moving in. These simple and relatively inexpensive "touches" would really elevate your finished product.

We have been looking around for new house for more than a year. During that period we had visited many sites with many builders. Finally we landed our decision with Lennar , mainly because of 1) quality 2) price 3) service and overall experience with sales agents, service agents, site supervisor and on time closing!

Wonderful experience! Very pleased with everything!

It is take it or leave it with Lennar. No changes possible. When you ask office staff a question they are wrong most of the time.

Overall, very good experience buying a Lennar home. Frank and Ryan did a good job supporting me. The quality of the home’s interior could be better. I like the all included appliances in it.

Professional and great group of team to work with during the buy of my house. I would recommend my family and friends.
