From Agent in the Palm River neighborhood that told us so many things that weren't true or factual in anyway ( Like the Ring Camera that we specifically asked about multi times). She never communicated throughout the process. The price of the home changed multi times. The walk through had a considerably more bluetape markup and issues then any standard. the final closing a week later more than half of the stuff was not fixed or addressed and has carried on for weeks to them properly addressed and have not been able to fully move in the home almost two months later for lack of issues being addressed like the marks on the tile flooring. the place was never really clean at all on move in day. I had to spend hundreds of dollars in cleaning supplies and tools to do it myself. ... More

Both homes purchased from Lennar have been great. We were in our last home for four years and had no issues with it. In love with our current home and excited to make new memories here with our little family. We've only been here for two months and have come across minor issues, all of which were promptly addressed and fixed. Based on my experiences with Lennar, I'd purchase from them again.

Not happy with some items that were taped to be repaired in the final walkthrough. After the home was purchase still had an issue with an item that was taped for repair

Sales team, construction manager, Lennar mortgage, concierge, and the person at the first walk through all was very helpful. I had a realtor which also helped with the homebuying.

The communication was horrible up and down. I am military and had to constantly ask to change my schedule because they were delayed. The flooring that is used in the house is horrible and whomever installed it did a bad job. I feel the house was a rush job. I don’t feel like the people that was involved with the paperwork were not on the same page with each other everyone lines were crashed as far as dates

With any new home there comes issues that can't be seen initially. The need to close fast has also created conditions that were annoying and in one case very hard to deal with. While we love living in Ave Maria it was built in part of the Everglades and there are conditions with pests, mice etc. can cause a lot of consternation. Small issues are dealt with and the service reps try hard to make things right. I realize there is not very much you can do except complain but that's all.

Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

As far as large builders go, in our opinion Lennar is still one of the best. They offer a quality home and lovely designs, creating very pretty subdivisions,

Lack of construction communication. Very pushy to close the deal. Awful workmanship.

First, we do love the house. However, Lennar has been a nightmare to work with. Up until the middle of January, we were told our house would be ready at the end of April of 2024 which would have been perfect timing for us. On January 18th we were told that we would be closing 12 days later on January 30th, giving us almost no warning whatsoever. If we delayed closing at all they were going to charge us $300 per day (READ YOUR CONTRACT!) for the delay. So we said fine, let us get our inspector in, like we mentioned at the beginning. They told us "Well, you need 30 days notice before closing in order to have your own inspector come in." How is that possible when we only got 12 days notice of closing?? Then, when we did close, they wanted an additional 10K and then "we will send you a check for the 10K later" ABSOLUTELY NOT! We didn't close until 8 hours later because they never asked for the sourcing of a 10K transfer from a savings account and just figured we would pay the additional 10 thousand dollars. Then yesterday, our plumbing was extremely backed up where sewage was literally coming up the tub. Lennar's plumber came and said this is a county issue. The county came and said we warned Lennar this was going to happen, the entire block pipes had so much dirt in them that everyone was having these major issues! STAY AWAY FROM LENNAR. ... More

I am an investor and remote. I was impressed with ads of remote buying experience but my tenants keep finding issues with the house. Now, they don’t have the right mail box keys. I have opened the case, sent multiple emails but no on has responded yet. I don’t understand how we got the keys that are not for the house. Still waiting to hear back. I wasn’t expecting this from a new house. Earlier, we had issues with bathroom showers and kitchen electrical outlets

The mortgage and title company were both an absolute nightmare to work with, horrible communication, not disclosing things properly, and the layout of how things were going to work, were not at all in the order/flow. Everything was very confusing. This was the worst new home process I have ever seen. The new home concierge that we were told to contact never responded to emails. Mystic is the warranty rep, she has been awesome in following up and staying on top of items needed to be fixed (there has been a lot.) If I had only dealt with Mystic, would get 5 stars. We still have some unresolved warranty issues, I am certain they will get corrected. ... More

Richard seemed like a glorified babysitter over workers but really knew nothing. Lee knew more .House was DEFINATELY not checked for problems and repaired before sale was complete.

They have a great team work authority and lots of people to help with questions along the way.

The whole process has been easy . Our home is beautiful. The year warranty is amazing ! Chris responds right away with any issue that arrises. Nick who did the walk through was on it! He made sure everything was perfect before move in. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase

Lennar is very hands off, they have little to no communication, on every side. Sales, mortgage and especially construction/warranty really do not make an effort once the sale is made.

Avoid this place like the plague. The only smooth thing about the buying process was dealing with the finance/mortage department (the people who take your money. Go figure.) It is also usually a dump as they don’t make the contractors clean up after themselves. It was pretty bad before enough residents complained to force their hand. This developer has been a headache from the start. I started the initial paperwork on Thursday 01/18/24 around roughly 9pm. My walkthrough was then scheduled for Friday 01/26. I contacted a 3rd party inspector on 01/20 to complete an inspection on 1/26 a few hours prior to the walkthrough. Lennar informed me their policy states the 3rd party inspection needs to be a week prior to the walkthrough. Well how could that be possible given the timeline I just listed? I was then told the walkthrough had to be pushed back a week to accommodate their policy or the closing date could be pushed back and I was “threatened” fees if that were the case. I was also informed the the reason the 3rd party inspection needed to be done a week prior was to give Lennar time to correct faults found on the report. Well, the inspection was done, I went to my first walkthrough and not one single thing was rectified from the 3rd party inspection. Not a single thing was fixed when I went back for the second walkthrough on 02/02. Nothing was fixed until the day before close, including some repairs finished on the morning of closing day (02/07) During this process I was lucky to catch a clerical mistake. Lennar didn’t even have the right house listed on the paperwork. Luckily was rectified quick enough so nobody else could buy the house I chose. After close, their contractor crews used my driveway and water supply (our water company is notoriously expensive) to install the neighbors sod. Was driveway was left covered in dirt. Trash and a piece of water hose was left in my yard. Now we are approaching 7 weeks since closing, AND I STILL DON’T HAVE SOD. I have to drive my dog out of the neighborhood to use the bathroom after a rain or interior of my home is wrecked from the mud. Yet people who closed nearly 2 weeks after me are beginning to get sod. ... More

Quite the experience, but overall good

Overall everything was sensational as Tony the tiger would say great gggg great
