We absolutely loved working with Lennar! They were very easy to work with.

Overall very pleasant and very good.

Some of the people that we work with were amazing and sweet but there were others that weren’t too friendly. When we contact them they would seem annoyed. The home we brought was suppose to be “move in ready” by a certain date. Once we closed on the home they clearly did not finish everything in the home, it seemed quickly put together. A lot of mishaps with the home, I’m glad they have a one year warranty on the home but to find numerous things wrong with the home that weren’t fixed during the blue tape walk through was disappointing. It seemed that the workers were fixing things in the home the day of closing and they were done with the lowest quality of care to be frank. They also messed up our mailbox situation and we weren’t receiving our mail for weeks which incurred late fees on certain bills. The customer care service person stated they notice that we had two mailbox addressed to our address but didn’t care to say or fix it until I came to them with the issue. If anyone was to ask if they should purchase a Lennar home I would 100% not recommend, unless they have a lot of free time on there hands to deal with situation after situation as they’re careless and are just trying to mass produce these homes to get it sold. ... Pam was on top of our experience and was there for EVERY need we had. She built a relationship and not a transaction. Amazing job!

When we first arrived, last 2023, we had 0 expectations on what to expect so we kept an open mind. We were blown away by the customer service that Robin provided. It was timely, professional and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The house we eventual purchased, we never thought we could attain, has provided us with more than what we thought we could afford! Great lot, great community, great layout and just over-the-moon. With that being said, there are of course a few things, very minor, that we have caught with the workmanship and materials. For example, the drywall is thin and feels like you can hear conversations/creeks throughout the home. There is a spot in the master floor that has a squeak, but we understand that as the house ages and settles, that these things will come up. We plan to open up a ticket with maintenance when our 1-year warranty comes end of next year. I can't think of a better home purchase than what we had! ... More

Working with loan officer was a terrible experience although I don’t have any issues with the builder.

House was not done on time. We had to move and store everything. Mortgage was the worst experience I have ever had.

Construction was a smooth process for us. Dan and Tommy were great with answering any questions that came up. I firmly believe the value of the house outstanding for what we received in this type of neighborhood.

Heklhello overall good with lennar

Foreman and crews changed constantly can be an issue for lack of communication and mistakes. This is still a work in progress so we will leave it at that for now. Every person I worked with in the process from sales to construction to closing was a professional doing the best they could in this environment.

Nate, Neil, and Chelsea were amazing !!! Thank you so much for your professionalism, patience, and efficiency to ensuring everything in the home was perfect before I moved in. My first home is more than just my first home it feels like my Dream Home!!! Thank you!!!

Really amazing journey with Lennar

The quality control is not the best, the finish of the house was really bad.

Everything was smooth, fast, and easy.

Everyone was very responsive during the entire process. Love the home! Contractors should be more mindful of their work. There were somethings that were over looked. Jordan was totally awesome!

Overall good experience with recent purchases

Builder steal/removed curtains from this model home. Sent refund check very late, with buyers and realtors total five payee name in a check, how can we cash this check? Took Lennar 2 months to correct purchase number in ALTA, two months add correct name to deed.

The entire process was a joke and can be summed up as simply as saying I received better service at McDonald’s. The only reason I purchased this “home” is the promotional interest rate. I would not recommend Lennar to my worst enemy and will NEVER purchase from them again. Nobody at the company cares about anything other than taking all the money from you they can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We bought two homes from Lennar, both times, the experience was amazing. The home buying process is never a smooth ride, with Lennar, they make it better.

We lived in Florida where we purchased a DR Horton home. We built that one in 4 years. Lots of issues with the process and the build, so we were a little leary when we saw this Lennar Home. To our great SURPRISE, this was totally different. The process was smooth from start to finish. We were on a timeline to move to Delaware, and Lennar helped with that. They moved the closing date about a week earlier for us, so we would not be "homeless". Every question was answered and understood. We choose them to do our Mortgage as well, and got a great price, and interest rate. There was a team that checked in with Every aspect of the home. Been waiting on someone to come and fill up the utilities trench that sunk after a little rain. There's a big hole that stretches all along my back fence where utilities run. I was told they were going to come and fill it and so far nothing. I've been living here since January 25th.. The cheap floor planks are peeling off the floor also.. Osciel T.

Buying this house was easy. Once I moved in and began to notice the terrible attention to detail, I am regretting trusting those involved. Backyard floods- I have dogs and mud is tracked everywhere. Drywall is aweful; putty holes, unsanded parts of the walls, corners unsmoothed. Shower grout slopped on and then they expect the homebuyer to seal the grout work. My refrigerator was dented and misaligned due to damage. Tasks the construction manger promised would be taken care of never got touched. Warranty guy Jeff tries to you feel guilty for wanting/needing items fixed. It’s a beautiful house until you look closely at the attention to details/craftsmanship. During my initial walk through I found several issues to include a/c not working, toilet not working and several cosmetic issues prior to closing. The worst thing I found was someone had used and spilled something in my microwave and urine on my master bedroom toilet. I was in complete shock and disgusted and the construction manager, Mark, was made aware of these findings prior to move in. The day of closing the house seemed in order but the toilet was supposedly being replaced and when I mentioned to the construction manager that the a/c was still on the same number he said it was fine and gave some poor excuse. He apologized for his staff using the toilet and microwave and that he was shocked as well and would have a conversation with his crew. When I finished closing on my house and was ready to move in I found that someone used my microwave again and left food in my sink, my toilet was still slow to flush and urine stain was still on the lid. To make matters worse my a/c was NOTA WORKING and my daughter and I slept hot our first night. When I called Mark the next day he told me it was no longer his issue and that I would have to contact warranty. I felt super blindsided. When the a/c guy showed up he realized it was unplugged. I’ve had to put in warranty requests just about every week to have them come fix things that should have been addressed prior to closing and I’ve found the worst construction flaws in my house. You would think the workers were drunk while putting this place together. So far my toilet has stopped working three times and the last plumber that came out found a huge chunk of TILE had been thrown down the pipe and the wax ring had fallen in the pipe as well which was causing the clogs. Worst home buying experience I’ve had. The only upside is my new home orientation contact, Sharmin, has been on top of things when I’ve put in requests and she’s been the only person that has cared about all the issues I’ve encountered and she has proven to care about me as a person whose hard-earned money went into buying this home. The sales rep could have cared less even when myself and my realtor brought these issues up to her nor did the construction manager nor his superiors when contacted. Buyer beware!! We like the style of our home, but the finishing details are not the best. The crown molding is poorly installed. Very obvious joints are visible. The appliance package is not the best either. Our microwave stopped working after 3 weeks. Took almost a month to get a new one. Our customer service person was great in getting this solved. If it weren’t for Chris C. We would still be waiting. Hard to believe there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. There is no egress off the back porch either so the homeowner has to spend money right off the bat if you want to get off your porch without going back in the house. Also, the basement floor was filthy with clumps of dried mud/concrete all over. We needed to have it professionally cleaned. The front porch was also very dirty with mud and paint on it. It would have been so nice if Lennar took pride in the finishing details of their homes before handing them over to the buyer who paid a good price for their new home. ... More
