The overall product was great; however, getting the electrical issues fixed (over 2 months now and not complete) and the stove vent delivered without issues has been a challenge.

PLEASE double check all plumbing and electrical before you accept the home. My home has an issue with the lights dimming when you plug in the vacuum. NOT acceptable and still not fixed after 45 days. It's been a challenge to have the electrician address any electrical issues.

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

An Experience!

Great overall experience. I feel some corners were cut, and completion was rushed to make way for new or ongoing project builds. Semi-upgraded appliances and fixtures, no handles or knobs included with cabinetry, poor landscaping that has to be redone due to weeds growing through, laminate wood flooring lifting up from foundational floor in a few areas, maybe due to careless or improper installation. All of the above mentioned scenarios/concerns creates pause with giving Lennar an Exceptional home buying experience rating. Otherwise, pretty great home so far.

Great service from purchase to closing. Having many issues with the Hvac system. I wish they would have went with a better a/c manufacturer than Lennox. This is one of the lower end Hvac manufacturing companies. If you are going to build good homes , put a reputable hvac in them. Otherwise, love the affordablity, location and service from the Lennar people.

Everything went well before closing. Services and updates were excellent! I expect the interior window frame inside the garage should be finished with caulking with the designer package for a premium lot. I was disappointed for that. Overall, I am happy with my townhouse that Lennar built.

It's hard to read all of these reviews be excited about Lennar, but I thought to provide my honest feedback. First off, no home is perfect, even if new. If you expect that, then the home sale price should have two commas in it, not one. That said, I have had the same cosmetic issues, minor delays, and general warranty concerns others have outlined. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the group that built our home and would like to publicly thank Teresa and John for his quick responses and service.

I had a great experience after the real estate agent handed me off. Lauren gave us incorrect information about the home that would later cause issues for me. Everyone else was great. Jake especially, the construction manager, was really on top of everything. He handled all issues seamlessly. Love my home!

Could be very helpful if Lennar makes formal introductions of the home owner to all vendors including Charleston Management and all appliances manufacturers where warranty is provided. Essentially a complete guide list. Because of missing secret code I am yet to register with Charleston. Similarly the fridge broke down and tenant wanted to know how to get a work ticket issued.

Overall the home buying experience has been good. As a new homeowner settling in though, the hurdles to obtain answers to issues that have arisen has been frustrating at times, with many issues having to be gone over multiple times until the correct company is determined.

Love my Villa

I purchased my Villa virtually. I was being treated for cancer in Philly and the sales associate Sonia was very accommodating taking me on virtual tours from my hospital bed to see properties. Also Connie in the Title Department was so nice and accompanying for my closing. Thank you both. I sincerely appreciate the two of you and what you did to make my experience easier.

Customer care guy is nice but not totally knowledgeable about house. ie: said fireplace had a blower (it does not ), said He would take care of dirty windows on outside ( did not ), yard light not working ( He said you have to wait a few minutes ( not true, there is an inside switch that a neighbor told me about, still not working)

Good basic starter home. Would be good to have tp racks and towel racks. I encountered too many personnel changes during the closing and post closing process. I had numerous post closing issues that should have not been issues. My view is that the last portion of the build was sloppy, most likely because of changing roles of Lennar personnel. You need a full time on site person to manage the post close warranty issues. doing it remote didnt work for me and certainly dealing w numerous vendors that just show up not speaking english is not something I have time for. Poor management
