Overall process was smooth. I used all of Lennar's in-house services (loan, insurance, and title). Good communication with the team and streamlined the process. Their prices can't be beat, but you do get what you paid for. Lower build quality and materials compared to other builders, but we knew that before getting into it.

Lennar has been very responsive to all request regarding any issues with our home from screen doors to door adjustments. We are quite pleased with entire process from purchase to homeowner with our new home.

Melissa, our mortgage loan officer, was fantastic and went out of her way to help with the mortgage loan process. However, the Lennar underwriters were terrible. They waited until the last minute before closing, then expected us to jump through hoops, gave no clear instructions on what they needed or how, called while we were in the middle of packing, were unreachable for return calls, and ultimately caused our closing to be delayed which put a wrench in the entire process.

My experience with professional customer care representative Rose was excellent and sincere. She was easy to get in touch with and /or quick to return my calls.

Issues with home took many attempts to get a response. Also, sod was laid the day prior to settlement and several spots are dead and missing from day one. Trash was not picked up for six weeks. Our sales rep Stephany is great and has helped tremendously in addressing the issues. Jessica however seems to be overwhelmed.

I lived out of state when I bought my home and was looking for an easy process being remote. Lennar was exceptional! From the buying to the building, I was given so much helpful information being out of the area. My builder, Ben, went above and beyond to send me pictures and updates so I could track the progress. The quality is phenomenal as well as reinforced by my private inspection which went smoothly. I’ve already gotten many compliments on the design of the home and materials. I had the best experience with Lennar and would buy from them again.

The virtual closing was a disaster and if we could have pulled out of the deal we would have. The communication with the agent Michael Berrons ( not sure of the spelling because he never gave us a business card) was n on existent! He was not there for the closing and never even acknowledged us after the initial signing. I highly recommend that you have an in person closing for buyer in the 55+ communities. We like the house but the communication after the sale is non existent! Lennar could get recommendations if they spent a little more time on follow-up after the sale. A list of what accessories manufacturers that are used for fixtures would be invaluable. Follow-up after the sales is a must! The hole buying the house was a big joke I would not do it again

We bought an already built house and closed within 3 weeks. Because the house was almost finished we did not get to choose appliances, cabinets, or extras……builder grade appliances are just ok. But we did get a great price! Wish that we had more time but needed a house quickly. The best part of Lennar was our sales person Steven and our walk through specialist Darren…….we purchased in Bridgewalk, Saint Cloud, Florida. We are happy with the purchase.

I will N E V E R attempt to buy anything from these people again they are a scam they took half of my escrow after going through the whole process of being approved than not.

We were so excited about our new home! Until walk through. Finally when it was time to walk through it before closing, we saw that the yard was like a ski slope— the incline was scary steep, and basically not a yard, no grass would grow there. The houses on either side had retaining walls, but not ours. With 3 kids and 2 dogs, this would not work, and Lennar refused to do anything about it, so we did not go through with the purchase and we lost our Ernest money. Horrible experience and so sad

I did not use Lennar‘s mortgage company, but used their escrow company. As a loan officer myself, I found their escrow to be lacking in service and responsiveness. The overall purchase experience was OK at best. Now that I’ve been in the home for over a month. I have requested several repairs through the Lennar website and it is going on eight weeks and the repairs have not been completed or scheduled. I have reached out to the Millwood homeowners association and have yet to receive a response from them as well. The experience was good up until I had to contact the senior loan processor…. She (Chevon) would not answer or return my phone calls. Didn’t look over all documents that were sent… kept giving us the run around, would send me an email at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a list of items I had 48 hours to submit. My walk throughs were great, Terrence was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Quality of work is not great. Materials used is not great.

Our first time home buying was awesome. They helped us a lot made everything so easy. We love the house.

My name is Betty, i am a 1st time home buyer and I am loving my 1st time home buyer experience. Of course nothing is perfect. I recently put an online maintenance request for plumbing issue. I recieved a call the same day, and was schedule immediately. Maintenance person was on time and professional. Quick fix and now im back to my beautiful brand new Lennar home. Thank you again Lennar!

Overall we would absolutely buy another home from Lennar. The process is well oiled and very tight. Nothing was missed. We dealt with Wes, April, Jacob, and Hannah. All were very responsive and had answers to questions throughout the buying process. Thanks to all for your attention to detail and hard work.!

They were very helpful

Our experience with Lennar was great. Our loan was difficult and a bit frustrating, but then team was there whenever we needed them. Rhonda was amazing!!! Our home is amazing. Now that all is said and done, I would do it again.

Lots of miscommunication. Things called out were not taken care of and transparency was not given. Lots of items that should've been fixed originally and promised were never fixed. Instead told that it's not a custom home during my walk through. Disappointed as nothing was delivered. Still doing my claims now and many bad quality installs are not going to be fixed. Emotionally tired.

The contract that you have to sign with on our is horrible and completely one-sided, totally in Lennar’s favor and abusive to the buyer. Some of the clauses you have to agree to are illegal and violate local code. Len’s lawyers did a good job of protecting Lennar and not protecting the homeowner in anyway.
