I was disappointed with the quality the paint job was horrible no insulation above the garage Don't expect the best quality just being honest

We love our neighborhood and those that live near us. It's quiet and quite lovely.

Process was smooth and everything was done perfectly by the time we needed. Wonderful experience, with great people and it is a beautiful home. We couldn't be happier. Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

Sigh! Most frustrating, costly purchase I made. The Lennar mortgage was the most frustrating. Realator was ok. The warranty guys had some hiccups, but they were probably the shining stars in a full galaxy, but the 3rd parties they use are awful.

A builders grade paradise. We don't know, or we don't do that are the mottos around here. No consideration for the overall ambience of the development, homes are built with lack of the consideration of the ability of the buyers who are new to the area to have access to services and information of availability unless you are willing to be Facebook savvy and trusting of your "neighbors". Air leaks and failing " finishing" touches are common, the washouts of the so called irrigation system are not only annoying but dangerous at times. You get the picture. And it only promises to get worse.

I am the "go big or go home" type of person and decided to have my first home-buying experience be: building one. Lennar and their team made the process that others have told me I would dread smooth and seamless. Unlike other builders in our area, I was able to choose the colors, tiles, siding, brick, and cabinetry I wanted that were in line with the trim level I chose. The process was so fun to see the land develop from farmland to street, to the foundation, to the framework, to my home! Of course, there were some delays that some people would be upset about, but being new construction, I understand utilities and some other issues will arise. We were very satisfied when they presented the house to us after closing. They were very responsive and informative. We would definitely recommend and buy another home from Lennar.!

We enjoyed the entire process of purchasing our home. The sales agent (Matt) was EXCELLENT!. As was the warranty follow up on a few issues we needed addressed. It is a beautiful home with a very nice bundled package (absolutely love our spa and pool). we are pleased with the warranty follow up as well as the trade that has performed the work. The best way to understand how we feel is - We recommended this home to a couple we golfed with and they purchased a home. We also are trying to get my 2 sisters to purchase home in The National as well as a co-worker. Obviously we are very pleased with our new home. Would recommend to any potential buyer. Experience has been outstanding in every way!

As a fristime homebuyer, the sale associate, the lender and Lennar overall made the experiences tedious and difficult. The lack of communication, attention, and assistance during the process were unbelievable.

Knowledge and professionalism of Lennar staff from sales, loan officer who put extra hours to meet deadline for closing (this loan was not an easy task due to 5 hours time difference and special documents required for loan approval), walk through staffs and builder pre/final inspection went smoothly. Our family appreciate all the coordinations to make it happen, putting us into a newly build home we enjoy and love.

My whole experience with purchasing a home from Lennar was a great one. Everyone that I dealt with along the way was extremely helpful and attentive and I certainly would have no hesitation recommending Lennar to anyone who asked me. Thank you.

It's been a great experience for us, from the customer service. from the front office to the Mortgage team everyone was great. Jackie at the front office was amazing and Renee and Lori from the Loan prep team. We love the area and the surroundings.

I’ve written my review on another questionnaire and it’s too long to write: but this was the worst experience for myself and my family . Worst , and I do not write negative reviews , so that should say something.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. She is quick to respond to any inquiries and takes initiative to make sure the closing process is easy. She follows up, if something is missing. I also spoke with her supervisor Matt and he also does his very best to help resolve any issues. No problems with the home so far and I am certain that if we ever have an issue, it will be resolved. Buying a brand new home is much better than preexisting with so many problems. I am recommending Lennar to my family and friends Willow Springs is a great location close to everything. ... More

Every builder will cut corners. Lennar is no different. The home is beautiful inside and out, but the way HVAC, gas lines, were ran will make it a huge pain to finish your basement if you ever decide to. Construction manager told me incorrect information about my home as well, so take their knowledge as a grain of salt.

The homebuying experience was very easy and effortless. Since moving, the Lennar team has been quick to respond to any issue we have or work order we put in.

All in all the experience was good. Found a few minor details but nothing major. Maybe a little disappointed in the quality of the appliances. The range does not have a self cleaning option and no icemaker in the refrigerator. Also had to change out the shower head in the master bathroom due to very weak water pressure. Other than those small issues I am very pleased with my home.

Quality issues with final product are my primary concern!

My experience moving her was not a pleasant experience when I first came here to look at the home that I picked it didn't have a stair way it had a hallway and that's not what I got no communication in progress also my house my jack up I really don't care for purchasing any home with them again no one can help you get a clear understanding also we were told if u put down a certain amount if we didn't get approve 250 will be deducted from that and would get the rest back it was my son he is un the military and they say he wasnt approve so they did FHA how about that was a lie my husband didn't wanted to go thru with it and was told if we could not get our money back after they say my son wasn't approve by him self the whole thing is they played with how to suckered u in also I got my water bill and it's so bad they run the water everyday and that bill I had to pay and called and spoke to different number and everyone telling me they don't know anything and can't help me I even text the young lady that did our first walk thru dead end with her I even send Aneese a picture about the bill she told me she would see what they can do when she took it to her boss brook told me nothing no help hunter no help at all no one helped me so I got force into paying a water bill and I moved in on the 19 of January cause I still had a other apartment that I was Still paying to finish out my lease all this was told to brook also they put a rush on this house cause the guy that did our second walk thru said they told him house had to be ready by January 9 and he said that what he did what they say and if they did stated a later Time he could have done that and I wouldn't have to pay all that money and my monthly payments would start later like I say no help at all bad experience for me in buying a home with lennar so don't send me no more reviews to rate you guys just leave me out of your reviews cause not good for me bad experience it could've been more star's no communication after you are sold a house everyone that you communication with doesn't even check on you call you before they called text email now no one is helping you be more fair with ur customer not because you sold a house when they called for help with certain things and the same wall you hit you keeping hitting it cause they don't have answers for you ... Lennar is dependable, they are responsive to our concerns and give us a sense of security and confidence.

Lack of assistant during sales transaction. Sales person's availability and timely response can be improved. Lack of follow up on questions.
