Build Quality is a 2/10, and that’s being generous. They cut corners and use the cheapest options available. Communication is often short and their staff will not give you a concrete answer about any issues. The contractors leave out a lot of trash, food, and building materials, and when it blows into your yard or property area, they do not care and do not clean it up. The sod/grass they gave our entire community was dead upon arrival and it took them over a month to deliver it when it was supposed to be delivered 5-12 days after closing. Our home was not cleaned prior to our arrival; it had construction dust everywhere, sticky spots all over the floor, and stains in our carpet. These homes are way over priced for the quality they provide. Lennar also tried to deny me my right to a second inspection until my realtor fought with them and showed them the law. We had a great experience buying with Lennar, from our sales rep to the mortgage and construction staff. The build quality seems good, but have only been in for a month. The only surprise in materials quality we had was the use of paint grade hinges on a fairly expensive home. Also, we didn’t know up front that Lennar does not allow you to pick finishes or colors…you get what they have selected for the particular homes…but that wasn’t a problem for us.

So far a good experience, have some issues that I am being assisted. No upgrades available.

Going into this experience I was nervous. However, the Lennar team made me feel welcomed and assured at every step. They didn't rush or pressure me. My new home consultant took the time to explain things I had questions about. When we did the final walk through all details were perfect. I felt supported throughout the home buying process and am 100% satisfied with my new home.

We bought a house from the scratch Jennifer Finley was great help to as and the engineer amazing Tommy Becker very knowledgeable and great customer service top notch, I don’t think I had that experience before .

Home buying was made easy and lennar team will guide you through out the process and will make this process as easy as possible.

Had a really bad experience, the sales person lie to us, was misleading and overall the experience was awful. The materials are cheap and the work is fast done, the pain the workmanship is poorly done and fast way done, when you are paying almost a half of million for your home you expect to be done properly, just very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy

I recently moved in my new Lennar home and it was a very simple process! I was kept informed and they have a real system for customers to easily buy their home. Jimmy has been a great help following up on minor issues!

Builders are charging a builders fee at closing which was supposed to be included in the original price . That’s another random $3,000 just inserted in there with no mention of it, very fraudulent. Not happy with Lennar at all.

Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

You cannot know it, unless you experience it. Great staff, easy process, lots of assistance to help you get what you want, when and where you want it.

Bad experience cheaply done work. Lots of problems but builder still wanted to close be fore fixing them . Also after removing there cheap carpet there was lots of dirt paint and construction trash under pad was not even clean up . Then all the closet shelves were not attached to studs fell down with my wife’s clothes on them and she got hurt. Also had to fix a wall outlet box when removing found beer cans and soda pop bottles in the wall with liquid in them and ants were already starting to make a home were there was food and sugar . Bad builders stay away!!!

If you ever want to build a house with Lennar make sure to bring a realtor on your first visit. The building process is very straight forward, you get what you get with Lennar no added features other than picking your finishes. Final finished product 6.8/10

Can’t believe Lennar would want me to reiterate the nightmare of an experience home buying at Willow Springs has been. Fraudulent actions on so many levels, and a home that has had numerous issues within the first week of moving in. Non responsive customer service department. Love the location, but absolutely shocked at the multitude of issues upon move in, and the fact that they are still unresolved six weeks later!

A very stressful buying experience - Gyorgyi the sales rep for Lennar was the reason for our stressful buying experience. Encourage new buyers to get everything in writing and not assume anything. Gyorgyi was like a used car salesperson - tells you anything you want to hear whether is right or wrong - just to make the sale. Ultimately, we are happy with our home; however, we just about walked away from buying a home from Lennar.

Hi Lennar - My Overall Home buying Experience with Lennar is good, Couple of minor Issues couple of things which Lennar might Have done better. I give my highest rating to Sales Representaive and Mortgage Finance Representative., They are very polite , ready to help when I need clarification. 1)Final Home Owner walk thru might have been better, Construction Manager was handling many closing at same Time which ended up not handing over the keys. 2)Lennar Title didn't pay HOi Insurance premium to the Right Insurance due to administrative error which ended Insurance company sending Insurance cancellation notice. From the minute we viewed our new home to the date we moved in we felt cared for, important and informed. Gaye M was amazing dealing with our crazy schedules and our realtor Tina worked with Gaye to talk us off the edge a few times. There were a few things not quite right when we moved in but Jon in the warranty office was absolutely brilliant and they were resolved quickly. Moving 3000 miles across the States was challenging when it came to completion but we were confident we were in good hands at the final destination. Everyone I worked with was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable which made the experience, an easy process. So far so good.

Moved in and happy with the experience so far. Everyone has been nice and helped us with anything we need.

So far have had issues Seem to be responsive, but still waiting to see how things are resolved

We ran into some snags in the process of homebuying (not due to Lennar) and their staff and loan officers were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. When we had questions they were responsive and willing to work with us. As first time home buyers this was very important to us!

Was promised to have a meeting with the warranty guy and that never happened.
