Good communication, save on the day of closing my final home walkthrough was scheduled at 9:30a and closing was scheduled at 10:00am. The locations were 45 min apart, so I missed my final walkthrough.

Lennar is overall a pretty good builder and they have designed pretty well. The outlets and room structures are well placed. The inclusive wire hiding spots are impressive and the technology they included such as ring door bell and sensors for ring door opening are well done. I do wish the condo building entrance instead of a fob entrance had a video calling system as that would make it easier rather than an antiquated voice system. There were some small things here and there that did require fixing after closing but they were very responsive to correcting anything. There were some structural issues that did cause water damage but they were quick to act and fixed it in a very professional manner and got it resolved very fast. I do wish some things were inclusive such as pull out drawers for all cabinets because reaching pots and pans in the back is painful. Also their ADU compliant standing shower stall is not very good at blocking water from coming out after someone is done showering. I would have liked it if they included stronger light points in the second and third bedrooms so we can install fans if we wanted but it requires major constructions changes in order for us to achieve it. I am very happy with the windows but I do think having standard windows sizes or at least a warning to homeowners that they do not have standard size windows (to easily buy blinds) would be a nice warning to have. It would be nice if they provided the windows sizes ahead of closing so that homeowners can be prepared for the blinds and curtain purchases they need to make. The garage itself is spacious enough but the garage door that they have installed is smaller than the width of the garage making us have to be very careful about pulling into our garage (inexperienced drivers beware). ... The Lennar staff is easy to work with and always professional and helpful. Their patience was calming for my first time purchase by myself.

Overall a great experience as a first homeowner

We had quite a few issues after moving into our new home. The majority of these were cosmetic. Lennar has been fabulous on addressing every issue we have raised. That has been very appreciated. We are having an issue with our sidewalk being stained that is still being discussed but other than that all issues have been addressed timely.

Overall we have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Lennar. Our home has had only very minor issues after close and the home looks to have been built properly. Lennar has been quick to get issues resolved and we hope going forward that remains so.

First of all i would like to acknowledge Kevin he helped us very well i have no issues with him at all even after home buying he still assist me. The only problem is Drake. We have noticed issues in the home already and he was there acknowledging everything but it seems like he agrees when we are around and disregard everything once we are done. I feel like he only wants me to sign the docusign so he can be off the hook. To be honest i have requested service for the things that we have already raised to him. Promised me that he will fix it but nah he didnt and when i try to reach out to him nothing. To be honest the walkthrough with him is’nt really informative im still trying to figure things out myself but thats okay. My main concern is he does not honor his word. He keeps pushing me to sign the docusign i even asked him to make sure to fix it and still nada. Home buying with lennar is good but make sure you dont sign anything on the walkthrough or else youll end up waiting for a guy to come and fix it while you are moving in. Please make sure drake wont do it to anybody. Kevin is the only reason that really made our home buying more comfortable and less worry. ... More

Our homebuying experience with Lennar started off with excitement and hope, but unfortunately, that enthusiasm was slowly replaced by ongoing stress and frustration—primarily due to poor communication, especially from the mortgage department. The early stages of the process were smooth enough, and the home itself is beautiful and well laid out. We do feel that the overall value and quality of the house is solid. We’re happy to have a place to call home. However, the path to move-in was not what we had hoped it would be. The biggest issue we faced was a serious lack of communication and follow-through across multiple teams. We often felt left in the dark about what was happening or what we needed to prepare for next. This lack of transparency caused a great deal of physical and emotional stress, especially as we neared closing. Timelines were unclear, questions went unanswered, and at times we felt more like we were managing the process than being guided through it. One example was the backyard. Early on, we were told that landscaping could be rolled into the mortgage. But the process was never brought up again, and by the time we asked about it later, it was too late. Now we're left figuring it out ourselves, with only 90 days post-closing to add basic coverage—like rock—to meet requirements. It’s just one of many things we wish had been communicated more clearly. To be fair, there were team members who tried their best to help us, and we appreciate those efforts. But the overall coordination between departments and the responsiveness just didn’t meet our expectations. For future buyers, I would recommend going into the process with eyes wide open. Be prepared to advocate for yourself constantly, take detailed notes, and follow up often. While Lennar builds lovely homes, the customer service and communication left us feeling overwhelmed and unsupported during what should have been a joyful milestone. ... More

Really impressed with the thoroughness of the buying experience, especially the representative Phil and also the fast response on a few items that needed to be done.Real happy with the quality and the professionalism and comfort that Lennar provided

The people were very nice and helpful but buyer beware. Go over everything with a fine tooth comb. We have a cracked shower wall and the plumbing company that works for Lennar refuses to fix it

We loved what the community offers and liked the house and lot right away. Buying the house was much more intense and demanding with all the new requirements. The sales agent was great, as were the finance people, although the pressure to complete the mortgage application was strong. The walk through was called a "celebration" which was confusing, and there was little or no give on items we wanted addressed. I would have appreciated help with interior paint. I was disappointed that most bathroom drawers were fakes, and there is no medicine cabinet. Mostly I would have appreciated that the interior could have been painted with some color. I would recommend Lennar's Noble's Pond as the pricing is very affordable for 55+ buyers and the community is just great to live in.

Things went well but communication is lacking

Your employees are great both responsive and knowledgable as well as friendly. Having your own insurance and title company saved us money. Two things to consider since this is the 4th new build Phoenix home we have had (as well as three others out of state). 1. Allow more flexability on your 3/4 built homes. For example, in addition to other small things, we wanted tile instead of carpet in the flex area. This was denied even though it was 3 weeks away from the flooring to be laid. We are now paying to have the brand new carpet removed. 2. Ask new homeowners for minor suggestions. For example, in our community you are essentially building for 2 person occupancy. Yet the bathrooms have a hangar for one shower bath towel. Not many people share these items with each other. ... More

Everyone we have worked with up until now has been very helpful and informative. So far we are very pleased. Been here about 5 weeks now.

Finance process was very frustrating

Buying with Lennar was a pretty easy process. The separation of Lennar companies was a bit difficult to navigate I.e. Lennar construction, Lennar mortgage, and Lennar sales.

My overall experience was pretty good. My sales consultant Debbie Huntley and finance Michael Vera made the experience the best. However, the pushiness of the house walkthrough consultant was not appreciated as there were a few last minute things needed on the property before closing. Seemed more of a push to close than making sure the client was comfortable with the process.

Great builders , easy to work with awesome attitude!

We recently purchased another Lennar home in Sparks (Eaglewood at Five Ridges) with my mom as her primary residence. We also live in a Lennar home in Reno that was built in 2021 and really like it. The homes are not perfect, like with any builder, but in general Lennar produces a quality product. Pros: Great home below median $/SF in a good area. Jennifer with Lennar Mortgage was amazing and really went the extra mile to get us in the home. Lending terms were the best available by far. Everyone on the team that we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Lower quality base finishes, i.e. carpet that will not last. Front yard landscaping is bare minimum in materials, design, and workmanship, i.e. cheap rock simply poured in large quanities over areas (impossible to pull trash cans behind fence in deep/uneven rock), etc., no options to fund back yard landscaping through loan/home price. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and the cons are fairly common with all builders. We would absolutely recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. Great experience. Thank you! ... More

We are very pleased with our new home. Lennar has a very efficient system in place to help new homeowners navigate the purchase and move-in process. Everyone is very helpful and responsive.

Everyone helpful but to much Online paperwork ! Frustrating and stressful. We are not good with computers we had to seek outside help to do pages and pages unnecessary paper work !why have a Closing! Bathrooms are very basic not crazy about that. Have AC/Heating unit in Attic is insane. We are elderly can't climb into Attic?? Need to hire someone for the monthly maintenances of the Unit whoever thought of doing that should be fired

Courtney was very helpful walking us thru homebuying process. Justin (from Lennar mortgage) was EXTREMELY helpful. He explained the process every step of the way.
