Run fast folks, there’s better builders out there

Were still working with lennar team to fix paint, cracks in stairs, nails in carpet sticking out and widow seal issues in 2 rooms. Unsure about the experience so far to be honest.

Been in the home for 4 months and they still haven't sent anyone to fix things. I've called and emailed. Back yard still flooding from just rain, wait until we have a hurricane water will be in my house. Lots of issues with this home.

I have had multiple issues since moving in. A/C was out for almost two weeks in June. Dishwasher needing a technician to come out due to improper installation. Outside siding falling off and the cutting of my Internet/cable line due to not being marked. Almost forgot, a missing drawer in my bathroom vanity when I moved in. They ship the drawer to me in four different packages and I have to assemble it and install. And they never sent me the hardware for the drawer assembly or asked if everything is okay. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else

First and foremost, I pondered whether or not I wanted to write this review because I don’t like writing anything negative, however I think it’s necessary. For the amount of money I spent purchasing this home and the quality DOES NOT MATCH! I have had this home literally fall apart in front of my eyes. One issue after another and this is my 5th home, 4th that I’ve built and I’ve never experienced issues like this before. I have received notices from the HOA about my yard but yet the sprinklers were inoperable, and I had a work order in. The plants were dying and yes they place the cheapest mess in your yard , which is horrible to begin with. It literally look like a desert in your front yard! What type of curb appeal is this? Although I’ve had the contractors come out to fix the items, some have needed to be repaired a few times and that is not cool whatsoever! I closed in May and here it is only September and I’ve wasted more time at home waiting for a repairman than actually taking the time to enjoy the home. Instead of them applying semi gloss paint over the home, they Painted with flat paint, therefore the moment you close and move in, you’re hunting down a contractor to paint your hole which is an additional 3k. I have had to contact the individual who basically hand over the keys to obtain my keys, gate code, and my remote for the gate, when that should have been left at the door. It’s unnecessary and if Lennar is calling this quality??? Then they really need to speak with another builder to understand what quality is. It’s insane! Disappointed the way issues are handled . We have to run around like mice to get our issues resolved .

It's my first time buying a new construction home and Irma Almodovarnieves was there every step of the way. She always answered my questions via text or email no matter how late in the day it was. She even answered my questions on her vacation and on weekends. Irma is a great asset to the Lennar and I am so glad to have met her.

Everyone working for the builder has done an exceptional job at taking care of our needs and experience.

This was our first time purchasing a brand new build and it couldn't have gone better. The team at Lennar was with us every step of the way. Anytime we had a question they were there to help, before we moved in and even as we were already living in our home. My husband and I really appreciated the frequent updates when it was being built and the multiple walk throughs we had before we closed. It was helpful for us to see the progress of our home as it was happening. Every walk through helped us learn more about our home. We would definitely recommend Lennar.

Cathy at Ventana did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our house and was alway available to answer questions. We have no complaints regarding the whole process.
