Our sales person, Kimberly, was wonderful. We felt comfortable with her and that she was giving all the information we needed. Mortgage was another strory and that has been a big problem for Lennar for years. This is our 3rd Lennar home and the mortgage dept. is always a issue. Closing for the most part was good. We were told we would get our $5000 deposit check back at closing, we didn't receive it for about 2 weeks later and 20 phone calls. Also, no deed in the package and no real introduction to obtaining services at the amenties center. Warranty with Guilmero is the best Lennar has done in years. He know his business, responds as to what needs to be done and how to address it. Right now, we have a issue with warranty and they want a virtual phone meeting. We find that totally unacceptable. This was my husband and I’s first experience buying our first home and overall, we are happy.

Its a beautiful home. A few kinks that are getting resolved. I recommend getting a home inspectors before 1 year warranty is up. Its actually better to get one before you close on the home. Things get done much faster before closing. Over a give a 4 plus rating

You could have all these some subcontractors just leave flyers on your door handle or on the front door instead of knocking on your door and disturbing you most of the day for the first month that you’re in your new house. Thank you.

We had a great experience with our building manager, Mike! No major issues, but a couple of minor ones that we will wait to have fixed as more inconviences than issues.

For the price and the ease (although buying a house is never easy), Lennar was worth it. Our home in Shaded Tree is beautiful, but definitely has things that will need to be remodeled down the line for higher quality. Their employees are all helpful and attentive, but the tedium of going through a big company can be a headache in its own right. Overall a good experience. Our realtor helped a lot too. I would suggest having one even going for a new build.

It has been good experience working with Lennar team, be it the sales rep, loan officer or on-ground staff.

Our house is fine. No issues although we are still just getting settled. No issues during buying process. Dealing with their mortgage team was an absolute nightmare. On one hand I get it. They are just doing their job of managing risk. On the other hand, it’s very frustrating dealing with multiple requests from different people requesting the same thing on consecutive days. Finally, at times I felt like they simply chose not to read our email responses or listen to details during phone calls. By way of example, they repeatedly asked about expenses related to kids at college. When we told them both of our kids have already graduated they continued to ask for a copy of the leases to validate rental expenses. I had to respond just to this one example on st least three occasions before they simply stopped asking. Dana was great throughout the process including weekly video updates of the progress for us making a coast-to-coast move. It was very informative and nice of her to go out of her way.

Overall the experience has been good. The Lennar team has been amazing. Helpful and caring.

The home buying process is not for the faint at heart but the Lennar team from sales to the lender were very helpful.

We were told that we could put our own bushes and trees in when we moved in. When we arrived there were trees and bushes installed that we were not happy with. they gave us no choice in selection or location. We were told trash cans must be stored in the garage or we needed a cabinet on the side of our home to keep them in that meet the HOA's specifications. An approvals from city also required.

Things have definitely changed in the home purchasing arena and not always for the better unfortunately!

From purchase to closing to move in to resolution of issues the Lennar team was competent, helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. In a relatively short period of time we settled in and feel comfortable in our new home.

I appreciate that the yard was completely done and the cabinets were nice but somewhat small. Nice place very quiet

I feel like Lennar used quality materials in certain areas and "not so quality" items in other areas. I like the home. I have the Quill model. The stand alone shower in the master is kind of odd. I would have liked 3 tile walls and just two glass panels. A shower tub combination would have been nice. The location of the Master Bedroom is not great. On one wall in the garage is the noisy heat pump water heater. On the other side I have the neighbor's heat pump for their house, and the freezer dropping ice. I think it would have been better to put the master on the other side. All the people I dealt with in the process of buying the house were very good and client focused. I would have liked to have been passed around to different people less. It got confusing as to who did what in some instances. It was nice that all the appliances and window coverings were included. The house has good storage with the Kitchen pantry, lots of kitchen cabinets, and closets. I hope to enjoy it for many years. ... More

Lenner set up the buying process that made home buying very simple and easy.They did everything from starting to finish with no problem. The staff was very helpful and courteous during the process. When we moved in the house, we found few minor problems and they addressed them without delay. They are very responsive.

The entire process was very easy, my salesperson was very responsive and answered all my questions. I love the staff at Lennar they provide top Notch Customer Service. I especially enjoyed dealing with Frances, Juan, Judy and Alberto. They made my new home buying experience easy and as seamless as possible.

During my recent purchase in Tara Baywood, the home inspection revealed a number of issues. Some were addressed on-site by Construction Supervisor Myles, while others required follow-up. While the initial construction experience was mixed, Lennar’s warranty and customer-service process truly excelled. My Warranty Service Coordinator, Dee, was outstanding. She listened carefully, stayed in constant communication, and personally ensured every concern was resolved—escalating several items to her supervisor, Mark, when needed. Together, Dee and Mark turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a completely positive outcome. As a California-licensed general contractor and real estate investor, I’ve worked with many national builders. Lennar’s post-closing warranty process, and especially the dedication of representatives like Dee and Mark, is among the very best I’ve experienced. Some challenges dealing with communicating with the financial group.

Great sales experience with the first contact. Seem to lure you in with deals but overall everyone does. Definitely benifits you using their companies. We used their mortgage company and their realtor to sell our home. Didn’t use their insurance because I had a friend who does it but still offered good rates. After closing so far everything has been great. Sandy was great at explaining everything and Zach the general on site has been super helpful. Would definitely use them again to purchase

Overall, we're very happy in our new home. As with all tract homes I've ever lived in, there has been some sloppy workmanship. However, that has been offset by Lennar's excellent service representatives, who have all been great at taking care of any issues in a timely and efficient manner. We also love this location, one of the best in Valencia. 4 1/2 stars, if this would allow that overall rating.

The overall purchase experience was good. They are efficient in getting everything done and the quality is great. The only negatives that I marked down on are that they don’t allow any modifications or changes at all in the process, you get exactly what they say and not all that is advertised. (No ceiling fans or ring doorbell that were on the online listing) The HOA rules are also way overdone. You pay a lot of money for a home only to have them tell you what you can or can’t do with any changes to the back or front of your home (do you really own it) I did enjoy working with all the staff that worked with us and they were very professional. ... Things went well with buying but all the computer docs kind of a pain.

Pretty quick process from 1st contact to settlement - under a month. Quality of home seems very high The builders team was courteous professional and very responsive. Lennar employees were proactive informative and professional.
