Overall experience was very positive.

The house it’s too cheap, a lot of small things it’s broken or will be broken short, house for 400k shut cost 200k for that quality

value for the price paid and Great Service

Tom, New Home Consultant, was always communicated and was extremely helpful throughout the process. We raised issues during the build about things that were concerns to us, when we received the house the issues were not addressed/fixed. We now live in a house that the garage door opener does not work, the floor in the master bedroom has a creaking sound that can be heard downstairs and outside the room, a tube we cannot put our wires in for our tv because of the sharp turn and no rope installed for us, one stair on the basement stairs that is different material then the rest of the stairs, our dryer vent on the roof of the house was glued shut resulting in errors on our dryer, paint was left all over our countertops and on the surface of the cabinet doors, the list goes on... The house is also not well built, you can hear people walking upstairs when you're downstairs, you can hear tv's when doors are shut and the volume is low, the washer and dryer cannot be used when you're sleeping because it is so loud in the master bedroom and other bedrooms surrounding it. I am highly disappointed that Lennar removed numerous things out of the house to reduce their costs, leaving many things looking unfinished. Financing through Lennar, with Tyler and Maria, was a nightmare. No one would return calls or phone calls until they needed something. I would never recommend going through their financing department if you were able to get the same rates somewhere else. It is not worth the stress. Our homebuyer concierge, Jenni, was great and always on top of things. She provided any information that was asked and went beyond. The Construction Manager, Isaac, attempted to resolve some issues. Some seemed rushed or completed just enough. He is very nice and tries to be helpful. I believe the bare minimum work that was provided was not his fault but the fault of Lennar, saying they wouldn't fix things or over working him. The house is beautiful on the outside and at the surface but so many things were just put together to look nice not to last. David, Warranty, was rude and disrespectful. He discredited and down graded 75% of the concerns we had about the house. David was so bad, we had to request another Warranty representative to help. ... More

We were happy with how things were going until the last two weeks to close. The Lennar rep dropped the ball and made it stressful. The punchlist items were not completed until the morning we closed. We didn’t get the Welcome Home banner or rug rolled out made us feel like just a number. And lastly there still are no street lights and it gets dark at 5pm was told these would be hooked up 2 weeks ago.

Truly was the best experience. This is the first home and was very scared to do a new build, but everyone I worked with was very professional, ,responsive, and I felt that they were building their own home. I will build again with Lennar in the future.

Smooth transaction to purchase. Great communication with staff. House is what I expect at this price point. Is it perfect? Nope. But it’s what I need it to be at this moment.

My experience buying my first new home was exciting. And my salesman with Lennar was awesome.

Who’s the community of Timer Creek seems nice and the home was built fairly quickly, there have been multiple quality issues that are unacceptable. I used to build houses and speak from experience as a licensed BC. Missing crown in kitchen, big hole in drywall, and other glaringly apparent defects should have been resolved prior to closing. Lennar mortgage and tactile have horrible communication with the customers. Not impressed!

Poor communication throughout the process. Failure of staff to communicate information and process things and respond to questions and queries in a timely manner if at all despite not even even financing the purchase. Poor complication at every level - sales, title, on site, etc….trying to get answers to anything during the process was someone kicking the can or passing the. Ucla to someone else who passed it to the next one and on and on. Also staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing or have the right information. Yup, overall just plain bad and glad it’s over.

The quality of workmanship does not reflect the price of the home. For the price we paid, we expected far better. The layout of the house is great and we love living here. Just wish there was a greater attention to detail that corresponded to the cost.

It was hard process but glad we did it.

Still am very unsettled about coming in to buy home that was advertised with a red slash through it and advertised as reduced price. Went in on last day unexpectedly when I got email on home sale. Went by address and walked around. I wanted it no matter what. I was told I had to pay full price and was given 2 different reasons that I can't remember why I could NOT have sale price advertised. One of those reasons was: I had to pay cash? So I had to pay full price. Why was my Representative paid commission on base price of home? I was told I had to purchase at full price. I need someone higher up to answer that honestly so I may understand clearly. Not from anyone in Sales Office. My Representative is working with another family and a different Agent in the office. They got the sale price advertised. It doesn't make sense. I don't know if all communities give you the home "CONSTRUCTION CLEAN" which means: paint splatters on floors, windows dirty inside and out, entire 2nd bath tub overed in overspray paint that took 2 hours to scrub off, wood dust in all drawers and cupboards and yard had several big pieces of metal, wood and trash at the corner of lot I am responsible to clean up. If I found 2 ladies eating lunch in my house that closed 5 days prior because they thought no one lived there. They looked like cleaning ladies? I have a huge list of things I am catching now that I am slowly moving in. They are kind and want to fix. My schedule is full. I will sit down next week and make my list of items that were all sloppy when completed. This is a BASIC HOUSE: Basic lower end carpet, lower end door stoppers, lower end bath tub, lower end washer hoses that are huge rubber ones instead of nicer metal hoses.They have called to help and see what my needs are. I appreciate that. I am finally going to address the items and see if they can be fixed. We will see. I will appreciate that when I make my final list next week of over 20 small issues I need to discuss. ... More

Not worth the price. Workmanship and quality are poor, and customer service after closing is terrible. Find another builder.

From Trace at the welcome office to The ladies at signing everyone was amazing!

Too many bad examples of poor customer experience to list. Our Landscaping is a joke, The warranty system is awful to work with. I would not buy another home from Lennar if they gave it to me.

It has not been a good experience. Prior to moving many issues were noted during walkthrough and not fixed. Over a month since I moved in and still complaining about things and some yet to be fixed

I went through different models and they all had white cabinets. I was told I was getting white cabinets, got gray. Was told to bad, you signed the contract. This is what you get, there are no options. Was told if I wanted a custom build, I had to go to a custom builder. I moved in and was trying to get cable hooked up, which is part of the HOA and there was a problem. I spent all day leaving messages and not once was called back. Finally at 4:30 I found someone who guided me in the right direction. Found beer cans in my cabinet while they were still building. Which explains some of the shoddy work done. When I moved in the floors were filthy, windows dirty, grout dirty, line of ants climbing up an outside wall into AC pipe. These are all things noted during the walk-through. I didn’t move in until two months after my closing, I was on a trip, and none of these things were taken care of. Cheapest appliances made. So if you want shoddy work and no choices about anything, which I was willing to live with a farmers sink, I wanted a split sink, which wall you are dictated to put your tv on, a tiny one car garage that you can’t put your golf cart and car in at the same time, which I find strange because it is a golf community, then Lennar is your builder. ... Many issues with my house they have yet to fix. How can then sell a home with a broken items and let you move in? This is ridiculous

Lennar is big, too big to know what the customer experience is. There are many people involved, fancy cool names for Lennar teams. But getting responses for a person (rather than a system) is another thing altogether.

I paid more than $585K for my home and very disappointed. Very bad quality, walls and ceiling was very rough and unprofessional done. Very dirty doors knobs, that not clean before closing. Many undone left before closing because I was from out of town and don’t have time to come back a day before closed. Totally disappointed about their house built and warranty service was a nightmare. No one care.

Sahil - Sales consultant is who you want when you buy a house. Eagle Mtg is not who you want to use when you buy a house. It was the worst experience that I have ever experienced buying a home.

We could not open kitchen drawers because oven wasn’t installed properly.

Buying with Lennar is a great experience. The process was smooth and excellent customer support.
