Our experience was positive. All persons involved were helpful and responsive in a timely manor. There were no major issues and we feel our purchase was great value for the amount we paid for the home. We would definitely recommend Lennar for a future home purchase.

Quality issues within the home our concern, floors, rugs walls, etc

Lennar was very responsive when I initially signed for the property and things changed afterwards. The workmanship is poor and cheaper products, lights, bathroom fixtures are used. The paint job is very poor. I have begun to have my Villa repainted. I would not recommend at this time.

I felt there were a few shining stars in my experience, but there were communication issues with finance. There was poor craftsmanship on many issues. The repairs I requested on final inspection were not all completed, and when I tried to use my warranty to fix them, Lennar never contacted me to schedule repairs. I’m not sorry I bought the house, but I am sorry the company has such lack of integrity and pride in the job they do. When you make a promise to a customer, you should keep your word.

Gina Woods is an extremely good and very helpful snd friendly tealtor for Lennar. She has helped us all the way through the process. A true knowledgeable professional we cannot say enough good things about her.

The whole buying is experience was good until Damon the salesperson got involved and was arrogant and unprofessional. Soured the whole good experience.

I've been in my home of just about 6 weeks and just got the keys to my mailbox 2 weeks ago after much effort on my part. My grass is dying along the edge and more brown/ gray spots are developing. I don't have a light in the front of my house and it's very dark now and I'm at the very end. I'm still waiting

Would have liked to have been better informed during the whole process. Structural and design changes were made during the building process that I wish would have been shared with us. Issues addressed were not completed by final walk through. A month into ownership, we feel that some issues were forgotten about.

Lennar was wonderful to work with during the home buying process.

This is our first Lennar home. Having purchased DR Horton in the past we had some expectations already and Lennar blew them out of the park.

No cable. No lawn. No towel racks. Bad paint. Cut corners everywhere.

From the day we signed our loan docs to our roof leaking. It’s been a journey from day one. We can only hope that the worst is behind us.

Could not make walk through, tried a zoom walk through however lack of internet did not allow that. Therfore we were quite surprised on move in day. Doors were unlocked missing items from within the home washer & dryer not hooked up. House was never cleaned very good, water to refrigerator not hooked up, dish washer did not work and it took three times over a month to get it working. Paint on 90% of all wall plates. And when we tried addressing these issue we were told it's now a warranty issue. Therfore not a very good experience to start out.

Easy process. Sales support was good. Usual sales tactics. Took some follow up for aftersell warranty fixes.

At first glance, the houses look great. However, lines are not straight, walls are crooked, door frames are cracking and the hardware is drilled and redrilled into place leaving loose screws and doors that won't stay shut. The electrical system is faulty, plug in a hair dryer, lose power in half the house (until you reset the breaker). Water pipes aren't buried, they're simply covered with mulch. I'm afraid to see what the future brings with the quality of this house. The process of buying the home should have been an indicator of how the quality of work would have been. Each step of the way, I had to jump through hoops for anything from "proving" why my company hired me to many other personal and intrusive questions that had no basis on my ability to pay for the home. The home was extremely dirty when we moved in and we were told, "That's just how it is when you move into a new house." A month later and we still have problems with construction that are slowly being addressed.

First of all, Felice is great at explaining everything; she is a fantastic person and helped us a lot during the process. Mark on sales was excellent; he constantly communicated with us and was very helpful in showing us the property. From the builder, I am happy, but I also see some quality of the work is not good; something happened that makes me believe they are using non-high-quality contractors; they seem to oversee some essential things to get right and fix (ex, the did not connect the laundry, garbage disposal, minor leaks, dirty carpet with paint) and some stuff that should not be happening in the first place. I believe they are slowing down the start of the construction of the community area, giving more importance to the houses. I was inside the newly built homes several times to see the foundations and everything, and I do see some low-quality work in some areas when they break wood and do not fix it properly. So far, no significant issues have been encountered in the house; I still believe it is not worth the money, but the market is crazy. Also, the upgrades in some places are crazy expensive; I do not know why they overcharge for it; it does not seem right to me when the quality of the work and materials are not that impressive. Overall, it is a good community so far; there are no significant issues, except it is still under construction and there is some noise; parking is a mess with all the contractors and workers coming, but you have your garage, so as long as you don't have more than two cars, you should be fine. This is my second new home purchase from Lennar in the last 3 years. It is only my second home. For the most part i'm satisfied with the promptness and transparency of communication. On this purchase i went with Lennar Mortgage and i did find the mortgage approval process a bit more onerous than i was expecting, and a photo survey of the completed house needed to be conducted after i moved in. This was to satisfy the lenders requirements, but coordinating this was awkward and a bit intrusive. Quality of construction was good, though there were some construction details i was expecting from this home based on my previous home purchase. One was the lack of paint covering the drywall installation in the garage. Secondly the "Everything's Included" wi fi set up was arranged differently from the previous house which confused expectations. The new Genie garage door opener is fine but the remote handheld control is unsatisfactory; not as good as the one in my first home. There was an inoperative light fixture located above the bathtub. Scheduling the repair was awkward and time consuming, though the initial survey and assessment was quick. During the troubleshooting process it was discovered that a light fixture for the shower was covered over! This was identified and fixed promptly. After the repair was done ANOTHER visit had to be conducted on behalf of the lender to photograph the finished and repaired bathroom. 2 months into the home ownership, the house has evidenced no other problems or deficiencies in construction. Beware of purchasing a home through Lennar. Unfortunately, the project manager does not manage their jobs. Contractors are getting away with crooked walls, drainage issues, poor workmanship, grading issues, etc. They will make excuses and not fix them. The project manager may even get in your face and try to threaten you. Poor purchasing experience! I will never purchase another Lennar home!

We’re misinformed by Lennar how Warranty works. Pit supervisor told us not to worry just moving three days after we move them. I told him that 75% of their repairs was never done and we would like him to send repair people to take care of the problems.. he’s answer was after you move in he cannot help us. We got to use the form from the website to let the repair people come in and start repairing a brand new house that was never billed, right

We love the home. There were a few things that you wouldn't expect in a new home, most were fixed quickly but if Lennar did a final quality check they would have been caught and our experience would have been better. We still have two issues which haven't been fixed after 8 weeks. They are not quick fixes but are material. So slightly disappointed.

1. Have it written into the sales agreement that the lawn & landscaping will be delivered in a condition that is acceptable to the buyer (modify this wording). At closing the grass was over 12 inches and Lennar refused to resolve. Likewise with the actual sod which had been laid haphazardly to such an extent that in places one could roll their ankle if they were not careful. 2. Review the HOA Agreement and gain an understanding of what rules are superseded by the CDD (Community Development District). example "Street Parking". Sales agent affirmed that the HOA prohibits street parking. However the CDD does not and the CDD is the governing body. 3. Lennar's catch phrase "Everything's Included" should be modified to "Nothing's Included". We were a repeat customer where previous purchase included Washer & Dryer, Glass Shower Door in Master Bath, and Ceiling Fans. All of these items have since been excluded. 4.Lennar sales rep, Lennar title rep, Lennar Mrtg rep and Lennar Warranty rep have all been very responsive to all other issues. ... More

Coming from outside tn prices are a little higher here. I expected more quality. Workmanship not very good. One of my walls - actual framing and drywall looked terrible - was fixed to be ok. Electrical some not finished. The finish work not good. Need them to come back for many things which hopefully eventually will get done. I feel no pride taken in making sure things are done and done to completion. Builders have not made sure mail delivery is available - have been here going on 3 months making very inconvenient to get mail in a timely fashion. Told would prob be done in a week or two several times. The yard looked half alive when I moved in hopefully will take bushes a couple did not make it ... More
