This is my second home that I have built with Lennar. The houses they build are built well and to code. This house will last me the rest of my life and will be past down to my children. The experience of being able to see my house being built from the ground up was an amazing experience and the crews who built it know their jobs and do it well. I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone and everyone. Every contact that I had through the process from Lennar rep, to the job foreman to the crew were wonderful to work with. From the showing of the home to the completion of the buying experience, everything was smooth. We were in a crunch for time and we were able to agree on a great price and close in 2 weeks. Afterward, some minor items have arisen and been addressed quickly.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Dina was always very helpful. Impressed with the overall quality of the unit and the entire process.

Have had the worst experience buying a home from Lennar. They do not live up to their expencacy. Its all about.meeting the nubers for them. They dont care or are concern with pleasing their clients.

Zero communication. Lack of care in blue tape walkthroughs, unprofessional staff (ESPECIALLY at the Lennar regional level), shoddy craftsmanship. I can especially observe this watching all of the other houses get built around me in Guadalupe Heights in Seguin. Trash getting blown all around, builders trying to steal packages off my front porch, dirt and debris in the road. I will always tell people to avoid Lennar at all costs. Cutting corners should be Lennar’s slogan.

Not happy with all the investors that bought here and turned them into rentals. Did not buy a place to live in a rental community, would have bought somewhere else.

Lennar tried to close our home when house wasn't ready. We did Walk through 2 times but items didn't fix. Lennar pushed us to close the house and said they will charge us for each day if we push the closing date later. Finance team wasn't knowledgeble enough and they made a mistake on cash to close amount.

The process from first look to final move-in was seamless. The salesperson, was very attentive to our needs and made reasonable recommendations. The quality of our new is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond out expectations. Heather was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money. Chesera was very efficient, and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns through during the financing process Previous experiences required that we complete a pre closing walk though inspection to identify all the flaws we noticed and allow up to ten days for the builder to correct the flaws. Brian had already pre inspected our home prior to our New Home Orientation minimizing any corrections that needed to be completed, which even allowed us to move up close date. Excellent experience with the purchase process. The process was smooth and the representatives were knowledgeable and involved during the entire process to a successful purchase.

Purchasing our new Lennar home went smooth and the communication between Nate@Idahorooted.com and the Lennar sales representative was fantastic. Cristina (our Lennar Home rep.) has also been great when following up on a couple punch list items.

The house is beautiful, no complaints on the looks. My negative is the lennar title company, the representative was in a poor mood and was trying to rush me out from buying my biggest purchase in my life. It’s unfortunate that you have to use their title company or you lose the incentive, so the company knows there is no competition or any incentive of hiring nice people to work there, just left a bad taste in my mouth since that is essentially the last person you interact with.

My first home buying experience. While everything mostly went smoothly, I would have appreciated a little more flexibility. I had told the salesperson from day one I would be out of state by the time the closing date came, and absolutely intractable for 3 days difference - over the holidays at that. That being said, they have been responsive to any issues that have cropped up from internet, to occasional plumbing things. Overall, I am still very happy with my house. :)

As a previous lennar home owner we know lenanr is very average in construction quality and materials. Finishing doesn’t look great, we can clearly see rifts in the baseboard, squeaky noises from the floors. Just that the location of this site is good and that’s the only reason we bought this property.otherwise nothing to be proud about. Lot size is a joke just 0.13 acres. The pace at which the house was built gave us a hint that the construction quality is questionable and true to that our doubts were proven correct.

Houses are ok but the buying process with the builder and their relator is terrible. At a minimum if you want one of their homes get your own relatpr don't use theirs.

The communication with Lenar and especially with the saleswoman was terribly bad, no one gave us an answer to our questions, the communication was a disaster, in addition to the delivery many novelties and low quality products.

We had a great experience with our salesperson. He was always there for us through the process. Not a great experience with Lennar Mortgage. Lennar has been great with taking care of post move in issues. We have a great home at a great price. I recommend Lennar.

Everything was great price, house exempt when it came to financing they guy that was helping me out never answer the phone only when he needed something, long process and for him to just say you are not approved. I try to call him back never respond back.

I was extremely disappointed with my whole Lennar home buying experience. My NHC Steven was horrible. I would constantly reach out for updates/status of my home multiple times before I would receive a response. It was always the same answer no change this is post COVID times and it takes a lot longer to get things done. My previous property manager from a rental I was living at told me to get a new NHC because Steven was horrible, and I should have listened to them. Lennar title. Same exact thing. Constant requests ignored and I was 2 days out from closing and still did not have a closing time. Additionally on closing day I signed all my paperwork by 3:15 pm and they left me in a "closing room" until 5:15 pm and they finally came back in and said we can’t print checks. Seriously I had sat there for 2 hours, and no one came back in to tell me anything. Complete disregard and lack of respect for anyone’s time. Lennar Construction Manager Jeff. Anytime questions would be asked you would get a blank stare and he would walk away from me without response. On closing day when I asked about the hits on my personal inspection, he could not give an answer. Just said I went up there and there was no mold. I pulled out the report and showed him what I was talking about, and he literally turned around and walked out. I paid a lot of money to get a private inspection. None of the major hits were addressed. Along with the fact that I went and did a new home orientation and my CRM and I walked the home and she had a ton of tape all along the home and nothing was complete when we hit closing day. All they did was remove the tape Alexis put up and missed a few spots. Waste of Alexis' & my time. Additionally on closing day the home wasn’t even cleaned. I was told during new home orientation that professional cleaners will come and clean and my floors will be buffed and paint that is all over my floor will be removed. The best part was after I closed, I was cleaning, and I found the "Lennar Final Cleaning Completed" door hang in a drawer. That in itself proves the home was not cleaned. I am 48 days past closing and still have hit list of items not completed. Lennar rushed me for a closing date in December with complete disregard that it was the holidays, and they would have issues with getting workers to complete the discrepancies. I kept being told they are having issues getting people to come in because its the holidays. So instead of Lennar doing the right thing and closing in January so they could turn over a beautiful home they rushed and turned over section 8 housing. I do want to say that Denise and Alexis were amazing. Response was always immediate, and their professionalism was incredible. I regret buying this home and kick myself in the butt everyday for not walking away when I wanted to. The threat of losing my deposit is what made me stay. Not the fact that I received a beautiful home because 100% I did not get a beautiful home. I will forever give my opinion of Lennar as a horrible builder that doesn’t care about anything except making a sale. ... More

I love my new house great neighborhood.

Have not gotten a respose from John the "customer care" rep after 3 business days. We own a concrete company and know how far communication can go.
