It’s been an incredible journey overall from signing the home till the closing date. This is a great community and I am very happy to have Kelly as my new home consultant. I really appreciate her time in answering and clarifying all of my questions as a first time buyer, she responds so quick and try to help in all possible ways. Thank you Kelly, you are the best. I highly recommend Lennar Homes for their competitive prices with quality especially for first time buyers.

We love your new home, everything was great. We've had a few small issues, such as one of the gates didn't close properly, and Lennar send someone right over to fix it. Any time we have a question, we get an answer promptly. The whole experience from walking in to the model home, to dealing with the their mortgage company, to closing was easy and everyone was friendly.

Home comes with a good amount of damage, then they claim it’s not under lennar warranty

Bought new home. Overall happy with home, but things to be aware of. 1. AC system was undersized by 1 Ton. Took a month to get someone to acknowledge, believe and do something about. 2. Yard wasnt levled and prepared correctly. One whole back corner wasnt cut down and mowed until days before close. It is a sinkhole now, waiting for this to be fixed almost 2 months after close. 3. Attic insulation was shorted by 4"-6" - how is this missed at inspections? 4. Quality of some items is less than builder grade 5. Neighborhood warranty person is great, they have to fight upstream against company to get things done right House was a good price and value, but these items should in no way have been missed at multiple inspections. I am extremely happy with my overall home buying experience and would recommend Lennar without hesitation! My new home is stunning & well made. My sales rep Robin, construction site manager Mark and new home orientation guy Larry were all top notch! Friendly, answered all my questions & responded quickly to the small issues I did have. Was everything perfect, of course not, but I got a strong sense that Lennar cares about their quality and your satisfaction and they make every effort to make things right! I was sincerely impressed!

The professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness of the team made the home buying experience easy to management. Also, the quality and craftsmanship of the home demonstrates a well built structure which I adore.

Easy process to buy a home

The sales staff, the project managers, and the post closing crew have all been 5 stars in every way! They were more proactive about me buying a home than I was! Could not be more satisfied!

Our salesperson was dishonest and unresponsive. He used high pressure tactics and forced us to close on an unfinished home (or lose our deposit). Workmanship for an executive home was abysmal. Follow up post sale was non existent with numerous unreturned calls. There has been a complete lack of coordination to get problems rectified. This company is all about moving units and quality is not even factored in.

The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Concrete work is terrible. Promise to be complete at closing was not kept. The house was very dirty. Overall, not up to Lennar standards that we experienced at Lennar in Castalina. What’s happening with your quality control.

The process started off great! Everyone was nice and the communication was excellent. Our closing date was pushed back three times due to permits building issues. Each new closing date we were promised everything would be ready to go by the new closing date and that was never the case. We were told all blue tape issues and the overall home would be done before we moved in and they were not. Even after we closed on the home there were still blue tape issues that had never been fixed so we have a list of work orders to submit.

This is my second time buying with Lennar. It started off great but all went downhill. They kept pushing our closing out (understandable with new construction) but the worst was when we were scheduled for our new home orientation and we got a call less than 30 minutes beforehand when we were already almost there that the home wasn’t ready and our closing would be delayed (again). The construction manager was apologetic but I asked to speak to a supervisor and never got to. I had to keep following up for updates which was met with an attitude from Lennar. We were forced to do a very large earnest money deposit which we were afraid to lose. This caused us to sell our home early and move in with my parents so we would be ready because if we weren’t, we would lose that deposit. No consequences for Lennar not being ready, the unprofessionalism, or the horrible customer service. They moved our closing up a day because the hurricane was coming and agreed to fix some things that hadn’t been completed yet. They never did. They left us with dying grass they won’t replace now despite us taking great care of it. They are clearly building too many houses too quickly and don’t have the time to ensure they’re taking good care of the homes or the buyers. ... More

The windows and walls are not straight. The finishing on walls and tiles is poor. Overall it seems the work is done by inexperienced workers who were in in rush to finish. We highlighted this during inspections but response was that they cannot do anything and quality inspections are only for issues that are visible from 6 feet away. Unsatisfied with builder’s quality for a $1 M home.

Lennar made my home buying experience with possibilities, exciting. Ms. Nikole from the sales team kept in direct contact with me throughout the whole process. The individual attention from sales plus the loan officers made the stress of buying a property attainable and attractive.

The price you pay for the product that you’re buying is adequate. But if you’re looking for just adequate no perfection or even close to a building standard, you’re wasting your money. No communication skills during the build process. Attempting to get the punchlist fixed is a nightmare. Due to the fact, you have to go through a warranty service as they put it to get things done. I cannot in good faith recommend Lennar to anyone that’s purchasing a property.

As far as the home buying process it is easy and simple but the quality in workmanship around the house it is extremely poor. Everything in the house is built too fast therefore the house have problems just like an old house. I already got multiple problems on a "new" house. Lennar will tell you that everything in the house has warranty which it does but, you have to take out of your time to fix problems they made while building the house. Also, it takes them a long time to fix anything. I bought a new house to not have problems of an old house.

Home is substandard with poor workmanship. Lennar did not meet any of our expectations of a newly constructed home. Home was not finished by the closing date despite reassurance that everything would be done. We wanted to delay the closing until everything was completed but Lennar threatened loss of our 10% deposit if we did not close that day. Construction manager apologized and gave his commitment that he would personally make sure everything was done right but broke his promise the next day and said it was not his department or responsibility after closing.

The total experience with Sales person, title, inspection were bad. In order for Lennar to be great company to trust, the ground work from. Sales and other areas should be good but my experience was very disappointing.

We love our home and the location, neutral on the overall home buying experience rating. During the process, there are many, many things that should have gone smoother. Unfortunately, without disclosure, the Builder removed many items from our build in an effort to increase profit margins (I.e. Epoxy Garage Coating, Vanity Lights, Glass Front Door, Smart Home Features (EERO Router) etc.). One of the items was compensated, but not without a fight with the sales rep and manager. Items were documented on Lennars punch list and our Buyer Punch List 30+ days prior to closing and are just now being finished 30+ days after closing despite asking them to complete before signing. Lennar threatened to keep our Earnest Money and sell the home if we did not close, purely because a CO was issued for the home. I still have concerns with corners that may have been cut during construction, due to an abundance of other neighbors with issues - but time will tell. Please hire a Buyers Agent and Real Estate Attorney if purchasing here, review the contract thoroughly, hire a third party inspector and stay on top of documentation. ... More

Love the condo. Lennar should notify buyers they took away the crown molding, the shower bars, less ceiling lights. Communication on cut backs should be communicated.

Poor quality of paint in the house. The paint was a definite rip-off. Missing some door stoppers. Oven door fell off on first use. AC system leaking water all over floor. Heating and AC system too close to master bedroom.

Very frustrating. Issues from the very beginning till now. My very first week in this house my bathroom flooded due to a missing cap, it took way too long and me complaining for someone to come look at it. My house was not move in ready when I closed there was several issues with the AC, there was paint on the floor and cabinets and I already had fully moved in by the time they came to clean it. One of my door doesn’t close all the way, and it’s been stressful as a single woman to deal with all of these issues after I just bought a 251k home. I advise any buyer to not move in their houses until everything is fixed because all my issues were from the beginning and I’m already 2 months in and now im left to deal with it alone.
