I had a bad experience with overall delays and last minute changes.

The paperwork side of the home buying process was very smooth and convenient. For the price of the house, the quality of materials is lacking. It would have been very helpful to have an irrigation system, security system, and better quality flooring/hardware/lighting for the price.

It was a mixed experience as the selling agent wouldn’t let us have our realtor on board, she gave us a hard time, other than that every thing else was good.

Jennifer, our sales associate was great, from there we had a subpar experience--Overall I feel grateful and blessed as we are dealing with 1st world problems now, but......

everything included in the home. It is absolutely move in ready. Loved that there is standard design and no selection (which is mostly a way for builder to earn more money) process. all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Closing took a couple of months longer than ever tef mostly due to issues out of Lennar’s control. The workmanship of the trades was excellent. The finish work was just ok. The sod died as the rear irrigation did not work for a month, and that is really the only warranty issue that I’m still waiting on. ( Irrigation fixed but the controller uses a work around not 100% correct). Overall I am very happy. It’s a great value for the money in this area. The crews were clean and polite. It’s my 4th new home and had other builders and I’d go with Lennar again hands down.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Our home buying experience has been pretty good. The Lennar representative has walked us though the plans and set the expectations about the build quality and the construction timeline. The moment we signed the contract they started right away working on the project and keep us in loop with construction manager and kept us posted about the progress biweekly. We were living in a different state far away from our building however they were really supportive and kept posting the pictures of our house. The construction has finished on time without any delays and the inspections were right on time. So far we did not had any issues living in the house. Better customer service from Lennar mortgage

The sales person in the sale office responds to my emails and text messages in very short time evrey time when I have questions or concerns.

Entire process was quick and easy. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. House was ready when promised. Beautiful home love everything about it.

We have countless issues since moving in, ranging from a gas leak to terribly installed carpet. It’s honestly been exhausting. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

My financial processor Mr Jerry Brummett was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and personal. Was kind and cared about me and my two daughters. It was a very good experience for me over all. Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... The work on the punch list that we discussed on our walk through prior to closing were not completed as promised. I revisited 4 weeks later to find the disappointment. I understand that the build isn’t a custom home build but the issues should have been addressed

We had a Great experience from start to finish. Kasey found us the home we were looking for. Zach was great with the construction and Alison helped us get the financing. We love our home and would recommend to others.

A great n lovely environment to resides. From beginning to the ending of my house. I got mailed from the management on the development every hour
