Loan officer response to locking a mortgage rate was too slow which cost us a higher rate than originally quoted

Lennar is HANDS DOWN the BEST builder we have worked with or come across. Their houses are gorgeous and the workmanship and list of inclusions is amazing! They make you feel valued and care about your home. However, our experience with their lender was horrible and I would suggest using your own mortgage company.

Lori was very helpful throughout the buying process. The maintenance guys have been very responsive.

Good home designs, but could use some improvement. ie. outlet placement, pod light placement, space in utility room, width of bathroom doorways, and options for grab bars.

Our salesperson, and our construction managers, along with the customer care (warranty) representatives were all great! For whatever reason, I feel as if the trades don’t pay attention to the small details. Making it necessary to put in a claim and wait an above average time to get it rectified. That being said. This is our third Lennar home and we couldn’t be happier with the home, and how well we were treated!

Lizz my sales agent was amazing, she helped out with every step in the process , always had an answer for me and always in a timely manner, great communication and updates!

It has been 1 month that we have moved-in, but we have had 3 flat tires, which I had to change 2 of tires due to nails inserting side wall of my tires. The construction team must stop dropping nails in the sidewalk and street / in front my driveway. I would like to be compensated for my cost impact.

Very nice houses, however, it would be misleading if I did not mention the room for improvement. I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last several years and had to pay fees with Lennar that I have never been asked to pay before. In addition to the fees I would expect the builder/seller to pay, it is fairly obvious that corners were cut in an effort to maximize profits. For example, the home only comes with one garage door opener, although there are 2 garage doors. Also, the driveways have a corner cut off in front of the third garage door, making parking in that spot a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Your project manager never once returned a phone call after he gave me his phone number

We would have appreciated having choices with the granite and flooring. The painting on the walls and trim were quite sloppy. After all that said, we love our villa with the changes we made. We got a great price and are enjoying the neighborhood.

We recently purchased a Columbia home model with Lennar. The process went smoothly with their lender and title company. Our loan processor was awesome. There were other minor issues but they fixed them after our initial walk through, which was great. Thank you Lennar!

Hi Lennar team, overall stands tall in the things they promised and deliver. Quality of the product, Construction qlty, managers like construction managers, Title team, Support team, concierge team standsout on their exemplary support. except few issues - specifically the sales guys behavior, ILG the design studio are the bad experiences.

Lennar staff kept me informed about the progress throughout the construction process, and they were responsive regarding some issues that popped up after closing.

The team in Camas was great. They continue to be responsive. Love the house. Some small issues around quality but nothing that isn’t a relatively quick fix.

Everything looks good. But builder is not allowed to customize anything while building the home. Small changes are also not allowed. If they allowed customization, it will be so great.

The people who work for Lennar, from the sales person to customer service reps were very friendly, patient and helpful.

While the buying experience is great Lennar does not offer the flexibility to make minor changes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Also, master bathroom looks really cheap. Laundry room and appliances i.e., washing machine with auger. Really. I have no problem with customer service. For I pay either these things come standard or Lennar offer to customer if they want them.

I think that Lennar has worked hard to integrate the supply chain of items needed to help with the delivery of items needed to construct the house.
