All was great until I came home one day and found 2 men replacing the air compressor on my air conditioner They were told the house was vacant which clearly it was not They could not provide me with any work order and told me I would have to contact the hvac company which I did without explanation other than they had a work order .The hvac company went ahead and registered my air conditioner so they could get paid for the service and I did not find this out until I went to register the unit a few days later.

Builder response on few reported items was quite awesome and completed reported issues on time. The house orientation by the QA team was not expected though, should have spent some more time and covered each part of the house

I had a great buying experience from Steve, he got me the price i wanted and actually listen to what i was looking for in a home when i came in. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He was awesome! After buying the home i did have 2 issues that needed major repair with plumbing and electrical. There were a lot of minor cosmetic issues i thought were addressed after the final walk through. Overall we are content with our purchase, however could spend more time doing QC before delivering final product to the customer.

Lennar is a way to go with their specials towards helping with the closing costs if you need help with that. If you don't need closing help I would try other builders. The subcontractors they use, do subpar work, no real over sight by Lennar as they have to many homes being built. The subcontractors constantly quit the job slowing down the build. I am 45 days after my house closed and still waiting for a piece of the framing to be placed and painted right. The constant back and forth with Lennar to get the painter out to do the job right is ridiculous. But overall the few annoyance is better than living in an apartment. ... More

It was a good experience.

I have not had much issues.

Our experience during the purchase process was excellent. For the most part, the pinch list process went well, however there are a few things lagging. It remains to be seen how quickly they will be resolved

It was a good experience. The only thing that I must say is that at the end of closing process was a little confusing for the changing dates. The Lennar staff were polite and helpful and the builder's crew were great on our walking through.

House is nice but had a long list of punch list items not completed at time of purchase. Seems like someone should have been supervising subcontractors a little closer. When items were submitted to warranty department, response to coming back has been quick

We love our Model House called, Rutherford! We recently purchased a new construction home with Lennar Builder and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The process was smooth and the team at Lennar was extremely helpful throughout. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had. The quality of the construction is top-notch and I love all of the modern amenities that come with the home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Lennar and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new construction home.

GenerAlly good materials but sloppy installs for plumbing, lawns and bushes.

Need more attention paid to quality of workmanship.

Sales are very good. I am very happy with my townhouse!

The house itself is amazing, some issues here and there but that is expected in a production home and community, Lennar is good about fixing anything we find wrong with the house. Construction managers Will and Adam are excellent in explaining everything and taking care of concerns. Sales is where I had issues, such as miscommunications, incorrect information, carelessness, lack of coordination, just to name a few. You need to be sharp and on top of everything regarding your home purchase, top to bottom and start to finish. Lastly, would I purchase again from Lennar? YES, absolutely, it is worth the money and the little pain during the process, but I have learned a lot from the process, plus Lennar is a big company and you can get a great deal if you buy at the right time during their specials. ... Overall I am very happy. Their sales staff was great. My only real complaint is the lack of two very small but important items. 1) No plumbing for gas dryer. The gas line to the stove goes right by the dryer, but they did not even leave a "Tee" for a later dryer installation. 2) No electrical outlet in middle of living room floor. Would have been inexpensive to add ahead of time. Without it, no way to power lift chair, laptop charging while lounging, or electronics in the seating area. Only option is to run an extension cord through a walk way. Both complaints are minor , but very simple for the builder to address ahead of time. In my opinion, these are both "must have" items. There are still a few follow up items - but I assume they will take care of these when the weather improves. ... More

We got a great loan through lennar but it was a hassle working with them at times. The builder is great. We had an emergency repair that was taken care of immediately. However still waiting on a cosmetic repair. Overall we got what we wanted so we're happy

The workmanship of my new home is very high. The only problem I had was with the sales staff here at University Park (Palm Desert, CA). The Lennar New Home Consultant’s after the sale custom service was less than acceptable. I had to contact her supervisor to voice my displeasure in order to get positive responses back from the NHC. The NHC was not able to assist me with answering basic questions like, what’s the cause of the delay in closing? (I was given the name and number of the Construction Manager and told to call him myself to find out!) On the positive side, the Lennar Mortgage Team was great! Dan and his team made everything easy and painless. Another positive note, Stacey at the design center was extremely helpful in helping me pick out my flooring. Everything worked so well together, due in large part to Stacey’s’ guidance. ... More

Closing was pushed up by a month and home wasn’t fully Complete when we closed. Some things you can tell were rushed when being done. Quality suffered to get it closed sooner.

It basically was a good experience.

The process went very smoothly I was kept informed at all times Whenever I had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner . My only concern was that as a senior citizen the virtual challenges we faced was not taken into consideration, which caused some frustration
