Love the new home. Friendly support group

The worst experience I’ve had unprofessional, not communicative, leaving there customers in the dark with. I information. Would not have purchased a property with lennar if it wasn’t my only and last option

Lack of communication, poor craftsmanship but asking for repair of poor craftsmanship leads to even poorer craftsmanship with no concern of Lennar

Lennar team was very informal and showed great patience throughout process.

ONLY Recommend for good build quality and post work request support. Starting with sales person placed at on-site offices. They don't disclose things before hand clearly. No clear communication on what you WILL GET in your home vs what you WILL NOT. In our multiple conversations, never disclosed what should we get as per your booked home.

The moment my realtor showed me the Cantaron model I knew I was home! And my Lennar sales rep. Melissa was great! Everyone on the Lennar Team was pleasant and as accommodating as “per the plan allows”. Kenneth, my building superintendent always made me feel welcome when I stopped by and answered all questions. Stephen with Lennar Mortgage rounded out the team and was fantastic. And I love my beautiful forever home! I highly recommend Lennar and thank all who helped me on my journey to downsize without down grading.

The closing was not pleasant but they do make it affordable and the houses are beautiful. The builder does fix issues pretty quick once moved in. Some of the quality is pretty good and some could use some improvements.

Both Adam Weiss and Eric were very helpful. They understood our needs and supported us throughout the buying process. Although the handover process was postponed couple of times by Lennar, we are aware of the situations. Thank you Lennar for building our dream home.

I wanted to send a personal Thank You! to recognize the exceptional customer service in our new home purchase & build experience. The team of Todd, Aaron, and Samer were fantastic, responsive, and just generally good people to work with. Just an all-around great experience with Lennar! We really loved our last home and so many memories and felt sad about leaving. A couple of hours over here…and we didn’t want to go back. I think that says it all.

In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

A lot of issues have arisen since home has been purchased. It has been a month & conveniently it seems harder to get issues resolved once house has been purchased.

The details of our home were constantly overlooked, and issues we tried to bring attention to were consistently dismissed before they would eventually be addressed.

Process of buying a home do you know what is different from my previous sellers at times I did not get a callback when I needed one at a time so I did it. Everyone was very helpful the toughest time I was with the loan officers or the underwriters.. it’s just seems as though they were nitpicking, but at the end they got what they needed to process the loan. Quality of the home was less than my expectation a Lotta good quality and it was some sort of quality or all I am please.. I did not do a thorough cleaning before moving. Project managers was very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date with weekly photos and feedback. Miss Heidi was very helpful throughout the whole process along with the girls in the office. We found a great home on the best lot. We like the home and the quality of the build. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Title and did not find them to be a cohesive team. There was more confusion between the different Lennar companies than there should have been. We found that each person involved either was great or terrible. We know Lennar is a large company but each individual you work with represent the company as a whole. Overall we had a good experience with the builder and are happy with our new home.

I like my new Lennar home, exept for one issue: I signed a contract on my house, which is the Carson model, based on the model which I saw. It was beautiful, and the refrigerator and cabinetry in the kitchen were perfect. I didn't get to see the actual home I had purchased until after I signed. I assumed the refrigerator and cabinetry would fit like the model. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the kitchen and saw a big gap between the top of the refrigerator and the cabinetry above- about a 15 inch gap, with all unfinished wood exposed. My salesman explained that Lennar had decided to give the buyer a smaller refrigerator (less expensive), and that it was up to us to correct this problem! He said "It should only run you about $600." There is only one cabinetry place that has the exact colors and can do it, and they charge $1000! So basically Lennar added $1000 to the purchase price of my home! I feel cheated and taken advantage of. This is so unprofessional and cheap of Lennar! They build in 24 states and can definintely afford to absorb this cost. Not only that, what they did is blatently illegal! You don't show someone one thing and then give them something else. I was not told that I would get a smaller refrigerator and a big gap with unfinished wood exposed. If I had the money, I'd take them to court. I have talked to several other people who had this same experience. We are all disgusted! In addition, I believe that my purchase price was inflated. I paid $389 per square foot, which is way above the average for Las Vegas new construction. When I look on Redfin, it says my home is worth $14,000 less than what I paid. Zillow is a little bit more in line with my purchase price. Overall, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth from purchasing a Lennar home. I DO want to make clear that the service department has been WONDERFUL about fixing any small items that I have noticed in my home. It is not their fault that I had a bad purchase experience. ... Overall, this whole process was a smooth one. Christy was always available and was present in the whole process. she was the best part of this whole process. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the title company recommended by Lennar (Jacob Tittle). They were very unresponsive to the emails, and they end up not returning me the full amount of money it was agreed in the closing cost. I had to send email and push for weeks in order to receive my full refund. Finally, I would like to point that the builder need to improve the quality of the inside doors I'm not sure why, but all the interior doors have very sharp edges, within a few days of moving in my toddler cut her ankle with one of the edges. I brought this concern since the closing and Lennar only said, "this is how our door are made off, we are aware of this but there is nothing we can do about it" Very unfortunate.... In the end I'm going to have to invest on new interior doors, so my kids don't get injured on our new home. Very disappointing. ... More

Lennar representative explained everything as common and normal where poor quality of workmanship and bad materials were pointed. His name is Kurt. For example when I pointed a standing water he, said it is normal for drainage. There was a gap in the main door and frame and Kurt said he will block with the bubble gum he was chewing. This is not acceptable and he is very rude and disrespected to us.

I want to start by saying thank you to Gygorgi for assisting myself to the buying experience here at Terra Bella. A shout out to Chris he was awesome in following through on all issues through to the close. Attention to detail outstanding. Plus a shout out to his team Brian and Joe. Thank you so much.to all. I also referred a friend and she bought too. Look forward to her closing as well..

There are lot of repairs and replacements left before closing. And its tedious to follow up on these things. The builder is responsive but many things were listed. And the quality of material is not up to the grade. its been only a month we move and I see cracks. Even the reporting issue is not fixed properly.

My floor boards are coming up and my oven wasn’t hooked up correctly and it took 2 weeks to find out from Lennar we have to call the manufacturer for it to be fixed. My hvac went out about 4 or 5 times because it wasn’t level and the coils didn’t set right. We been in this house 2 months.

Poor after sales call backs and refusal to correct drainage issues. Customer service is poor.

Can not say enough about the support provided by the Lennar Team we had on this journey. Their knowledge, passion and focus on providing us the most positive home-buying experience possible was unmatched. Heidi, Lisa and Conner were absolutely fantastic from the beginning and up until we were able to call this beautiful place home. If we could rate this experience with Lennar more than 5 stars we would!
