I love my new house

Quality of workmanship very good. Very perfessional

Made home buying an easy process.

Max with construction was very helpful with any and all questions I had pre and post closing.

Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

The quality of the kitchen cabinets and the concrete work leaves a lot to be desired. Not representative of a home at this price point.

Very responsive to any problem or issue. Some of the workmanship was excellent and some was not.

Builder was great with explaining things and fixing everything that was asked.

Had a great experience purchasing through Lennar.

The process was definitely easier than I thought it would be. The walk-through allowed my concerns to be addressed quickly before moving in. My only issue was communication about delays in completion. The delays were not told to me until I called to ask and clarify the closing schedule. This caused me to make alternative living arrangements for over a month. But I am very pleased with the team's responsiveness and attention to my service needs and questions. Overall very happy with my new home!

I think the home buying process was very smooth.

Lennar is a good builder but some of the workmanship needs to be reviewed. I am pleased with my hone but have noticed a few things I would like to see done differently.

No home is going to be without some craftsmanship issues after completing. We have been pleased with builder attention and response, and correction of same.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

The grass needs to be better and in place on solid ground prior to selling.

When I have filled a complaint it has been addressed promptly. I do have a problem in the quality of some of the construction grade materials: appliances, ceiling fans, flooring, interior doors, paint windows etc. I would have been agreeable to pay upgrades to get better quality.

The home is built well. Nice to have modern features that make things convenient. I know they were trying to keep costs down in the model I purchased but it would have been nice to have the option to upgrade.

Good home for the money. Issues were eventually resolved to our satisfaction.

This is our second home purchase from Lennar.

Overall my experience with Lennar has been outstanding. The girls in the office and the construction manager had great communication and helped whenever they could to answer any questions or issues I had. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood as well! The only complaints I have is HOA which is currently run by a company that makes you feel like you live in a communist country. They offer no help or even a response when asked for it but is quick to tell you what you need to do or haven’t done with very little grace period. My other complaint is with the Lennar Mortgage side of things. Poor communication and waiting until the last minute to get everything in, causing closing to be pushed back by a few days. With all that being said, things have been great in the new house so far and it came with great upgrades making it a smart home.
