still too early to say but so far so good

Good job..the style is excellent.!

Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.

There are a lot of things I notice around that house that looks sloppy or not installed or done correctly or with care. However, I will say when I bring the issue to their attention they address it but wish I didn't have the issues, to begin with.

Lennar has been very responsive to helping fix issues after moving into our new home.

We are very happy with our new home. The process went smoothly for us. We had a few things that needed correcting and it was taken care very well. it did not happen as quick as I would have liked but the work was done to my satisfaction and i was pleased with the workman ship. Cory has stopped by my home as he was driving thru the neighborhood to check and make sure everything was done to our liking so i really appreciated that. The same for Viet

They are a good home builders

Not at all flexible with changes in plan. Can change after completion - does that make sence?

If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

Some of the staff was very helpful. I was able to call a few at past work hours and they all answered my call and called me back to follow up making sure everything was taking care of.

For a production home, we are very satisfied overall.

They kept me updated on my entire process with weekly email updates. The walk throughs were great. Lots of info. Workmanship good just needed a larger deck on the back instead of a balcony. Sod was put down over a lot of rocks so yard is difficult to maintain. Other than that the experience was good

Post closing warranty issues are/have been difficult to have resolved.

First I have to thank " James" in sales he was the best, help with each style of home and much more. He made sure we saw all available homes and explained each one. Great value for your money and there is no comparison to the other builders we looked at. Lennar makes sure everything is finished and looks great before you take possession of the home.

Costumer service is Awsome but some things think could have been done little better in the house

High volume builder. Some options but not a custom builder. Good experience so far.

During the underwriting process you should take control and hold them accountable for timely communication. It will go smooth if you stay on top and understand what the next is.

The process went very smooth with us being able to take care of most of the paperwork remotely since we previously lived 9n another state. The initial walk-thru went quite well with very few issues (all of which were addressed prior to our closing on the home). The Lennar people were all especially great and bent over backward to assist us in the process. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and are still very thrilled with our home. We especially like the beautiful standard cabinetry, and flooring, as well as the appliances that were included.
