I had a pretty good experience. I understood delays and all. I did turn down my first home choice because of workmanship. I am pleased with my second choice. Disappointed the designed changed a little. I've had a couple of service calls for minor fixes. All were done in a timely manner. Overall very pleased with my home, sales consultant, loan officer, lennar representatives all together. I would purchase again. Thank you.

Overall we had a good buying experience. The home consultants were very friendly as well as the builders and their staff. Everyone was very responsive when we reached out for any issues before and when we initially moved in. I only wish that we had the option to pay for add on’s such as a deck or porch or basement.

Matt was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. He's continued to help us to resolve issues after the closing as there have been several uninstalled and incomplete items to be fixed. The overall experience with our Lennar home is mixed. The basic structure, exterior and pool area is excellent. However, the interior building materials, accessories, and appliances are low quality. Some examples of poor workmanship include: 1) ceilings painted with primer only, 2) miss-wired electrical outlets, 3) bathroom towel bars and paper holders literally hanging off the wall and holes in the wallboard from botched installation, 4) Missing doors, 5) missing mirrors, 6) missing base board trim, 7) missing cabinet toe kicks, 8) oven installed with large gap between it and the cabinet--pushed into the cabinet and crooked. We were told all the above items would be resolved prior to close; that did not happen. All items have fallen into the warranty process which can take months to resolve. In fairness, some items have been repaired, but many have not including the oven, missing door and toe kicks which are scheduled to be installed in Feb, 2023. Not acceptable. ... More

We are happy after two months to be settled in our house - we love it and the issues we had have been addressed and new builds always have minor things to take care of.

The responsiveness to issues is good which I liked from Lennar, The agents are very friendly The areas that needs improvement are: sometimes escrow and mortgage agents were too busy sometimes to assist the buyer and doesn't respond, my sales agent was good. One real challenge with Lennar is, please give sufficient time to the buyer to arrange funds and get the keys, The fence was not ready and I still agreed to pay and take the keys but the escrow folks didn't give sufficient time after giving the final escrow price sheet (fence was not ready) Also, I was living a little far, couldn't get keys from Lennar immediately, they insisted me to take the keys asap from the key box, as they are using the same key box for multiple buyers, need to allow time for the buyers here as well. ... Overall good experience. Utility information provided but could have been better explanation at closing or a one piece handout as to what to do and who to contact. Workmanship satisfactory with responsiveness to issues very good.

Experience staff very knowledgeable. Contractor manager kept me informed on the process. There's still touch up that needs to be done but overall it's a decent community to live in.

Good home. Great value for the money. Buying a home involves lots of paperwork. Would have been good to have a dashboard to track every document and its current status. Sometimes the Lennar portal didn't have things up to date. Construction finishes were not as clean as in past purchases with other builders. Cabinet alignment off. Dishwasher install improperly done. Construction equipment oil stains still on sidewalk. Cabling for internet. Took a month to get internet installed due to builder decisions. Home is beautiful. Like the floorplan.

I am first home buyer with no knowledge of procedures or process. With Lennar,its simple, easy and transparent. My home consultant Felipe walked me through all phases of construction, right from signing to move-in. I am pleased with the quality and materials. The customer care is very responsive till the issues get closed. I am very happy with my choice of Lennar as "Everything is Included". And I love the smart house accessories that Lennar provided to all of their smart home communities .

Kim , Home Sales Rep provided us an excellent support thru the nine month buying process and her support and services are very much appreciated.

Good house and team service are excellent

Buying with Karen at Lennar was a breeze. She made it an easy process. We have had a few issues since then and let’s just say we have felt the same respect that we had with Karen. You lost a good one

The whole process right from purchasing to movie in was smooth and clean. We had a good experience overall. Sales team and construction manager had responded timely. Slightly I am not happy with the quality check by lennar, it could have been much better.

Still waiting on issues to be repaired before we closed. Said they would be taken care of and was not completed

Lennar folks were and are great. My problem is with the drainage and the Sprinkler people who were uncooperative and absent.

The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Lennar Sales Associates, Loan Officers, Title Officers, Customer Care Rep./Associates are ALL Excellent, Responsive and Diligent! The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in went smoothly. I would have given 5-stars but for one thing the cleanliness of the house on move in day inside and outside was not good.

Lennar has made the home building/buying process go very smoothly overall. The sales consultant was easy to work with and communicated well. The home was built on schedule and the home orientation procedure was excellent. Lennar has been very responsive to what few issues have come up since closing and move in.

I just purchased my home. The Home has a few nuisances but overall happy with the workmanship and especially how fast they are putting these houses up. The customer service after the closing is the problem. I cannot reach the service or get a call back from a trouble ticket. I put 3 trouble tickets and I might just have to fix those items myself. Leak in shower doors, empty grass spots and lights dangling from the ceiling.

This is my first time home owner and I loved the entire process of my home getting build. There were few glitches during the entire cycle. But I guess after sales, maintenance team specifically Kevin is awesome. He takes care and understand the real concern and helps residents get solution easily and effectively. Kevin is the only reason I have gained confidence in Lennar homes because whatever open issue were after move-in, he is helping us knocking off one by one.

The communication during sales and construction were very good. The closing experience was not good.
