The buying experience was professional and smooth. The on site sales rep, Elson, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Made the process simple and enjoyable. Only problem was, at the price we were paying, Lennar should have been more flexible with some last minute changes. Also, many of the things they did in earlier homes they stopped doing: lighting, alarm, ring door bells, electronic locks, they stopped doing, but we paid a higher price than those folks without the extras.

This is a builder that does not pay attention to detail.

This is our third property we have purchased, and it is our first with Lennar. We used Lennar title and Lennar mortgage hoping the process would be seamless as they are all connected. This was the worst home buying experience we have ever had. A ton of miscommunication and mistakes were made, and just a lack of ownership from all Lennar companies. They do not care about anything other than getting your money. They could not care less if the process goes smoothly, correctly or if you are satisfied. They only care about closing the deal and getting your money. And to top it off, on closing day our house was filthy! It had never even been cleaned! Words couldn’t explain how horrible the whole experience was. I’m a Vietnam era veteran and have never been treated this way in my life. When you do the kind of things these people do and you know it shame on me for not pulling out of the deal

I have to say that I am very satisfied with all the entire experience. I read very negative post and reviews on internet about lennar, but my experience with them have been very positive.

Only problems the walls are supper hollow thin you can hear my daughter take a shower while iam in my bedroom or any parts of my home. I can hear her talk or of iam standing outside I can hear. And also my washer and dryer throws the switch every single time a wash and dry I checked tge wires like I was told and they are current. I had my who inspected he even said the wrong outlet thing was wrong and it will throw the breaker but the older guy works with LENNAR said it will not soon as I moved in started using the appliance it throws the breaker every single time. And my doorway bugs still comes through both doors buying a home is a good thing but scary at the same time ... More

Workers were in our home at closing. They did not complete everything that was noted for closing. We are still waiting on our 220 outlet in the garage. Sod was not watered and died. They only fertilized; didn't replace the sod. Lots of paint dripped on the tile. Scratched flooring-- one broken piece. Two tubs were blemished. The list goes on. It is hard to get responses, but both TJ and Joey have responded to some of the issues.

Went there 3 times before I found a sales representative willing to make the purchase happen.

I would suggest you do not go to settlement unless all items are pending are complete. We had a heard time geting very minor things completed when we were told they will be complete on closing day! It will be nice to install bathroom door and leave space where mats can fit in. All doors are made so close to floor , you cannot use bathroom mats which is a safety hazard!

Our experience with Bryan from Sales was great, but our experience with Sheri from Lennar Mortgage was really bad, and Lennar would have lost the sale if it weren't for Bryan going above and beyond to cover for her mistakes. The experience with David from the welcome team was really good, and our punch list was resolved, but that experience was rushed and messy. The quality of the home is fine, but definitely entry-level - they could have made a little more effort with simple things like handles instead of knobs on the doors, or something other than cheap flat white paint that shows every mark. ... Everything from start to finish has been terrible. Awful communication. I moved in to a bird in the house, had a trim nail go through my heel because they rush to clean, and found 3 more laying in the hall. I have had black mold in 2 spots, my AC was NOT hooked up properly and didnt work. Still having issues with the upstairs. And the most recent, water coming through the ceiling from another leak! Oh and I have missed 3 days of work for them not to show up to fix the issues and they DO NOT care. I bought this home as a newly single mom, hoping it would be a fresh and easy start... and they have left me in tears and still with issues and more days to take off work! Dont waste your time! ... The house is well built and I am please with all the smart features. Everything went fairly smooth. Finishes are great and we closed early.

House was not done at closing but was forced to close with no recourse. Once closed, was told to call the warranty depth. House was barely clean at closing. I still get emails requesting a signature on a document that I previously had signed 2 times. I've previously purchesed 2 new construction homes and thus was by far the worst. Not happy at all.

Overall Lennar team was good to work with. Our salesman Jack was great, as were Ally and Angela in the mortgage department, once people stopped changing. They need to do a better job of quality control on the finalized construction, many tradespeople had to return to finalize discrepancies, although it was nothing major.

We are glad we purchased this home. The overall quality for the price point of the home was what we expected. We would have liked to be able to pick some finishes and made minor adjustments but were denied. We wanted an outlet in the floor of the living area and told no as an example. On final closing the home had not been cleaned and a long list of final touch up things were not done. Even after closing and being assured a cleaning crew was on the way, it still wasn't cleaned. The plumbing backed up on day two and after paying for the sewer company to tear up our newly sodded yard they found a brick in pipe and no clean out valve between the house and the street. Lastly, they didn't put any thing that was ready to connected electronically. This included the thermostat, the garage door opener, the front door lock, etc. I had to replace or add all these things so I could control my home from my phone. ... More

Not complain good service nice area

Our experience continues to be exhausting and frustrating. We had a 9 page punch list on the first walk through which was not addressed by the closing date. Being in the house for almost two months we are still waiting to get things corrected that should have never been issues if the builder used common sense. The issue costing us, is our AC is not working properly through out the house costing us high electrical bills. Light switches did not work, had to paint the entire house inside and out, seals on all windows had to be replaced, still waiting on hardware for the hurricane shutters. There is not enough staff to complete these issues for all the homes. We were never clear who the contact person was, the warranty person, contract manager, virtual Lennar contact (have two of them) or to reach out to the subcontractors directly. We are at the point where we don't want to say anything, for concerns the repair will make it worse, like matching the tile that needs to be replaced. We were not left extra tile of the same lot incase repairs are needed. I have designed and built homes before retiring, and the biggest issue is the building manager or general contractor is not managing the quality as the house is being built. If they corrected these errors as the house is going up, it's more cost effective then repairing after build is complete. ... More

Everyone was extremely nice. I was concerned about hearing traffic from my townhouse bc I don’t sleep well. I was told about the insulation and that I wouldn’t hear anything. I do hear traffic and sometimes the neighbors. It’s not too bad. I have also read on the FB group that there is a $1200 per year county building assessment that is never disclosed to us which is pretty upsetting since we apparently have the highest taxes in Sussex County. It’s a very nice community and I’m really enjoying it. So far any issues that I’ve had have been responded to quickly.

Aziza, Gene, Julie, and Brittany were all attentive to my needs throughout my home buying process. Gene and Brittany continue to answer questions after I have moved in. Experience has been great so far. I am praying that this Lennar neighborhood will live up to my expectations.

Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. The guys seem to feel very stressed and pushed for production and there seems to be some missing quality care in that. Again, great people, I would love to see them pushed for quality versus production. ... More

Sales, and builders were not responsive to huge issues. Over 1 month in the home and still waiting for drastic needs.

Bryan was excellent working on loan app and paperwork. Kim was very helpful keeping us posted on building progress and also questions about the tienhome

We moved in and it wasn’t ready. I kept asking are we still closing end of May, is it done and was told yes and in fact it was not. We have been here since end of May and things still need done. They are getting down slowly. It would have saved a lot of headache for us, if it was done prior to move in. Fortunately, my husband works from home, so he can be here when people come to fix things. We paid almost a quarter of a million dollars for this brand new house and don’t feel we should be going thru this hastle.

I recently purchased a home, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the workmanship. There are several noticeable flaws throughout the property that were overlooked during construction. The finishing touches seem rushed, and the overall quality falls short of what I expected for the price I paid. I've encountered problems with electrical outlets, and even some structural concerns. It's frustrating to deal with these issues so soon after moving in. I hope the builders can address these problems promptly, as it's been a rather unpleasant start to my homeownership journey."
