Overall, a great home for us, but kitchen cabinets are an inch less in depth as typical (11 inches instead of 12), and corner cabinets are inaccessable. Also internet company Lennar contracted with never came through. Will probably be at least six more months before they do. This is not Lennars fault, but they knew in advance that internet was going to be delayed and never told us.

The quality, attention to detail and amenities of our Lennar townhome is impressive. We love the layout of our new townhome. Our salesman Matt was great. He was thorough and would research and promptly reply to any question we had. Our constriction manager Sam was amazing. He was very responsive to any issue we had. Our concerns were addressed timely and he would communicate what we were to expect at each stage of a repair. Our only disappoint was Lennar Mortgage, specifically Kaiser. We did not get a loan rate lock that we thought Kaiser had done for us. Because of Kaiser’s lack of follow through and inefficiency, we lost a lower rate, had to use an outside lender and it cost us more money. If it wasn't for the mortgage side of our purchase, I would have rated our experience with Lennar with 5 stars. ... More

The major problems problem was with DocuSign process -- OVERWHELMING! It seemed that a minor change required to go through the process over and over again without seeing the change being highlighted. The third party agencies had little clue of what was going on other than the PROCESS. The last step (NOTARIZING) was a joke. In short, there are just too many departments involved. SUGGESTION -- Have one person assigned to a buyer who would the be the direct liaison between ALL groups involved. Matt was great but limited in interaction with a number of outside parties.

Lennar homes are a good value overall. We struggled with several delays in closing on our new house, but given current demand for new homes, this is understandable.

I love my new home. The experience was very good and the quality of appliances is above average. I would have liked a chance to upgrade to the washing machine used in the single family homes. I did think they could have been better about giving more notice of closing date because I was selling a home at the same time. I also wish I had my own mailbox because I do worry about going over to central boxes in 20 years. The home layout is great and the bathrooms are very nice. Love all the countertop and cabinet space in the kitchen. Some outstanding issues to be resolved but nothing too major. I'd say response to issues is average. I would definitely recommend Lennar as a builder. ... More

Over all it was a good experience and we love our new home. The sales and the lending teams were awesome!! They keep us updated and we would highly recommend them. The issues we have are with construction. We did not have AC for about two weeks and although our contact at Lennar was great and helpful it was very frustrating to not have AC during a heat wave in our new home. We have also had a couple issues with someone on the construction team and unfortunately they will continue to be around as we were in the first phase of move ins. Additionally we were given inaccurate info for closing- we were told to open an account with the water company 5 days prior to closing (which we did) and at closing we were told not to as the water was part of the HOA. Okay great but by the time the water company closed our account a bill for $350+ was run up as they put the water for the whole complex in our name! And now Lennar is not responding. ... More

I’m am very happy with my home and the team over at Lennar all were wonderful!

When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . I am still dealing with some issues the response for some of those issues have been great by the Lennar Care team but I still have a couple pending and I closed in June and we are in August now . ... Although Lennar homes aren’t totally custom there are many options and finishes one can choose from. Great workmanship and consistent weekly communication throughout the building process. We love our home!

Overall experience was great. Home completed on time and very happy with the work The only issue I had was, when I chose an outside lender ( instead of lennar mortgage) because there was significant difference in the rates offered, I felt a retaliatory attitude which made my whole home buoyant experience less than 5 star.

WE HAVE JUST SOME INTERIOR DETAILS THAT WE NEED TO FIXED BUT OTHERWISE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD WITH THE HOUSE THANKS LENNAR AND TEAM

For the price I was expecting better appliances and ability to make changes, the guy who came to cut the grass which wasn’t cut ,never rings to let me know that he was here and did it a crappie job and the appliances guys had attitude, Overall I won’t recommend LENNAR to my family.

Overall good experience. However the house was not as complete as it should have been since it was rushed through to meet a May 31 quota deadline. Still finding poor craftsmanship after 2 months.

After our move in we discovered a major leak behind the wall between two bathrooms - the two needed redone and Jason with Customer Care was on top of the entire project and very responsive in seeing everything was done and done well. He even called in a mold mitigation specialist to make sure everything was clean and safe. While we were not happy with the need for the mitigation, we were extremely happy with Jason. He is the best and always cheerful.

I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks
