everything included in the home. It is absolutely move in ready. Loved that there is standard design and no selection (which is mostly a way for builder to earn more money) process. all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Closing took a couple of months longer than ever tef mostly due to issues out of Lennar’s control. The workmanship of the trades was excellent. The finish work was just ok. The sod died as the rear irrigation did not work for a month, and that is really the only warranty issue that I’m still waiting on. ( Irrigation fixed but the controller uses a work around not 100% correct). Overall I am very happy. It’s a great value for the money in this area. The crews were clean and polite. It’s my 4th new home and had other builders and I’d go with Lennar again hands down.

I love the new home we recently purchased through Lennar. The value is great and was a dream come true being able to move in. I enjoyed working with Lennar, their lenders, and quality assurance team. They took care of us all the way through the process.

Our home buying experience has been pretty good. The Lennar representative has walked us though the plans and set the expectations about the build quality and the construction timeline. The moment we signed the contract they started right away working on the project and keep us in loop with construction manager and kept us posted about the progress biweekly. We were living in a different state far away from our building however they were really supportive and kept posting the pictures of our house. The construction has finished on time without any delays and the inspections were right on time. So far we did not had any issues living in the house. Better customer service from Lennar mortgage

The sales person in the sale office responds to my emails and text messages in very short time evrey time when I have questions or concerns.

Entire process was quick and easy. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. House was ready when promised. Beautiful home love everything about it.

We have countless issues since moving in, ranging from a gas leak to terribly installed carpet. It’s honestly been exhausting. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... The work on the punch list that we discussed on our walk through prior to closing were not completed as promised. I revisited 4 weeks later to find the disappointment. I understand that the build isn’t a custom home build but the issues should have been addressed

We had a Great experience from start to finish. Kasey found us the home we were looking for. Zach was great with the construction and Alison helped us get the financing. We love our home and would recommend to others.

Not a good experience with the sales manager and her forcing us to close on the house to meet month ends numbers when repairs and gas line leak needed to be fixed. They threatened that if we didn't close even though there were major issues that they would put us in default and we would have to pay late fees. For our initial walkthrough the home was a mess, wasn't cleaned and debris all over but wanted to close on time and blame us despite these issues

overall decent experience - the biggest issue was with Ekta, the construction manager, she needed to do a much better job with finish out and getting stuff done right the first time. BEFORE WE EVER SAW IT. for this to be a new home there were way too many things that needed to be fixed. working with Randy to get all dealt with, but if she would have done her job better most of our issues would not have been - Randy and Norman are awesome!

We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

Months in they pushed closing date and made no progress for more than 6weeks on walk through we had holes in wall no fridge door no molding closet doors still not hung, tile missing grout, walls and ceiling was bowed…36 problems noted. Now the second walk through was much netter but we still had issues with promise to return as well as covering expenses for an extended stay in hotel due to first walk through and we are now almost two months in and no word.
