Response has been very good. However when the insulation contractor added more insulation to the attic their hose damaged the paint on our gutters. This morning someone came by to fix the paint and spilled the paint can on our driveway. I don’t know if they can clean it up. It is a very large area with black paint. Not happy about this.

Horrible experience with Construction Management and Finance team

I feel may be they were bias with me, may be on purpose because I asked for things they had on contract but were not delivering and were finding excuses, some homeowner says they got lots of thing as add on to their house, but I got nothing. well construction manager was so rude that he does not want to fix visible dent on garage floor, then paint issues and even had provided wrong paint code and when I did touch up with that paint code it does not match the wall paint they had painted, exact paint is not available within 40 miles of Garner NC, and they don't give sample to homeowner for ...

Customer service was fantastic from everyone except the construction landscaping person ( Eric). He said he had corrected everything pointed out during the walk through but then when we would go check it wasn't. He is the only person who we were very disappointed with. He did that more than once. He said it was done and it wasn't.

Our “realtor” never responded to our inquiries timely and pushed us to use Lennar lending after we communicated at least 10 times were going with Navy Fed. We gave the lender and chance and he was extremely disrespectful to my wife after she said she was not going with Lennar. Build quality is good and the building manager was good at fixing the issues we provided. Everyone seemed money hungry and if any decision we made would make someone lose money they would get obviously irritable. Would not recommend Lennar after that experience.

Before closing, get all help you need and ask questions about everything you want to know because if you call for help , they will tell you they can’t help you after closing. Having issue with my ring and Schlage no one available to help. Having issue with air conditioner

Not built to the quality that they showcase in the model homes. The contractors that build for Lennar have no sense of ownership to maintain a quality product. So much money is wasted by senseless mistakes and timing of the building process.

The only good thing that I can honestly say about my whole experience with Lennar is my loan officer (Joni). The price of my along with some of the other homes in this neighborhood is ridiculously high. Everyone that assisted in my documents did them wrong or the delayed the process by not processing my paperwork in a timely manner. Especially the back office. This is the third home that I have purchased and it was the worst experience to include the sell of the loan to the new lender. We had a great experience from the very beginning of this process, to the end now where we have any warranty issues. Lavida was very professional and quick to help us find something, Trisha, Mel, and Toni were so kind and responsive when it came to our mortgage. On the back end, Jordan and Lorena have been truly outstanding with getting our warranty issues fixed.

Seller told us that all houses came with a garage door opener. Nope. HVAC system was leaking the first two months, during weeks of 100+ degree heat. Buying process was a nightmare.

I had a great buying experience with Maria and Eirik, my only real complaint was the landscape company did a really poor job with the quality of sod and trees. Then they replace some of it and I am left dealing with the rest of the weeds not sod on my own

I had terrible experience, one of the sales representative was very rude and never speak politely with customers. Multiple home owners mentioned this, not sure if Lennar really want their team to rude with their customers. I am well aware of home buying process and a home owner and helped some of my friends as well with the process. There were multiple issues identified in the walkthrough and they have not written down any of those and forced me to close the house without resolving any of the issues. We went with Lennar thinking everything would be smooth and it turned out a little complicated from the beginning. Had to transfer our contract 3 different times and when we found the home we wanted we ran into some issues with some windows, AC unit, cabinets, concrete. When we ask for these things to get fixed it takes forever for a response.

I was promised so much more than I ended up getting. It took a year past the date I signed to get my place. It is called a luxury community, but it is far from that the grass is dead. The process of buying the Home was well documented and good. Workmanship: Overall, it is good, with some issues here and there; nonetheless, the response to issues has been good. The Sun Panels are not placed in the ideal location to maximize energy harvesting on my property. Neighboring property shadow fails over panel starting from 6 PM. If you're looking for a low-quality/maybe middle-of-the-pack type starter home, this is a good start. If you're looking for high-quality finishes and not find any issues like what I found with scratches, dirt on finished drywalls, debris throughout the property, stained driveway, messy finishes like clean caulked edges, etc. to have to contact the crew to finish/fix things, then you are better off looking elsewhere.
