Lots of unfinsh work they didn't clean the house screen door pulls hard the none shower tub has a shower spicit could of been better.

The purchase was smooth and closing was wonderful. The house is beautifully designed but workmanship of tiles and crown molding could be better and more professional done. There appears no quality inspection to the work so many outlets has no power, the water stays in the shower seat instead of running off, granite joints not finished or missing seals, crown molding should be done in one continuous piece or the finish look as one piece. When our old house sold in 24 hours and the buyers wanted a 14 day close we thought we would be homeless. I got on the Lennar site and found a home that was move in ready and met our needs I clicked buy now. I received a call shortly there after that the home was sold but there was another one on the same street, that fit our needs even better. The sales agent Ashley guided us through the contract and worked with us by phone and email. We closed in under 30 days, everything was easy and well communicated. Although quick it was a very smooth transition to our new home.

A/C evaporator fan not shutting off.

I contacted My Lennar and put in the paperwork to have the problem corrected. After a virtual visit, they stated they would contact the contractor.The contractor said it would be about three weeks before we could have someone look at the problem. I said this could be expensive on my electric bill. A man came out and found the thermostat was wired incorrectly. He said the heat was trying to run with the a/c. This resulted in a 720.00 dollar electric bill for the month.

The purchasing of the home went relatively smooth. The home itself is what we expected as far as quality goes. We were a little disappointed that they were not flexible at all on anything we wanted to change no matter how minor it was. We were very happy dealing with Devon during Construction, but the warranty has been very nonresponsive and get no call backs. Who knows when things will get fixed.

We found a great home on the best lot. We like the home and the quality of the build. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Title and did not find them to be a cohesive team. There was more confusion between the different Lennar companies than there should have been. We found that each person involved either was great or terrible. We know Lennar is a large company but each individual you work with represent the company as a whole. Overall we had a good experience with the builder and are happy with our new home.

Overall construction is pretty good. Some things missed like caulk in certain areas, which i can fix. Need to pay a little more attention to details.

Promises made and not delivered. Been in home for almost 7 weeks and lawn is still not in. It appears that Lennar is focusing on the unsold homes to make them look pretty for sale. If it's already sold, they take their sweet time.

1st and second walkthrough before closing consisted of the customer/buyer performing quality control of drywall texture and paint. Both were a complete waste of time. Lennar should be able to do their own paint QC long before closing. Painters have no idea what an edger is when painting near a ceiling. Painters and stucco workers have no concept of using a drop cloth to protect floor or pavers bellow. Drywall and paint all over wall switches. Carpet glue and grout all over ceramic tile. The only responsive person is sales and post closing department. Cannot say much about the rest, not responsive to my concern. It took 4 tries to get mortgage closing documents. we moved in 5/30/23, still did not get deed of our property as of today 7/17/23!

I think that many materials are cheap. Outside too... they used not good soil for the grass and so much pine needle that people are changing with mulch. So I don t understand why they didn't choose mulch instead of pine needle

I expected better quality inside and outside. Also the cleaning...they left something in the carpet, some on the cabinets... I found piece of iron under grass... very dangerous if you are barefoot.

The process was very long and tedious. If it were not for Christina Z and Jonathon C, guiding me through the process I may have not gone through with the purchase. If you are looking for a Lennar home, you would be extremely lucky to have Christina Z, she is outstanding.

sales agent and customer service are great! Quality of workmanship is poor. Found too many issues during walk through and most are not fixed before closing. Now a few months after closing and many issues are still not addressed.

I would suggest you do not go to settlement unless all items are pending are complete. We had a heard time geting very minor things completed when we were told they will be complete on closing day! It will be nice to install bathroom door and leave space where mats can fit in. All doors are made so close to floor , you cannot use bathroom mats which is a safety hazard!

We are glad we purchased this home. The overall quality for the price point of the home was what we expected. We would have liked to be able to pick some finishes and made minor adjustments but were denied. We wanted an outlet in the floor of the living area and told no as an example. On final closing the home had not been cleaned and a long list of final touch up things were not done. Even after closing and being assured a cleaning crew was on the way, it still wasn't cleaned. Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. Reasonable home but numerous areas where cost cutting over quality is obvious. Flooring in particular is awful. Supposedly engineered wood, but the "wood" veneer is extremely thin and fragile, with nicks and scratches evident and no way to repair them easily. Finish on floor is truly terrible. Appliances work but are entry level units in a place that is not entry level price. Insufficient sound absorption material under the "wood" floors allows us to hear the upstairs residents walking around, moving chairs and even talking loudly. Being in the construction field of work, I’ve heard plenty of things about Lennar and a majority of big name builders. As well as knowing other Lennar home owners. Needless to say, my expectations were not too high. I went into this whole process with caution and with plenty of questions and concerns. I was surprised at how easy it was to purchase my home even without a realtor. I had no trouble getting my questions answered promptly.
