The most rewarding experience I had with Lennar was working with the supervisor of the site which was Will. He was very nice and offered to help any time I had issues. I understand that the builders they are contracted with are the ones that build but any issues I found Will endured they wld be fixed . My experience was overall a positive one

Tessa has been very responsive, but there were still a couple of issues that had to be suspended because of Covid 19. Hopefully as our community resumes every day life, they will get back with us to finish up.

I've had some ongoing challenges with concrete pouring on the patio and the stone trim in the front of my house. When I asked for a replacement, people came over my house multiple times to replace it. When the subcontractor finally showed up, the stone trim was a different color (light rose vs light gray) and told me "don't worry... the color will fade." I am no contractor, but I'm not stupid and had to ask this person leave my property, which prompted the site construction team to not use them in the future. Lennar tried to this, but due to work restrictions, this has not been fixed for months, and I have to keep calling to remind them not forget about this. Lennar is a quality builder at fair market prices. No bells and whistles and certainly not custom! Quality for the price, if you want "Estate" level building shop elsewhere.

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

New home purchase from Lennar was a smooth and easy process.

Fit and finish just not what it used to be. This isn't just Lennar, it's all of the homes being built today. The subs are not craftsmen of old, they tend to just do sloppy work and never check their work. Why should the homeowner have to find all the little "presents" left behind by the subs???

Nice design. Got problems with heather forst week and they changed.

Very unsatisfied.

This is my first time buying a home. Not to mention a new home. I was expecting the walls and paint and flooring among everything else to be perfect. That is just simply not the case. There is and was a bunch of fitment issues between the walls and the floor as well as other small issues throughout the house. Some of these have been fixed and some have not. My point is that I was surprised that I have even had any of these issues to begin with. This is no reflection on the Sales office or Carl that is in charge of repairs and issues after the sale. Lennar has a good team for getting through the administrative work. I’d love to see a little more quality control with some of the workmanship. I have had a few irrigation issues and some things were missed like termite protection. Some over cuts on the exterior siding. The fixtures for plumbing have a bit of a cheap feel. I really like the focus on energy efficiency. Overall is a pretty good cookie cutter home.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

The appliances was standard

Great people and service . quality good BUT. No follow up on my issues post moving in 1. External house paint peeling off . 2. Light fixtures fell out of ceiling in bathroom 3. Patio light broken 4. Very high closing costs compared to FL guide lines and other sellers Thanks for letting me give feed back for the third time . Twice on a tele calls and now here . But no one responds lol .

We loved every bit of our experience with Lennar all the way to the close. We had such honest, attentive folks on our team. Unfortunately, the punch list items that we listed at closing are still not wrapped up and we are in month five of our 12 month warranty period. While the aftercare staff is very kind, very little has been completed. Unfortunately, this is probably what I will remember most about Lennar.

Overall we were very satisfied, when houses are built this fast you would expect some defects
