We had a very smooth process purchasing a new home with Lennar. We love our house!

The cosmetic issues were half fixed prior to closing. After living in the house you see so many more things that need to be fixed. When putting in a work order I was told to wait for the 11 month review. I am not convienced that things will be taken care of timely.

No need to take a real estate agent. The listing was very misleading.They have their own sales team and pay no part of other agents fees. Real estate agents don't work for free. With an additional agent fee to be paid for by the purchaser was the one downfall and a large extra expense.

It’s a great upgrade in space and amenities but the quality of materials and work are shoddy at best. Sprinklers installed 6” above ground if they aren’t laying on their side, semi gloss trim paint where they did t bother to mask so when the light hits it you see it all over the walls too. It’s appalling that they get away with this level of work. And we’re paying for it.

Overall, it seems to be used cheap materials. Especially the wood molding surfaces are very rough and quality is bad. Lennar service is responsive and handles request timely. I wish Lennar allow options to choose for floor, kitchen and carpet(2nd fl).

The team was helpful , weekly updates were appreciated. Work progressed as promised. Follow up on fixing things after closing was great. Quality of cupboards and drawers is questionable.

The process of purchasing the home with Lennar was great, it was quick and easy especially since it’s a brand new home. Once moved in, everything also ran smoothly ( only ran into two problems, AC and toilet) so far. The team were very responsive to the issues and fixed it right away. The quality of workmanship however was hoping a better quality ( not too bad but wish it’s better, expecting more). Be aware of the walk through and issue. Every homebuyer on my street had negligence plumbing sewage leaks/water leaks and ect. Homes were rushed put together missing stuff overlooked stuff and customer service did not know what to do had to fight for weeks to get stuff solved. They lied to every homebuyer said we are the only one with the issue

The price is good for anyone want to own house, but the quality is lowest

Nick our Construction Manager ( not sure correct title) worked with us and assisted with a smooth transition. He is a great Lennar representative.

Great homes, great builders, good prices and nice people

Buying was easy with our realtor involved. Our Lennar Rep was great. Once we signed and purchased the home the Lennar Rep stopped responding to messages. Also, a service we submitted over a month ago has still not been completed, even though the ticket was closed. You can see how that might shake our trust. Our home is beautiful and so far, minimal build issues.

OVERALL JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

This is my second Lennar new construction home, and it's been a completely different experience compared to the first one. My first Lennar experience was great! This time around has been a different story. From the sales person, Daniel, who was completely rude and unprofessional, to the issues I'm going through now, I'd highly recommend getting an inspection before closing. I did a walk through, but it went by so fast, that I wasn't able to see all the issues. I had a service call back on 7/15 of a laundry list of items, and if it wasn't for me continously following up, they never would have been done. Today is 8/23, and my cabinets finally got repaired today...back from the 7/15 visit. I asked the cabinet person when they were contacted, and he said just last week. It takes 5 weeks to contact the cabinet folks? I also have another laundry list of items that need to be repaired; it's going over 10 days now and still nothing. The work is sloppy! And that's putting it nicely. I had to replace ALL the door knobs because they were covered in paint. Every last one of them. I spent 4 hrs on the floor with a razor and a cloth getting all the paint and excess grout off the floor. There was even paint on the range and dishwasher that I had to get off. Paint on the interior window frames. It's literally everywhere. There are paint drips on the baseboards. There's even paint on the bathroom shower tile. I haven't tackled that yet. And the shower tile grout is uneven and sloppy as well. I had to pay $200 to have someone come in and do a final construction clean because the home was disgusting when I moved in. The interior doors were damaged at some point through the construction process, and instead of replacing them, they just used wood filler. I have 2 that look awful. All of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets looked like they came from a seconds and surplus store. All of them had issues, from actual cracked cabinet door to finish issues. The drywall texture on the wall is awful. You can tell in several areas where the drywall is not the same. It looks like somehow the walls/ceilings were damaged, and whoever did the drywall repair, they didn't match the existing texture. There is a weird looking spot on the living room ceiling that looks like it's bulging, and I have no idea what is even going on there. "Covid" is not an excuse for poor quality and workmanship. With what I'm seeing beyond the drywall, terrifies me on what's behind it. But unfortunately, I can't remove the drywall to see. Please beware. The floorplan is excellent and has everything I need. The quality of workmanship is okay but not exceptional. They have responded very well with any of my concerns or issues.

Lennar is a great company to work with. Any issues I have had have been taken care of timely. Any questions I have had they have gracefully answered.

Homes were put up too quickly with many imperfections. They can do a better job at quality control.

Buying a home thru Lennar was a simply process.

Could make the closing a little stressful. Had to make last minute changes in order to close.

Townhome had all the features as promised, but the promised amenities in the community is nowhere to be seen. No communication on that from the developer or lennar

It was the worst experience ever. I went through a lot to get this home.

If Lennar can save a nickel they will. They did not seal the walls, I am not sure if they just sprayed the walls with texture or if they actually used paint. The landscape was a mess, and we still have problems with the sprinkler system. We have dogs, so every day we have to walk to the yard and pick up styrofoam cups, fast food packages, and other garbage left to the wind. I had to coordinate the mailboxes being put in, they did not know who the waste disposal provider was, and it was a battle trying to get sprinklers, fences, and lawn fixed. The warrantee process is practically non-existent, none of the subcontractors take any pride in their work and blame everybody else for the problems and issues. The worse investment I ever made. ... Experienced multiple issues that seem to be the result of poor workmanship on the part of some subcontractors. Issue resolution is very slow

It was easy to work with the Lennar bank and insurance. Good communication
