Lennar has been a great home builder to engage with during our new home experience during the build process as well as customer support.

There where some minor problems at frist and some communication issues but eventually everything was worked out.

The mater bathroom and the master closet is big.

I had a good experience buying except I wasn't given a key to my mailbox and have to run around trying to get one and post office is not helpful

I should have been more thorough with the inspection. After inspection I noticed caulk issues in the missing, inconsistencies in the drywall that are really obvious when the sun hits it. Windows that are not sealed properly and cold air streaming in. The garage door does not close properly. All things tha could have been addressed before closing.

The experience was scary being first time home buyers but the Lennar staff made it very easy.

Process was very straightforward and support provided at all steps.

Everything about buying the home was pretty basic but I did notice that we didn’t get to do as many things as others (no appt with design group, no response to adding more flooring, forgot to mention certain appts). That was pretty frustrated but the people I met for final walk through and closing were AMAZING to say the least. Helped me spot certain things that were wrong or had to be replaced. And once we were in our new home our care coordinator even spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to connect one of our fancy gadgets to the phone. Was upset that I had to wait 4 months cause Lennar decided to hold my home instead of releasing it for sale. home in January 2021 f and made the price go up $22,000 which came out of my pocket. Home is nice but would’ve felt better if they sold me the home in the beginning

large enough to get product needed to complete job

Overall, very satisfied. My only complaint would be the interior painting, specifically the trim. Workmanship is not what I would expect based on the cost of our home.

Lennar is very supportive. Helps buyer with all processes from start to finish with knowledgeable and experienced staff. Patient. This is a tough market to analyze value received for money spent. Would have preferred to have been given a choice regarding kitchen appliances and toilets. We can't compliment more regarding their overall employee skills.. They take pride in their Company!

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

I love my home and I understand that there are a lot of struggles with supply chain these days. I have one major problem with my home is the interior paint. It is horrible. I have to repaint my brand new house and doors and molding. I don’t think that is right.

Brady was the leader of the building team and he took care of almost everything for the house. He responded to every issue and corrected them all ASAP. Although it’s a lot of issues occurred but I’m glad Brady was there to help. Thank you Brady.

Good value, product not finished when closing.

The craftsmanship and home is very nice price is fair for the area too. However, they should of finish building rest of the neighborhood prior to selling the home. They didn’t put an active mailbox with USPS which took weeks to resolve and the USPS has difficulty delivering due to rest of the construction/homes Lennar building in the neighborhood

It is snnoying that they do not give you any choice in the design.

Easy and informative home buying process

Ed, and Clyde were awesome always professional and was prompt in getting the work orders completed. Awesome. Let me add Kara she was always helpful in the sales office always kept me updated throughout the process.
